Horrible. The app doesn't show any past due amount. It actual shows current even if you are not. You have to dig into account to see if any thing went wrong. The false current status can cause you get behind

Bill pay doesn't work in app. Tried to live chat. That doesn't work. Called. Computer guy wouldn't adress the bill pay issue. Just started at this CU. Wondering already if I've made a bad choice.

The auto capture for checks is not very good. Move closer, then you do... and then it says move further away, then you do, then it says move closer. Ugh.

I truly enjoy this credit union as I have enjoyed using the app! Personnel are real people as all of us are! Never have any issues what so ever.. This is why I use credit unions for financial services and reasons. 1 your money in a bank is theirs but your money in a credit union is yours.. It's true. Your investing in you not big corporate. Thank you MyNcu.

The app works just fine, the Credit Union... I would not recommend using their services to anyone. The fees are pretty ridiculous as for as what they charge you for and the interactions with the employees. *Thumbs down*

I hate that texting as the only way to verify it is me sending funds. My texting feature on my cellphone does not alway work well with my credit union when asked to respond "YES" so my transation are always canceled.

I always have to retake the pictures, sometimes 3/4 times when trying to submit. I live almost 2 hrs away from the branch, and it is convenient when I have to deposit checks

I so much appreciate MyNCU Mobile app as well as the online contact is awesome. If a question about my account ever arose. MyNCU customer service always would investigate it. Together we would come to a resolution for the issue. Right now I love my Neighborhood Credit Union.

I like it very much! Maybe other comments later. MJD 3-5-21 Generally like, but today it required repeated questioning of the pic & questioned the amount of the check tho entered correctly! So process took time. plus check was made out to myself with a correct account name & it kept repeating that requirement. 6-4-21 today all went well, but got repeated requests to reduce angle on back of check. Finally went through.
