MyNewPlace – Rent Apts & Homes

Honestly, how is this app getting more than 1 star, and I am giving it 1 only because of the effort and courage from a developer to put it out even though it does not work. Seems to just be a frame without any content or functionality to be able to produce results. Have the exact same issues as others

This was a nice concept, but there were no results when you search. I even tried to remove all criteria and still nothing. Would have been nice if it had actually worked.

I had to download this JUST TO LOOK, and it dosnt even work. This is the least helpful tool in home hunting I've found so far.

I looked up an address and the picture of the house does not match the address.

I keep getting an error whenever I try to search.

Improve this app before or I will not re install does not work for me.

Had this app b4 and uninstalled it cus was awful. Hope to c improvements... upd8:I do not like that in settings it doesn't giv u option to pik type of dwelling. In searching it is still horrible. It doesn't list enough info about the place doesn't hav good pictures of the place only show one picture. When u go back to the list it jumps right back to the beginning instead of where u left off. Fix those things and I will give better ratings. If not then I WILL uninstall and this time it will b for good. Thx

loads images slow, can't select multiple bedroom units. Have to search 1 br then redo search for 2 br. No list of prices per unit, only ranges. Can't see contact number, just wants to open skype when I click "call".

So I'll admit I haven't used the app yet but I'm going to right now but I just found this via website and it is the best search site I have ever used for finding an apartment the amount of detail that some of the apartments use like the 3d images are just amazing go to go lol

No matter how many times I've tried, internet is working perfectly, I get "Not able to access the server. Please try again later." Well, if it didn't work to start, either it's a bad app or not compatible with Droid Moto Z, uninstall! Good bye! Back to Hot Pads and Craigslist! May not all be what you want but at least competitors apps works!

Doesn't show a lot of apartments that other apps do show. Just a waste of time. This app is irrelevant

Needs to be updated much more with its pricing. At times it's a difference of $100 +

Can't filter by apartment or house, can't tap to open Maps to Navigate to address, exiting listing puts you at the top of the list every time.

Can't find anything to rent map won't show up in any town I put in there. No help at all

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, I WOULD. EVERYTHING WITHIN MY SEARCH WAS NOT AVAILABLE!! WHY SHOW PROPERTIES THAT ARE NOT AVAILABLE? CLEARLY I DOWNLOADED THIS APP TO FIND AN AVAILABLE PLACE TO MOVE TOO...NOT LOOK AT HOUSES I CANT RVEN GET... UNINSTALLED. IMMEDIATLY. WASTE OF TIME. USE RENTALS APP, TRULIA, ZILLOW OR EVEN CRAIGSLIST (HAD BETTER, AVAILABLE OPTIONS LOL) DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

Constantly says "oops something went wrong on our end" Can't get it to function properly. Uninstalling.

Shows places where I'm not looking, out of my price range and doesn't tell exact prices. Also there is no way for me to look at pics thru the app. Needs more work

It doesn't sort. The property names are missing. The floor plans are missing. Pictures are missing. The only good thing is that it finds properties that other sites overlook. Other than that, it's frustrating. I'm disappointed.

I don't care for those app because I'm trying to find a house to rent and all it keeps showing me is Apts, Townhouses. And I can't seen to refine my searches. They haven't made it easier, made it harder and fustrating

This looks like an internal aloha/beta release that leaked. From the app and the play store page, I don't know where you pull your information from. Is MyNewPlace a website with its own listing content? Aggregated content? Is it curated? Your brand is not introduced and not well known enough to be without introduction. Filters lack consistency. Select bathrooms+ but bedrooms are static 1,2,3. Will 1 bed 3 bath, will it turn up a 3 bed 3 bath within my price range? I could go on but length limit restricts.

The app itself is well enough and somewhat easy to use. However the price for the places you look at are WAY off. You're better off using Google if you're within a budget. Looking for a place under a certain amount brings up places that are just about double the amount you're looking for. Don't trust it at all.

Unless u wanna rent sum thing for $2000. A month

Fix your bug issues with the pictures you can't see any pictures I'd love to give you a 5 but I can't because of the issue

Website is better than the app. The app doesn't load the pictures well and you can't see the prices of different bedrooms.

The app needs work on the details; apartment names, floor plans, pictures, etc. Website filters don't work, & each time you view a listing it takes you back to the first page of your search. Very frustrating!!!
