This app was great when I first downloaded it. I was able to use the visual unlock feature, up until 3 months ago....it just stopped working. Now, the app has been nonfunctional and will not accept my information, no matter what I do. I get the same error message tellimg me that I do not have permission to access the reset option or the recover your email option and I will have to contact the office during business hours. Please look into why such an easy app is being so difficult to use.

I usually don't comment on these things but I am so disappointed with the latest update. I loved the outage map before the update. There is an active outage going on in my area right now and it is not showing up at all on the new map. The new map is hard to navigate and useless.
