Somerhing happened with login. I too am getting blank page at login. Uninstall and reinstall, then reset login. Also forgot password is not working on app. Enter in information, click on submit, and then it takes you back to front login with no notification or change. Frustrating each time. Quicker to go to website. Wasn't this way before. Please fix. Otherwise last year, it was Quick and easy to use app, upload documents and check balances! Super organized.

Amateur hour hot garbage. Option to take a photo for claim documentation is broken, so you have to use the camera app and make sure to import the right file every time you submit. It randomly decides to forget your login credentials even if you set up fingerprint access. The date selector is fiddly and won't let you just type the date. Finally they make you download a sketchy third party app to view PDFs for no good reason instead of using the native viewer. Lucky for Navia that we're locked in.

Every time app is closed and re-opened it shows blank page and bypasses login authentication. In order to see your info you have to log out and redo all the login authentication again. And its like this after every time you close the app. Fix it please, it never been like this and its becoming quite annoyance.

Used to work fine but not doesn't show balances anymore. Even after reinstalling. Also doesn't just let you view your pdf docs, instead forces to download some random so that doesn't work

Seems easy to use except when viewing documents. It looks like you have the option to download documents, which actually would have been preferred. Instead, clicking on the download icon leads you to the app store to download another app to view the PDF file. How stupid! Just let users use their default app to view it! Makes using it more difficult than necessary.

This app lacks a lot of features in which other competitives have. Like having my providers list, dependents list stored in the app that way I do not have to type again and again. Another big issue, not just the app but the actual website doesn't not allow you to correct anything once it is submitted. I can't even attach missed document and I had to complete my claim again from scratch. Over all Navia has a long way to catch up to provide a user friendly service.

This app really SUCKS! The Benefits page used to show your balance. Now it shows NOTHING!! Fix it!!

Claims can be submitted thought this app, but it needs work. Customers need a way to set up recurring claims in the app or import previous claims. Customers also need a way to preview files uploaded to the app from the mobile device. If the photo is illegible, the claim will be denied and need to be refiled. If a preview was available for imported files, this would save time for Navia and the customer. Also, a third party app must be dowload to view messages from Navia, which is an annoyance.

On top of the app being full screen for no apparent reason, it is now completely unusable of the Pixel 5 and likely other phones that rely on full gesture controls vs onscreen buttons. Now I have to just the website 100% exclusively. What a piece of garbage app.

The app hides your status/notifications bar and home/back buttons for absolutely no reason, and Autofill is broken on the login page making it very annoying to access. It's like they've never used Android before.

Overall ok app but why 2 stars. 1. The scrolling dates are the hardest thing to work with. Just give simple text entry, for God sake. Don't make it fancy. 2. There is no way to reply back to a rejected claim even though it is wrongly rejected. What is that, why one has to resubmit the claim again. 3. Cannot see the text while being typed in lower fields. Wow. Please fix and have your programmers at least submit 2 dozen claims to see the inefficiencies of the app. Thanks.

Can only view 2018 info in app. I can't scroll down far enough to select the current year to view. This essentially renders the app worthless to me. Edited from 1 star to 4 on 8/30/19 - issue mentioned above was addressed in the 8/22/19 update. App now performs as expected.

This has been crashing continuously. Cannot see account information, balances, or even if I'm actually logged in. You can cycle through 4 empty pages that don't load any information at all - not even an error message.

Ghetto The app crashes on open. It does not recognize and data when you enter it. You can only use the payment card at certain locations for medical supplies. So if your trying to manage your costs forget it. Your going to buy supplies at 1 or 2 locations if your lucky. Be prepared to only be able to get help 8-5 maybe. Call at for 4:45 and their closed. Terrible company and and even worse app. A good multimillion dollar class action lawsuit seems in order.

This app is a pain to use, when you're in the app you can't use your phone till either log out and exit the app, or lock and unlock your phone. And the only way to view pdf files from this app, is with another app, that you have to install. Instead of allowing the use of Adobe or something else already on you phone.

Very poor app. I have to shut down the app after every task I do including logging on with my finger print. I can't clear any notifications. Now I can't even log in utilizing fingerprint or keyboard.
