Best my 2k. 18 and 19 are trash and money grabs. All around my 2k17 was the best all around.

Wish all the new ones were the same as this

Absolute horrible customer service... I have spent 200$ on packs and am still yet to receive one star contract from a paid pack. Have bought over 60 of them easy and not gotten 1. I inquire with customer service as to the drop rates and they just shut me down and said they have no answer they can give me... don't spend money on packs or you will be ripped off

Login in sequence is horrible Network issues constantly Stake is slow Requires actual currency, at least $100 worth to even be able to play. Draft board and reward system are pathetic and grant nothing to progress,only squeezing you back into spending actual money. I didn't think 2k could be any cheaper and more greedy than they are with their console games but this is even worse.

I have made two purchases on this app, two medium credits packs, however, I didn't receive any credits. This is most annoying as I'm not sure if I can get a refund (filled out a request) or if I'm going to actually get any credits! I would not recommend this app to anyone! MyNBA2k16 was a much better app so I have no idea what they have done to make this years so bad.

Downloaded this when it first came out and it never worked and still doesn't work to this day. When I open it, it sits there stuck on the downloading assets screen. I have let it sit for a whole day on good Wi-Fi and nothing happened. I was excited for it when it came out but have been let down do to this problem. I have tried reinstalling multiple times. I am using a US celluar LG G3. Please help I want to give a good review as I love the 2k franchise.

This message is for the users that have been experiencing issues with the my nba 2k17 face scan. I've witnessed similar problems with not being able to login properly, but since then I have resolved this problem. When you attempt to sign in to this app you have to make sure that you are using the same email address and password that you use for your xboxone console instead of a different email that could be accossiated with your Microsoft account.

Such a terrible game unless you are willing to pay big bucks just to win. Despite having paid for the console edition (legend version) and also Playstation plus.. i cant get ahead in events by just earning wins. They stack the opponents with unseasonably high characters so you have no chance at winning. Unless you plan to pay $100 dollars a month or more.. dont bother. Also their help fails to respond or fix issues that occur.

Downloaded this specifically for the face scan. While my pictures are uploading every time, in game it just absolutely won't work. It loads up to 100% and then tells me there's an issue with my scan. If there was an issue, it shouldn't have let me upload them to begin with but they're fine pictures, I've done everything properly according to 2K, looked up videos, went to different rooms, outside, nothing works. I'm very disappointed in this app but I guess I don't expect much from the cash grab these games have become anyway

Ok here is my honest review. Too many network issues. Once you start getting legendary and star players in your deck good luck trying to win any quick games because the cards you come across are ranked extremely high. The biggest downfall is the draft board what a joke that is. All you do is draft rares. In order to win you must pay money I see that now. Fix the draft board next year so you can draft what your game says it's supposed to then maybe it might be interesting. You shouldn't be pulling rares on a draft board that says you should be pulling legendarys. Abilities and rares should NOT be resetting the board

iLike the game itself but I find it very tedious that I literally have to keep signing into my PSN account every time I open the app, switch from WiFi to mobile data or when the app closes due to "network maintenance". I figured the app would remember me so I wouldn't have to enter my email and password multiple times a day. It would be greatly appreciated if something could be done about that. Thank you

Thw app hangs or always shows a system error either in the middle of team events or right after u win and select your cards. Its annoying as it happenes regularly. You loose the won games making you reach the card longer. Fix it.

"Failed to log in to network" I didn't get a chance to do anything​. The app refuses to let me log in with my PSN account. I've tried multiple devices along with different internet connections, the result is always the same

First time I tried this app I only used it for the face scan and barely rated the actual card game part at all. This was back in December 2016. However six months later I decided to give the app another go and found that the card game part was oddly satisfying enough for me to keep playing. Now I regret not having given it a go earlier. I could have collected a whole lot more playoff cards!! And now I think I log about 5-10 hours a day playing this game. That's very high praise from a casual gamer like me. Keep it up and I look forward to the next one if there is one. Definitely a 5 star classic

I really like this app and I enjoy using it. The only problem I have with the app is that it keeps requiring more space on my phone and I don't have that much space. The app just asked for a .3 something GB update and I had to delete 2 other apps and it still doesn't have enough space. Please make it to where the app isn't taking up my entire phone space.

It can be a fun game at times but, it would be even better without the excessive amounts of way they try to milk money from you with the auctions, overpriced packs and game nights. Let's not forget the nonstop Network Errors and Network Maintenance errors that like to conveniently occur just as you win a event or btc game rendering it null and void. Make changes to this app next year and maybe I'll be back. Why not make it compatible with NBA 2K MYTeam packs?

While the game is fun, it takes up so much data on my phone, it's unbelievable. It's impossible to run with me phone as It took up more data then my phone could hold (1gb+) so it you plan on having other apps, I wouldn't get it.

Used to play daily. Got told I was a bot and have been banned. Leaving the game was not hard but I would strongly recommend that no one spend money on it. I think I would have been quite pissed if I had been paying for things and then got banned for falsely being told I was bot.

It's crazy when the game is acting up and u contact tech support and they say they will fix it and they don't and then wanna be rude to you in an email. O and still never fix the problem. 2k should be ashamed to be paired up with this game and it's representatives.

I keep getting error messages for ps3. In the middle of seasons that run forever, I can't refill my teams energy on time

Pretty much the exact same as 2k16 except now you have to pay to list cards in auction! It's disgusting how little the devs care about the users of this worthless app. The only reason I even have it is for an easy 500 vc a day for the actual 2k game. Sorry but this isn't MUT so stop trying!

When ever i try to do the daily picker it does not work at all wont let me pick anything from the daily picker.

Many network issues, always signs me out and i have to sign in each time i open the app which becomes teadious and frustrating. May be a psn issue may be the app, but it is poorly excecuted imo.

I can get VC for NBA 2k17 but the loading times are ridiculous - especially because I just downloaded the new update and it is so slow.
