I tried to update but it keeps giving me the page to either uninstall or open the app. The same issue occurred for another user a year ago, as stated in the reviews.

The app says Update Available but when I click update it goes back and forth from the store to the app . Will not update and can't log on.

The same "new update available" bug that many of these reviews have been mentioning for months, preventing from actually using the app at all.

Must type username and password each time. Does not remember anything and will timeout or jump back to home page loosing data. Asks for pictures to be uploaded and dispute having to manually assign permission from settings it still wouldn't upload pictures. This app is about 125 mb and is essentially a stripped down version of their mobile website.

The app just doesn't work. It won't let me log in. I can log in just fine on the website. All the app give me is a message that says "unknown error". Not gonna be using it anymore if it doesn't work. It's pointless.

I called today 1/21/21, and had all my information username, password & member number confirmed, and every time I tried to log into this app, it says all of my information is invalid! This is really unacceptable. I've have been able to use this app for many years, with no problems.

says update app and when you open it, says update app. I can't even use it now.

I keep trying to make my premium payment here and it accepts/says I made the payment ..then next day it kicks it back and says my payme t was not made. Am I doing somethi g wrong?

In a update loop. Not cool at all. Or the first time it has happened to a user here.

I registered my new account then tried to log on. It keeps saying invalid credentials. I tried resetting my password and still keep getting invalid credentials. I can't log in. This app is useless.

There really isn't anything I can do with this app. I can't message my doctors, make appointments or check on refills. I can't check on past appointments. I don't need to choose a physician, & if I needed to view my ID card, it doesn't show it.

I normally have no issues with the app. However, I have noticed that I am not able to toggle between individual members to see in-network and out-network spending. It only allows me to view mine. Am I missing something or is there a particular way to toggle between members?

I'd give it 0 stars if possible. I can't login with the username & password that I used when I signed up on the website. it keeps telling me a message that says "invalid credentials". I know that I'm using the right info

some buttons like the virtual visit button just doesnt work, why even have it there? looking at other reviews that were responded to, its a problem with the android version. there almost nothing you can do except see a copy of your card and check claims, and that doesnt even always work. why even have an app if you arent going to try to make it at least decent? Its awful, its like someone tried to learn how to develop an Android app as they went, and then gave up halfway through and published it

would love to see a messaging system implemented within the app so if I couldn't tell my care coordinator something, I could send a quick message if I couldn't speak to her right then. otherwise I love the app.

"invalid credentials" just like everyone else, and crashes on attempting to reset. looks like this will never be fixed

Won't allow u to do anything keeps prompting you to update and then when you choose to update it sends you back to opening app. Uuugh

I can sign in using my laptop but cannot seem to log in on the app. I always get "Invalid Credentials" when trying.

I can log and view my account information, but the virtual visit button does nothing. It doesn't seem to even register my touch.

can't even log in, just get constant error messages. all I wanted was an easy way to view my ID card and it can't even do that.

Cannot search for a provider. After selecting criteria, pressing the search button doesn't seem to do anything.

cannot sign up. keeps telling me wrong info. I know it is correct info. why have an app when you cannot even register much less use.

Got all my member info in front of me and can't even register; gives an error message. Great introduction to Optima.

It was horrible.i spent 20 minutes trying to get into app.with the authorization numbers and it still kept not allowing me in.then it blocked me and told me to call withoutleaving a number.crappy app.CRAPPY APP.CRAPPY APP DO NOT BOTHER..

Just created an account, and it wont log me in using my credentials. Tried to create a new password with no luck as well.

On registering for a new account, I can't change my birth year from 2022 to my actual birth year. And I can't shortcut to my birth month--I have to cycle through the months. But still I'm stuck in the current calendar year.

made me create a username and password but wouldnt let me log in with the username and password. i tried reset the pass and username and still didnt work.

App used to work, now it keeps crashing and won't let you in. Please fix.
