He can't complete the payment process, he just keeps spinning and spinning uselessly and then they close you watching. What program is this?!!!

hi unsubscribe my osn screaming but still deduct to my account and i never watch to this application i will try to unsubscribe by mobile number then said its already unsubscribe but still deduct. verry hard to to call the customer service thats why i dont whant to put any balace to my account bec am sure will deduct again even am jot use this application..i have also account in tfc the monthly is 130 thats why unsubscribe osn screeming pls arrange this pblema or else i will cancel both

As usual since 3 months suffer to login with no action from OSN, I tried 3 android mobiles with the same issue

The app serves its purpose. But, it always crashes and there are times it's hard to log in. Just now the app crashed again and when I reinstalled, it still crashes. Even the other OSN app for streaming is similar. You need to do more improvements on your OSN applications.

Not able to login at all since 6 months!! How come the famous broadcast company like OSN has a shame issue like this !!! What a poor app they have!!

Worst customer service, they double charged me for the monthly subscription, and they lie about thier subscription offers I will cancel them soon. I dont recommend to deal with them I have been subscribed with them for more than 3 years for platinum package and they have one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. They only know how to draw money from your card and they have 0 respect to thier clients

I want to be able to see the TV Guide for all channels; with same criteria like the website, so I'll be able to check the schedule instead of opening the website which is bothersome from mobile browser. Also, I want to be able to give instructions to my receiver to record something on the go. Book box office in advance.

The app does not update my details at all! I can't view my bills and add/remove subscriptions. The fee was taken from my card, yet was not showing in the app. My rewards does not update even when it highlights a new item. The app is very lame for a such a big company!

OSN play or Wavo now.. has a very poor content, use to like it better when it was osn play. Very limited especially on the live channels.. very few are available Also, why not open disney movie channel and pop up Marvel channel to the second subscription for platinum package who get a second subscription for kids. Thank you

Osn made.a.fraud I contracted with them for one year and just after 3 months they stopped their services but charging me every month via my credit card, even they reduced the price with the condition of mandatory upgradation, and their given customer support no. Not supportive tried a lot but useless even no any communication received from them. 😡😡😡😡

Since the update on the OSN + streaming app on the 15th of March and the app won't lunch. I reported this issue to the OSN+ team but no real solution and they keep promising to resolve the issue without any action. I asked for compensation for the period I couldn't launch the app but no answer. Worse support every.

App has improved, but there's a major flaw that must be fixed. When you navigate to the rewards section, you can't get out anymore unless you close the app and re-open.

Needs to fix frequent bugs .

This company is nothing but fraud, i have been trying to unsubscribe since 6 months after the departure of pehla and yet they keep charging me every month. When i call their customer service to cancel the subscription they will just transfer to me to voice mailbox. You may have better ways to earn money you cheats !!!

Received a message directing me to pay my subscription through the app before I get disconnected, but couldn't process payment through the app, and call center had a 15 minute wait time. Miraculously I was able to make the payment through the website! What a waste of time due to wrong instruction and poor app.

The application is not working on Android 12, my mobile is Samsung S20 Plus, it keeps crashing. Luckily I have an iPhone and I can access my account from the other mobile. Do not ask me to write email to support team, you know the problem since 3-4 months and you should fix it.

Disappointing 😞 I have registered for OSN streaming last week on 31st of December 2020, they gave me an option to pay for full year to get 50% discount, I have signed up for the same , today after 7 days of trial period ,they have charged me 100% of yearly subscription, I tried to call customer service office , waited on line for like 15 to 20 minutes ,the line was busy all the time , the problem the content of library for streaming isn't much , Why charge me full year ,don't understand.

I received a massage that osn will cut the service, this is not legal cause you have my visa card number and you can receive the monthly payment as usual, it's your responsibility to make the right process ,I am an old customer and the payment method was never changed, the contract conditions are fulfilled from my side

The app won't work, it doesn't launch. I tried un installing and re installing it multiple times. It just won't work.

The app is not working at all. Downloaded several times but did not succeed opening it. Can you fix it so that it can be utilized otherwise there is no point of using it as an app

Osn representative call me to download this app for easiest payment method but opportunity i was not able to pay my bill and i try settle in other way but there system also down i can't pay my bill my comment on this is your technical method of payments is very poor and so hastle to your costumer..

Chenged my resting to one star after the app won't launch and keeps crashing ive removed and reinstalled it multiple times but still the issue remains for more than months

I couldn't activate my 10 digit account though this app. I received 6 months free subscription with my new TV from Extra store ? I call your center and I waited nearly 10 minutes with call cost 20p and not answer.

Very bad application really one hour now am trying to pay my bill its giving me my smart card number it's not correct while my smart card it in front of me in TV and I got also from the back of my receiver, plz if u are not able to make an application dont, let the genius do it for u. U are only talking our application my osn billing it's best ever really it's only bla bla

The ap works ok but there isn't any good info on how to contact "Costomer Service" as this info isn't provided in the ap itself though it it mention a few times . And beware of their service practice, as they will remove channels at their pleasure , take their El Fraq package it started with well over 80 plus channels now we're down to 69 yet we're still paying the same original price for less channels yet their customer service and manangement seem to fail understanding this..

This app always crashes

I cannot access my account and the app always produce a message that I should contact you because there is an issue regarding my account. I contacted your customer service and they didn't solve the problem !!! I can't access neither myOsn nor OSNplay!!!!

You charged my account automatically please i need a full refund I send an email regarding cancellation of my free trial because there was no option to cancel and I was surprise I was charged again for another month OMG this is something I need to report to Dubai Authority. Cancel my subscription and refund my money.

The app keeps crashing. I removed it and reinstalled it again but still rave the same issue.
