Simply choose a location from the list of locations, confirm and once you arrive just tap “Let Me In” to open the space. It’s that easy.
For day to day use, the “Park Now” feature allows you to immediately find and reserve an available space – perfect for when you are on the way or have already arrived at your destination.
The “Reservations” feature allows you to reserve a parking space days, weeks or even up to 6 months in advance. Select your location, dates, and times, and your MyPark space will be ready when you arrive.
When you're ready to leave, just drive out. MyPark will automatically detect when your vehicle has vacated the space, and will send a notification displaying the total time parked and amount billed. You’ll also receive a detailed receipt by email.

I used this app for the first time yesterday in Orlando. It is horrible. It doesn't tell you the actual parking situation. I found a parking on the app. When I reached the spot, there was a car there already. It asked me to switch the spot, that was also taken. If the spot is allotted to someone else then why does it allow extention of the spot?
I used the app for the first time today. I searched nearby for the premium outlets on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. I get to the numbered parking space and the thing doesn't go down when I push the enter button. So, I search the same mall, again. it gives me a different parking space number. the same thing happens. I do this for a total of three times and it never worked. however, the stupid app charged me three times for parking in Puerto Rico. what a piece of garbage app.
Not very happy as I reserved a spot and when I got there someone else was in it? I then started getting billed for someone else's parking and I couldn't do anything about it? I called the customer service toll free number which no one answered and then the mailbox was full. A very bad experience!!!
Absolute garbage. I left the spot after being at the mall for almost 2 hours. 9 hours later and it still shows me as being parked - it is still charging me. I can't get ahold of anyone to fix this. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!!
I used it at the Florida mall at 12:18 p.m. left at 1:27 p.m on 04.10.22. Security told me to pull it up bc if not someone is gonna take my spot. It is 6:44 p.m as of writing and it says I'm still parked an it'll turn off when I leave. I live like 40 minutes away, went back to check on it an it's still up, no one is parked there an it's counting as my time. Its been 5 hours an it still says I'm parked an it's still charging me. Its convenient as all hell when it works problem is it doesn't work.
Does not work AND will not send me my password! So, I installed it because a local place now uses it. Looked like it was all good but I could not log in. It said my email was registered. Did the "forgot password" thing and it said it was sending a password to my email. Never got one. Bottom line so far - it's a ridiculous hassle, doesn't work and is a total waste of time.
It was horrible. Had to wait an extra 15min 8n the parking lot and nothing happened. Pull to the spot and the thing that goes down so you can park never worked. I tried to figure out away to cancel but I couldn't. So I was charged to park in a spot that I didn't even park in. Never again
Good idea, terrible execution. Some things that don't work: - Search - Scrolling - Reservation time selection - login if there's a space at the end of the email (1-2 lines of code would fix this) - Random crashes - Reserving a spot even if there are a bunch open - etc You should not pay to use an app this poorly made.
This service makes parking more frustrating rather than less. Unless you're on their wifi it wouldn't work. Finally got on wifi and the spot we found which appeared to be open wasn't. It's probably great if you're at home and want parking when you arrive but for the average person parking it's obnoxious.
Registered and added my credit card, but can't log in. I have done forgot password where I get an email with the password that I keep trying. I have completely typed it, copy and paste, tried multiple times on multiple days. I cannot and still cannot log in. I have emailed support and called and left message with no response. I am going to have to consider this a fraud now and request a new credit card. Totally do NOT recommend.
this app is absolute garbage!!!!! my wife insisted that I download it so that I can find parking quicker. it says all you have to do is leave and that's it. well I left my spot and the timer is still running as if I'm there. to top it off there is NO customer service phone number. you can only communicate by email IF they decide to respond. do yourself of favor and don't waste your money or time with this!!!
Epic waste of time and energy. App shows spots available, open spots with the gates up in person. Go to reserve/claim a spot and pops up message "parking full." Then when you make a reservation your spot is supposed to appear 15 minutes prior to your time and never populates. When you press enter now the app freezes and logs you out. This is a scam of an app.
Horrible. There were at least 5 spaces open only showed 1. Once the number went down i pulled in and it not acknowledge the car. Took me another 10 mins. To get it to work. After i left it did not lift back up. I had to lift it myself if not i would get charged. Someone else pulled into the spot and i had to explain to them i was parked there. Not a good expierence very disappointed.
"Let me in" button didn't work, and the sign blocking the parking spot never dropped. I parked in a different spot in a different area of the mall and it said I was parked so I had to go check the spot I reserved to make sure someone else hadn't parked there. The sign was still up blocking the spot. I had to leave the mall area for the app to say I left. It was also the only spot available on the app, but all of the spots in the area had a sign blocking the parking spots.Good idea/poor execution
It was great and super convenient, except we left and the meter kept running, so we had to turn around and we tried to pull back in and it beeped at us, so them my timer stopped. Not sure why, but it was kind of irritating.
Perfect spot at the front of the lot. I didn't sent Amy MyPark spots at the back. Only the first four/ five spots. Perfect price especially because others were paying $10+ to self pack further into the lot. Easy and efficient!
It overcharges you for parking. It's is trying to charge me 60 dollars for parking. Do not use this app it's difficult to use and never has spots available. No wonder they don't have spots cause it's never taking the cars out of the parking
Highly inefficient system for a great idea. Fix the app. So many spots open and can't pick one. May I suggest first come first serve instead of reserving ahead of time.
this app is a timesaver. i go to town center in jacksonville very often, especially on the weekend when there is zero parking space available. it helps me find parking easily, reserve my spot, and quickly got me to where i needed to be without the hassle of paying at a meter or park too far with my recent back injury.
Garbage!!!! Avoid yourself the trouble! Parked for less than an 2 hours, this thing was still showing me as PARKED, at the end it charged me $33, cause it showed like I was there for 771 minutes. I tried calling customer service, they never answer, emailed support, same thing. I gave it one star, cause zero wasn't an option.
Terrible support. I used the app and left my space, the gate came up but continued to time me for an extra hour. I reported this though the app and never received a response. There is no way to call anyone directly for assistance.
Running on a Galaxy N9 and have to restart my phone repeatedly to get it to work! couldn't get the damn thing to work at the Orlando Outlet Malls 🤬 Half thr spots are empty and showing no open parking spots, definitely not all reserved either.
Bad App - I was in a busy mall, in front of a open spot for "my park". I downloaded the app and the instructions on the board were not available in the app also, when I selected the mall then the letter on the app, it showed "no available parking" and I was in front of a empty parking spot. Thankfully this really EXPENSIVE parking option didn't work and I just paid for a cheaper parking option in there. I deleted the app and won't never use it again.
Great idea, but I feel there are alot of bugs to work out, had parked for a little over 2 hours and left got to my hotel and the timer on the app kept going well over another hour or so.
Downloaded the app. When I parked it worked perfectly when I left the parking spot gate never came back up. Somebody else pulled in. Parked for 1 hour for $3. Company charged $21. Company never responds to email or phone
Didn't even end up using the app properly but had to leave a review for the horrible UX. Pressed a button thinking I'll be shown details about a particular spot that I wanted to reserve and apparently that made a reservation - I cancelled within 10 seconds but that was long enough for them to charge my card. Should really be clearer for the end user that they're going to be charged, wouldn't be too hard to add a confirmation dialog or something. Hope others don't fall into the same trap.
