Needs improvements. When I update a payment method it does not save and I have to update it every single month to be able to make that payment (one time I missed changing it my power was shut off after I was certain I had made the payment 😡). Now every time I submit a pmt I first get an "error - not processed" message followed by a "this payment has already been made within the past 24 hours" error. This is extremely frustrating.
It still says payment didn't work. Then you click on it again and says a payment has already been sent the last 24 hrs. Every time is does this for a very long time
Payment issues. I've had 2 nsf come back but first time they took it from the wrong checking acct. Got charged. And again they took it supposedly from my acct but same excuse from OREMC NSF but I know it was in there I literally have to type my account info in every time bc it won't save my info correct on oremc app. Rude customer service. They don't listen and use same excuses different occasions. Charged again. Update the App and learn to be nicer.
Ok. Good app. Tell me after ladt update failure when paying bill , then I get a message saying I just paid the bill wait 24 hours before suiting again.
Freezes up a lot and could use a lot of changes and upgrades
Needs option to save payments or needs to be compatible with Google autofill

The app makes it very convenient to pay my electric bill. The only issues I have are - 1. I wish it allowed you to save your payment info, so i didn't have to re-enter it everytime I make a payment. 2. The last several months, everytime I make a payment, I get an error message saying a payment has already been made in the last 24 hrs. It does accept my payment, thankfully, but I'm not sure why it does this.
