Myntra Online Shopping App

I've been using this app since years and loved it. But lately this app is getting difficult to use. It gets freezed, I am just unable to click on anything. Nothing works. Not even updating the app. I once even uninstalled it and then again reinstalled but the bug is still there which is very annoying so I just close the app and move to any other shopping app. Fix your app.

They don't have certain options like when I wanted to cancel a product the option wasn't available so I didn't bother much and thought that once it arrives I'll just cancel it but the delivery agent started to act out and started to scold us . I never expected such a service from one of the top shopping apps. It's a basic courtesy to treat the customer not to offend them. I felt like i should never order anything from this app anymore. Worst service

I don't really order from Myntra that often because I generally find substitutes. However on the off chance I do, it is probably because the collections are only available here. Plus sales and offers and coupons are always amazing on this app. Lately I see a lot of improvement in the app as well. The filters are really good and helped me narrow down what I was looking for in seconds. One issue on the app is I cannot find the previous filter if I back out of the search.

I really like your product mix and line; and would always prefer visiting Myntra for any purchases. But of late, the app is becoming so difficult to use. Extremely slow to load, shuts down abruptly, and if I toggle between this app and some other app on phone, then the entire page starts from the beginning. Basically I have to scroll down again to where I left it just a second back. Very annoying experience. Ideally, app become faster and efficient with time, here it's going backwards.

Good quality products that we can blindly order. Very good product descriptions and customer reviews. However when coming to the application performance, it has got some negatives. Some sections get hang while searching which makes it a headache. The older user interface was more convenient in searching the products than the current one. Please bring back the previous type of UI.

THE APP IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. It keeps freezing and just does not seem to work these days. I mean look at the recent reviews from the past 3 months , all say the same thing. And the feature to filter out wishlist items based on products/categories seems to have gone as well. That was a very useful feature and would be great if it were brought back. But we could only use it if the app actually works lol. Sad that there are so many negative reviews about it recently still nothing has been done.

I like the brands and their competitive prices. However, the app has a glitch, becomes very difficult to search for a dress, all those moving ladies makes it impossible to search for a dress. Give us a setting by which we can stop those animations, we don't need those animation while searching or in wishlist, let the animation start at out discreet when we actually review the product. Dye this the app freezes and it just spoils the mood.

Lately, the app hangs a lot. Can't click on anything. Reloads the page and have to put the filters again. Coupons are of no use. There is no discount, just some trick to think it's on discount. Add it to the bag and let it be for a day or two if you want the price to go up. The only good thing is, you can sort out things in the wishlist which is not available on any other app, so you can look at for eg: dresses or shirts, regardless of when you added it to the wishlist.

I hv been using myntra actively from the last 2 years. Their collection is good, app is good n service is good too. But lately the app hangs more times than it works. The search option is a danger zone n the app immediately freezes as soon as I click that button. Other than this, from the last 2-3 times, my returned products often go missing n the return is rejected with baseless excuses. Myntra says that they have not received the product so they can't refund. Pls look into these issues asap.

FIX YOUR APP. It keeps freezing mid way. Can't search anything because it freezes the app. Have to use filters which isn't useful when you are looking for something specific. Have to close and open the app multiple times. And the coupons are so stupid and of no use. Products on Myntra these days are more expensive than the same products on other apps. Range of products is getting boring with limited options. It is getting annoying now. Would rather use some other app than waste my time here.

Myntra is my all time favorite shopping app and will always be but it is becoming worse than ever the app keeps freezing while searching the product and while going through the product reviews as well. It hangs a lot I have to close the app multiple times and then come back and have to start searching from the beginning. It's really annoying, please look into the issue and fix it and the product's prices are so high and goes extra high after the adding in wishlist. I hope this issue gets fixed.

What's with the app these days!! Horrible interface, hangs midway, closes while surfing!! While making the payment for one of my recent orders, I really had to struggle for entering the OTP!! Clicked on the send OTP option multiple times, but it was just not coming!! Had such an irritating experience that I had to cancel my order. Myntra really needs to do something about it. There have been so many reviews from people stating the same issue repeatedly however nothing has been done.

I had recently purchased a product. The product was entirely different from the image shown in the site. Also the product looks Old. When I try to return the product they are rejecting the request due to the mismatch. When I reached the customer service they are raisinga ticket but the return attempt fails again and they are closing the issue. Really disappointed with the service of MYNTRA

Very bad experience since past few days. The search button is not working. The icons are not clickable. Sometimes, if you're navigated to some other page by chance then you won't be able to go back. Please get some good testers in the company. The app is not working on production and it's a big concern.

Worst and horrible app I ever came across. When the product needs to get delivered, the service is too fast. But when we request to give a refund. They keep delaying it for no reason, got a message that adress is incomplete (how did they got the complete address at the time of delivery) The pickup got delayed for 2-3 times. Horrible experience ever, will never recommend this app to anyone.

The app just keeps hanging. I uninstalled, reinstalled and logged in again. None of the options work. I can't search or click on any product. Also, I don't why they removed the option for specific products in the wishlist. That was useful. Absolutely irritating to use the app now. None of the buttons work.

Myntra used to be the best app when it comes to the look, the views, the filters provided etc. But lately even touch doesn't work at all. I remove it from cache and reload it but nothing. This happens mainly when there are sales ongoing. I had to check my phone multiple times with other apps but it's not the phone problem. Not sure how many others saw this. I use Android.

Unable to add address. Unable to view any saved addresses. If people can't shop then what's the point of having an app. Tried on both app and browser. Tried on different devices. Doesn't work at all. Reached out to customer service, they asked to wait and retry. Not at all a helpful resolution.

This app is not working ❌❌. I can't even scroll down to browse for shopping. Screen gets stuck always and take too long to load. Also page refreshes itself in the middle of shopping and I'm getting lost. I have cleared the cache and all other apps on my phone are working perfectly. Please look into it and resolve the issue, it's so frustrating that I had to shop from other websites these days

After the app update 4.2202.2, app will not respond to my input if clicked on Item search bar. Had to close the app and reopen again. Considering the search to be one of the key features for the best shopping experience, I wonder how this went unnoticed for such a long time. Really disappointed with the user experience. Hope to see the changes soon..

Fix the app man! Can't expect a user to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app in order for it to function properly. I had raised the issue on mail as well, the solution given was amateurish to say the least (clear the cache and uninstall, then reinstall. Lol.) Please fix your application issues and release an updated version of the app in order to avoid losing loyal customers to a plethora of other websites.

I have been using the app regularly and it was great. But there seem to have some problem with the return pick up service nowadays. Why does the pick up fails everytime and when date for the same expires, we are simply stuck with the product we didn't want. This is really unexpected and low standard for myntra. Hope you fix this soon.

The app had glinch, watchlist, bag, explore buttons were not working and I raised a ticket. An agent called me and did some troubleshooting steps, still it was the same and she asked me to take a ss and mail the issue to their team. So do you think we'll have that much time or patience, after wasting 1hr on adding cart items. Fix the issue!!

I alwayd order from myntra and no doubt the service and the clothes are very good. But the app is not working at all recently, like even if i close and reopen the app only the homepage is shown, i cant search anything, it's as if im clicking on a screenshot, the app literally stops working so i think I'll stop shopping from here

The app is good products as well but the packaging is the worst. Even a very expensive product can look like old because of the it is handled. Boxes are always torn apart no protection for the product. Myntra needs to put alteast some effort on their packages because right now it's really bad.

The app is convenient generally but if one views items for a long time it just cuts off. Info given about material used (kurtas etc)is not always accurate. Hv bought "cotton" kurtas a few times which turned out to be rayon. Disappointing!

I recently had a very frustrating experience with Myntra. I ordered a handbag worth Rs.1835 (Paid in advance) . It was to be delivered on 20th May2022 but on 17th May 2022 I receive a notification that my order has been delivered in the afternoon. But i didnot receive anything. Since then I have been connecting with their customer support but every single time they say that they can not do anything according to them they have delivered. 2000 bucks is not a big amount but it is very frustrating.

The app has a lot of bugs. Nowadays, when I type in the search bar, it just doesn't go anywhere and just gets hanged. Mostly, the icons other that the top label are not even click through, I have to refresh the app multiple times to activate them. Pleasw fix this.

Worst experience with this app, I do not get the products I ordered it's either defective(torn in multiple places) or it's some other product instead of what I ordered, if I request for return it's picked up immediately but the pick up agent fails to check tags in my presence and later complains that the tags are missing. While the tags were intact. All this results in delay in my refund. Additionally, I have keep following up for my refunds for each product as they never reach on time.

Worst app with support care. I have been facing login issue from past many days, because I changed my handset. Have called their call center several times. They have asked for many things like my ID, order details, etc which I have provided promptly, still they are not able to resolve my issue and keep on asking for same details again. They are keeping the call on hold for several minutes as if we don't have any other work other than calling them. Cannot use my Myntra credit bcoz of this.
