The app is literally unusable since upgrading to Android P, yet it's listed as compatible; lie of the century. It's barely worked before I upgraded; very prone to crashing. After the upgrade, and uninstalling/reinstalling and clearing app data to troubleshoot, it will not open. At least make an effort Navia.
It used to work perfectly in 2017 but now it doesn't even open for me. I'm guessing that it may have to be with the latest Android OS version. I have Pie(Android 9.0), Essential PH-1 phone and noticed the app hasn't been updated in a while.
This app won't even open fully without crashing. It's essentially non-functional at this point as it seems the developer has not made it a priority to keep up to date with it based on the last updated date listed as several years ago.
This App was great, but since the Android upgrade hasn't worked. The application does not open. Please fix so it works according to your contract. Your company is good, don't let your IT accessibility lose you the business.
Upon opening the app and entering your pin, you immediately get a notification to "dowload the latest version" of the app from the app store. Well, I have the latest version and thus, can noy access my account anymore.
Downloaded, uninstalled, and reinstalled three times. Don't know how well the app actually works because it crashed every single time I tried opening it. Garbage.
Crashes on launch. Has done so for weeks. No sign anyone is paying any attention. Before that it was just the incredibly crappy UI that was a problem.
I can't even open the app. It will install but I keep getting an error message that "mynavia app won't open" I've uninstalled and installed several times.
Not updated in two years. Clearly using permissions that it doesn't have under the new Android permissions model. Crashes on open but a permissions request flashes up briefly. Just broken
This app is totally incompatible with Android on pixel 3. It crashes upon opening , and there is no way to get past this.
Can't even open the app to see if it works. Dialog said the app needed camera permissions and even once I enabled them via settings it still wouldn't open.
App crashes every time you try and put in a Bill. You have to close out the app and try again. Use it because I have to not because I want to. Be nice if they could fix it.
The app keeps crashing every time I try to open it, and has been for more then a month! There has been no update since Oct 2016 which in itself is shameful.
I have tried 5 times over 2 days to submit a claim to my dentist and the server was always busy. I had to call them and finally submit via email. Luckily, no private data was on the receipt.
Maybe you could have written "Use the new version of this app" to avoid user frustration with the lack of response for the crashing issue with this version.
The UI is garbage on a Nexus 6P. Unable to see all the buttons, incomplete screen loads, and generally not useable.
I downloaded app and it crashed when trying to open. I uninstalled and downloaded again. Crashed again. What a waste of time.
App keeps crashing since Android 10. Developer hasn't been updating in a long while. I'm better off going to their website than using this app sadly.
Don't bother downloading this app. It does not let you sign on until Navia fixes it to actually email you an Identification code after first sign-on. Customer service advised to use their website until the update is available.
I can't even open the app on my Pixel 2, it crashes upon opening it. It was installed on my device for 30 seconds.
You can tell this app was "designed" by someone who has no expertise in security, as it uses a short pin instead of a proper password for access. This is HIPPA violation waiting to happen.
Whenever I try to open the app, it crashes and the closes. It even closes the error feedback box.
wost app ever. constantly crashing. only let's you submit 1 claim before crashing. horrible awful app and customer service not much better.
Really enjoy the convenience of submitting claims with the phone. Really helpful and easy to use.

I recently switched phones. I downloaded the app from the Google Play Store and it crashes every time I try to open it. This was happening all the time when I had the app on my iPhone previously. There has not been any update in over 2-1/2 years. Come on!! That's unexceptional.
