Most of it seems pretty easy to use but I can not figure out how to pay my bill on the app. I can view the balance owed, the details of the bill, and the statement, but there is no button to pay it! I have looked in every option in the billing section and just do not see it. Please make this more straightforward and just put a "pay this bill" button by the balance owed!

App after update works ok. Choices and needed data access now by this app be lost and WILL BE VERY MISSED. Very unfair tactic to do to a patient. That data will very much be missed...wish it was NEVER CHANGED. I WANT THAT DATA ACCESS LINK REINSTALLED ON HERE. WHY TAKE NECESSARY DATA ACCESS AWAY FROM ANY PATIENTS? ITS MY DIRECT DATA. PERIOD. GIVE BACK THAT LINK PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. THERES NO OTHER ACCESS YOU TOOK IT ALL AWAY. WHY?

This app does not allow the user to cut and paste or take screenshots.. While this may be a Hippa enhancement other there Epic systems systems including Northshore connect have a setting that allows the user to cut and paste and take screenshots.. It should be up to the user user whether they want to be able to have full access to their data.

After several unsuccessful update attempts, I elected to uninstall the app, download the new version from the Google Play store, and install that. Upon opening the app, I am advised that there is an update available, install it now or remind me later. This is ridiculous. There is no update available.

Worthless. This app is made from the hospital's perspective. There is no ability to look up past bills. Why do you need to open an automated message when you can see the entire message on the screen? Why keep messages that are seven years old?

4-1-22 ANOTHER UPDATE and now it won't open! Gets worse every update! 12-20-21 ANOTHER UPDATE! WAY TOO MANY UPDATES! I'll change my rating as soon as my billing section is finally fixed. It keeps showing me one notice under billing but there are no unpaid bills there and I have a zero balance. It's really annoying every time I have to login and I see a notification like I have a bill to pay.

The app was working perfectly, but after the last update I'm unable to check my appointments. Every time I click on one of my appointments the page disappears. I can't confirm, echeck or add to my calendar.

It works well so stop updating. It used to be said, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" Fixing real issues, ok. But updating is a pain and eats memory. Otherwise, great app!

Love the old My Chart App. This one has fewer capabilities and is awkward. What happened to the MY Team section. Only my primary is listed. It is very hard to find other doctors and make appointments. It was so easy before. The same is true on the website version. Also, The website has a link for "letters" which is a new feature. Rather then sending a letter in the mail, I noticed that they are now posted, but the app does not show this. Thank you.

Much of the functionality of this app, the things that would make it helpful, like sending messages to physicians or requesting refills is completely absent. Or rather you get the message "no data" when you actually click on a box. So ultimately you log into the app hoping to get something done only to have to go to the website to get something done. At this point I think I'm going to uninstall the app and never use it again

For two days, I'm getting an error message. "We are experiencing brief technical issues. Please try again in a few minutes." In my world, 2 days is not a "brief" outage. I've spent far too much time trying again. In general, the app is clunky and difficult to use. Forms for requesting an appt ask things I have answers to on file, and it often tells me it can't make the appt anyway. The UI is just painful. It's handy to have the medical records, when it works. Too bad it's not reliable.

I wanted to give this 4 stars but I found things that kinda bugged me about the app. Annoyances are not what I am looking for. An extension to MyChart is what I would like. You'd think that after you logged in on the app it would mirror "everything" as you have it set online. However, I started poking around to make sure all my information was available and that the app was useful to use without having a computer with the internet around. I have a OnePlus 8 Pro phone. The battery lasts me for 2 straight days with regular usage. I noticed my battery draining excessively and realized my wifi was turned on. I never turn that on unless absolutely necessary because it drains batteries. I didn't know why it was on but I turned it off. I finally came to realize that when I opened the app, it turned the wifi on by itself. Bad, bad, shame. I will decide what type of data I want to use with my app thank you. What an annoyance! I have to remember every time I open the app, to immediately turn off the wifi that it turned on. The app should work just fine with mobile data and I believe it is my choice which to use. That's the first thing. Another thing is that I was poking around in there to see if all my information was available that I have in the online version of MyChart. I have 3 Doctors in my team and only one of them showed up in the "team list". That certainly is not mirroring the information I have in MyChart. I also do not see a button to add a Doctor. I found this odd as all the correspondence I had between me and Doctors that are not showing in the list is in the messages section of the app. So why wouldn't they show in the team list? Two things that I don't care for, so two stars removed. I would say that I probably will not use this app unless absolutely needed rather than exclusively. ----------???--------- UPDATE>>> I am changing my rating to 4 stars and hopefully soon to be 5. It was apparently an error on my behalf in stating that the app did not mirror the data on the website. It does indeed do so. I was confused between this and another app I have listing my team of Doctors. I only expected it did list all 3 Doctors I have seen about the issue I am having and not only my immediate care physician. I'd expect it would list them all. So... My Bad... Sorry folks... and I am adjusting my rating to 4 until this wifi issue is straightened out. FYI... I have been through all my phone settings and adjusted all location services that use wifi scanning to increase location accuracy to a deactivated state. But the wifi issue still remains. So I should be able to turn those features back on for regular phone use. Perhaps they will add a setting in the app once they figure it out that can toggle the wifi thing for those who would rather have it turn on upon launch. Just a thought... -------???------- UPDATE 2>>> I noticed that I had a notification from the app in the status area of my phone. I also noticed that at the same time my wifi was on again. It appears that just getting a notification from the NM app might be turning on my wifi by itself as well. I blocked notifications for the app since I receive an email when I get a message anyway so that it doesn't turn the wifi on by itself. It also seems to have trouble with login after I start the app and it turns the wifi on. It has an error every time when I try. I use the fingerprint login. When I start the app, it starts up wifi, then I turn off the wifi and after that it will login just fine.

Handy but could be done better. Some places you have to use back arrow to get out of instead of a tab system that would allow you to navigate much easier. Billing always has a 1 by it, even when no money is owed. Annoying, have spent 10 minutes trying to figure out how to get rid of it. Still there.

Also having issues seeing messages and test results, etc. Restarting the phone doesn't work, logging out and back in doesn't work. The only "fix" is uninstalling the app and then reinstalling. I've had to keep doing this several times over the span of a couple of weeks. EDIT: I received an immediate response and assistance to my issue. I am relieved to know that I won't be having any more issues accessing vital information. Thank you so much for your time and assistance! :)

Its a great idea... but has a lot of bugs that need fixing. I set up auto billing and it hasnt shown its been taken out, neither has my bank accouny. I emailed NWM and they told me they can see it on their end and to be patient... its been 2 weeks?! also, i can never alter an appointment. There is always an error there. I just tried to view my lab results and the app is telling me it cant open my browser? its really frustrating

Can not update. After clicking "update" goes to store and only choice is "uninstall", or "open". When press open it goes to install update. You need better IT "doctor"....

App keep saying to try again in few minutes. Finally called help desk, had to update app to access my files but the help desk said to remove and reinstall. Too bad they don't know what they're doing there. Also, the icons no longer show when new files, records, messages, bills, etc. are on your account. I had several before the update that I wanted to remain as unviewed as a reminder for me while I work thru each health issue and/or record. Another poor update by IT department. 😪

Gets stuck on splash screen. Also fingerprint authentication is very slow and it too tends to stick. Also, it's very inconvenient and high handed to enforce screenshot restrictions. If I want to share an image of my screen you have no business to interfere. Get this sorry excuse for an app fixed. Stop using free software to make your app ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Cannot get it to run on my Android samsung (GS7) phone - this is a problem, as the old app worked just fine. Also the old app now does not have functionality with the phone at all, "demands" that I upgrade to the new app however it wont load and work with the phone. Please fix so that I can continue to get good service from your hospital..... 6/18/19. the new version of the app seems to work, some items I cant fully get to integrate however I can log in now, so I will continue to work with it.

Have never successfully logged into this app. Can't log in to save my life. Immediately crashes. Being 2021 and the hospital group's reputation you'd thing NW Med would have a working app.
