I recently switched phones. I downloaded the app from the Google Play Store and it crashes every time I try to open it. This was happening all the time when I had the app on my iPhone previously. There has not been any update in over 2-1/2 years. Come on!! That's unexceptional.

The app is literally unusable since upgrading to Android P, yet it's listed as compatible; lie of the century. It's barely worked before I upgraded; very prone to crashing. After the upgrade, and uninstalling/reinstalling and clearing app data to troubleshoot, it will not open. At least make an effort Navia.

It used to work perfectly in 2017 but now it doesn't even open for me. I'm guessing that it may have to be with the latest Android OS version. I have Pie(Android 9.0), Essential PH-1 phone and noticed the app hasn't been updated in a while.

This app won't even open fully without crashing. It's essentially non-functional at this point as it seems the developer has not made it a priority to keep up to date with it based on the last updated date listed as several years ago.

Upon opening the app and entering your pin, you immediately get a notification to "dowload the latest version" of the app from the app store. Well, I have the latest version and thus, can noy access my account anymore.

This app is totally incompatible with Android on pixel 3. It crashes upon opening , and there is no way to get past this.

I have tried 5 times over 2 days to submit a claim to my dentist and the server was always busy. I had to call them and finally submit via email. Luckily, no private data was on the receipt.

Don't bother downloading this app. It does not let you sign on until Navia fixes it to actually email you an Identification code after first sign-on. Customer service advised to use their website until the update is available.

You can tell this app was "designed" by someone who has no expertise in security, as it uses a short pin instead of a proper password for access. This is HIPPA violation waiting to happen.
