Doesnt work. As part of joining it texts you a verification code, you enter it in the correct box it asks you for a country code like its a phone number field when it's not, really isnt a great start. Thanks for the reply advising me to contact support but like many people who use and enjoy apps, if you design technology thats not immediately useful because its got glitches, I'll move on. I'm not going to jump over hurdles you've put in the way. Therefore im uninstalling.
Very expensive, they require card details and other irrelevant details even before they find you a therapist.
The app in itself is good, and the price is certainly cheaper than a traditional therapist, but still too expensive for me I'm afraid. I think £50 for 30 minutes and £100 for 50 minutes is a bit of a scam. I had three sessions with my therapist, and had to stop because she was very slow and we still hadn't made any progress and I felt like I was losing my money... Not a great therapist either in my opinion, compared to others I talked to in the past. I didn't really feel understood, or heard.
This app looks great and really helpful for those who need it. But the costs are just too much, it excludes and marginalises those with little money. When most have no access to NHS offerings and no money for private this app offers false hope. Make the costs more obvious before people sign up. Going through emotional questions and 'connecting' with a therapist to then find out that it's like £49 for half an hour!?
What a wonderful service, this is exactly what I was looking for during uncertain times like these where you're meant to social distance. The online assessment was free and super easy and the experts are so friendly and knowledgeable. Would 100% recommend for anyone that needs a helping hand
service feedback -good therapy sessions (reasonable price for online consultation) which hopefully can help me to work through some issues. -highly skilled professionals which helps to make me feel safe in a supportive and non judgemental, competitive environment. -good introduction course to explain what a service user can expect from therapy. app feedback -runs smoothly and does what it needs -good features
Waaaaay to expensive. £99 per 50 minutes is ridiculous money. Don't waste your time. Look online at approved registers. You can get someone as qualified as people on this app for £70 per 60 minutes. Furthermore the app or my therpaists camera/ sound quality was terrible. I couldn't hear or see my therapist but then I contacted family after and it was fine. Good idea but not worth it at all.
This seems like a helpful app and I understand obviously why therapy is rather expensive. To improve it you could have an option for 13 or up or maybe even 5 and up with a parent. Although, I think when chosing a therapist you should have the therapists price range andcertain people may not feel comfortable with and may want to change. What I really liked was the audio tailored to your problem with the name of the therapist.
I was really nervous doing this online originally as i wasnt sure i would get the same quality service as face to face therapy. but when youre working a lot it can be really hard to find the time to book appointments. ive connected with my therapist online and im so grateful. theyve been brilliant so far. thank you
if you are going to make an app and charge for the whole purpose for the app but not obly charge for the app, charge too much then whats the point of having it free or even having the app in the first place? nobody will use it unless their spending limit is high and they have nothing else to do. i woukd rather go to a trained specialist to be quite honest with you
I am just using the learning resourses so far and they seem good. The option of seeing or texting an actual therapist from this app is a really accessable way of receiving therapy.
They should rename this 'My Endless Waiting Room' . It's been two weeks and they don't have a psychologist available to deal with bog standard anxiety. It's not like I'm asking for someone who specialises in something obscure. I've been on a messaging service with countless admin staff and all I get is a "we're still looking but nobody is available".
Update: They contacted me to let me know that they are aware of the problem, and they will contact me when it's resolved. Until then, only 2 stars. Wouldn't send me a confirmation code... couldn't even get started. Not a great way to handle depressed and anxious people.
I had it for a few mins i when going though the set up found out that ages under 18 were not a chose so i don't like how this app automatically over looks younger ages since its know that ages under 18 can also be suffering mental health problems.
After going through all the questions, I was suggested various therapists to seek help from. However, I was told none of them 'provide the type of therapy recommended for my current situation'. This was of no help nor did it provide the service it is meant to do.
Very helpful Like how it is so easy to book an appointment. I was a bit concerned initially but my psychologist has been great and she's really helped.
Not as great as it was claiming to be. Couldn't actually get talking to someone because I was under 18 and the app was running really slow too
Just what I was looking for in these covid19 times. The app helped me in relieving my stress and depression while being pregnant at the same time. Thanks a lot!
I should've listened to the reviews... I'm really stressed out right now and I just needed something to help. But I had the same problem as everyone else, it isn't letting me enter my number. I type it in all the different ways you could, but it just wasn't working.
Feel much better. My psychologist has provided me with a load of techniques to approach things differently. Would highly recommend.
The therapy is great and effective. However it's quite pricey. Also my therapist was late in the beginning.
Poor service for me. You fill in a few automated drop down boxes to vaguely describe your problems and symptoms. Then you get allocated a therapist to choose from then before actually speaking to anyone you're expected to pay before you've spoken to anyone to work out treatment plans and unanswered questions. I called the help line they told me to contact the therapist and told me how the therapist returned my message 3 days last saying I need to call the helpline. Still not answered questions
They didn't have my issue in the drop down menu and I'm looking for therapy that can specifically help me with that issue.
Great app. My psychologist helped me a lot. Feel safer having this online therapy as a part of my routine
You're meant to be matched with a therapist and have an initial assessment. Only, my initial assessment showed the therapist was not suitable. They said themselves they were not suitable and they'd ask someone else to take over the case. Contacted the help and they had no knowledge of any of this. The therapist is also very rude and there's been no offer of refund or explanation as to why my case is not allowed to follow their procedures
Doesnt even reply....and the texts are always optional....why are there always age restrictions!!?...kids can also suffer through such stuff....this is ridiculous.... disappointed
I couldn't get in it as it wouldn't let put my phone number in I tried many times and It didn't work
The app is better than the service
Useless no help or support only interested in making money and not the client.
