This app was great when I first downloaded it. I was able to use the visual unlock feature, up until 3 months ago....it just stopped working. Now, the app has been nonfunctional and will not accept my information, no matter what I do. I get the same error message tellimg me that I do not have permission to access the reset option or the recover your email option and I will have to contact the office during business hours. Please look into why such an easy app is being so difficult to use.
Wasn't able to log in. Used one time all was okay, a month later it's giving me an error in log in. What good it the app if you can't access my account.
It won't reload! I can't get the prepaid history to update. Doesn't matter what device I'm on. Please fix this!

Very easy to use and let you know what's your usage is and you can pay your bill online automatically
none of my data has been available since I got the app/new account (which I've have for around a month)
I think my phone rep scared up and took your app off and I don't know and your site doesn't show how to get it back on my home screen.

I usually don't comment on these things but I am so disappointed with the latest update. I loved the outage map before the update. There is an active outage going on in my area right now and it is not showing up at all on the new map. The new map is hard to navigate and useless.
I love this app. Tells all about my electric bill & I don't have to leave home or call & push this button for that & button for this. Simple & easy. Thank you My Ozark.
