I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it . The reason being, I opened the app this morning to make an outage report. It brought up my saved address just fine. When I clicked on one and began the report it froze up. I tried closing and reopening the app with no success. I uninstalled and reinstalled and can't get past the address confirmation. The same freeze up occurred on my Android phone. Oh! I also downloaded the app on my iPad and the same freeze up occurs. Any thoughtsh?

App does not accept any user input (reverts to "back" screen) from all options, including electric service provider. Can't scroll to see full screen leaving the keyboard blocking next move. So much for setting up outtage reporting, which happens more often than it should.

My power has been shutting off and on intermittently over the past week. By the time I open the app to report it has reset. Your app needs to let us report this type outage. It seems to indicate trouble with the equipment that may fail soon. Thank you.

On an Android phone the keyboard covers most of the field you're trying to enter and the button to go to the next field doesn't work. It's incredibly difficult to get this setup. Even the function for leaving feedback doesn't work well.

Awful. Poorly designed. Frustrating. Does not work well on my Android phone. No way to report problems other than a full outage or the other couple of choices. Many other problems entering info in the app and using drop down menus.

The app used to be solid, but it currently is completely non funtional. I see the initial blue loading screen, then it shifts to a blank white page with nothing but a back arrow and a search icon, neither of which do anything.

My phone number is not in Oncor's normal service area, so it says "Invalid" phone number. Some people, like me, who move here keep their cell and have no home phone. I'm an example, so my number isn't invalid, just unexpected, but no matter where I live, or happen to be, I can be reached at or can call usung that number. Oncor, change your algorithm to accommodate us.

Useless Graphics appear stacked on top of each other. Program asks for the name of your provider but doesn't recognize the name of ours and you can't progress past that page without entering something it recognizes.

I'm with Greg Smith. I'd click to open the app, see the Blue logo screen and then a white screen with nothing on it. I deleted the app thinking I could reinstall and it just kept circling the drain. Oncor really ought to fix that!

ONCOR needs to be replaced, contract canceled. I have been without ekectrict for almost 6 days. You can't talk to anyone or get actual updates as to when you will get service. Even TXU says they can't get in touch with ONCOR. You can enter a outage by text, by website, by phone and now this app and you get no response. You mise well write your request on paper, put it in a bottle and throw it in the lake and maybe some one will find it in a few years.

The latest update COMPLETELY made the app unusable. No buttons work. You can move around in the app but can't use any feature or button. Still infinitely better to report an outage by SMS then this app.

Cannot setup account. Put in zipcode, then address. Try to put in provider (on any screen) and keyboard covers all. Screen does no not scroll up to see what is being typed or selections to choose from. Useless app until users can set it up.

This app is totally worthless. I separately entered my strret address, then phone number (which is the same number Oncor used to send me a text message last night), then my ESID and then my meter number. Each time the app told me it was unable to find my location. Don't waste your time!!!

The app works great, but the temptation to give it 1 star for how much I absolutely despise Oncor is too great so I had to subtract one star. Customer service is virtually non-existent(possibly not even real people because every response is scripted, I never can get through by phone), the web-app is unyeildy as all hell(the app itself makes up for it, but why do I need an app for this?), and my power goes out so frequently you'd think they use scotch-tape to hold everything together out there.

Nonfunctional when needed most. No electricity for 32 of the last 35 hours. House is nearly freezing. Every outage report I make in the app is closed without being addressed in the real world. App says I have power, I do not.

This app is really terrible!! It reports incorrect outage status at premises. The status information does not match the status reported to the same address using the texting app. This is extremely disappointing and concerning.

Also another "invalid info" during sign up despite verifying correct phone and provider. EISD lookup doesn't work either. Yeah, Oncor has some app/database work to do yet. Back to the old website ...

Like many others here, oncor's database lookups to validate your account information are draconian in their algorithms. I got it to accept my phone number but it refuses my electric provider name, "warning" me I only have so many attempts left. I went to my provider's web site, cut-n-posted their corporate name from their website, and oncor still refused to acknowledge. oncor is just throwing this out there expecting their customers to waste time debugging code.

Yea not a good app, my retail electrical provider is Oncor but when I tried to enter this I got nowhere, either need to update this information, add it to a drop down list or take it off your selection.

Horrible - Doesn't Work Installed it at their behest, because it sounded better than trying to communicate with someone in an Indian call center. Tried to use it today to report an outage - with EIN, or address, or phone number, and it would never find my location. Finally just gave up and let the neighbors report the issue. Looks like Oncor cut and pasted their apology / excuse letter to quite a few folks today (5/26). Pretty sad. 10/10/21 - needed the app to report an outage - busted.

What a POS. It can't find my provider and I cant see what I am typing due to moron program that hides the fields behaind the keypad. This android 11 on moto g fast.
