Everytime i open the app it just crashes

i used to pay my bill online with my internet card but now im getting this msg : "transaction unsuccesful checkdetails and try again " noting that all details are true and the same card is used for other application with no issue . thank you

The app is too slow and unresponsive. Ogero internet speed is not good and response to complaints drags. Also consider making menus simpler

Useful to check the internet consumption but PLEASE add a push notification to tell us when we exceed the limit!! what's funny though is that the app takes forever to load using OGERO DSL !

I have been trying to pay my bill online for one week and it keeps on giving me error i used to pay using the app but now it has bugs that needs to be fixed!

The irony is that the app does not open on my ogero network but everywhere else. In addition, it has been showing the same consumption for more than 2 weeks.

I have applied for fiber optics service after being contacted by Ogero that FO is now available at my residence. After completing my part of the deal which is to install the vertical cable from the FO box into my appartment, I am told by 1515 that the box does not have power. So its almost 1 month now and I still did not receive my FO modem and not benifiting from the service. I have only one question: Why are you contacting people if the infra is not ready yet ? Very bad operations managment.

The app was great at first but now suddenly it logged me out and destroyed my account. Plus it now simply won't let me make or create any new acoounts.

Paying our bill online is very good step from ogero.. But this app need something missing.. There is no option to print a receipt of paid bills...

App is not working. Reload sign keeps reappearing fix as soon as possible so I can change my rate please

0% service i can't control who is on my network and block their devices. The app is not up-to-date. I wouldn't even give it a star Fashal zari3

If i want to make an ogero rate i will give it a ZERO.maybe a -10.very bad services.maybe nobody goes to his work.i think its better that ogero will close.

Worst ISP ever. I've called to place a call for faulty landline, and was told to place it online, which I did, and it's been ignored for 5 days now.

Your wifi is so bad, I'm paying for a 4 Mbps unlimited and I get a 1 Mbps and sometimes less.

we need an Internet user controler in this application ..to control the time my kids spend on internet because they are not sleeping early and they know how to switch on the router after we shut it down at nights. thank you.
