Fresh problems with this app. It deserves a new 1-star review. I successfully started a parking session today. When I went to end it, it was though I never started the session! Later in the day I received a push notification telling me when the session would expire. I attempted to open the app, and nothing would load. So it's probably just stealing my money as I type this and there's nothing I can do about it. Garbage. Edit: Confirmed. My entire balance was wiped out. 👍

This app literally got me a parking ticket. When I tried to pay for my parking I was prompted to change my account password. After several attempts the password would not update. After a few mins the password updated and I had to add funds to my account which took more then one attempt too. By the time all of this was done I already got my parking ticket. I only parked in that spot for 2 mins. This is why it's difficult to be an honest person.

Logged in and stared session, then couldn't log back in. Reset password multiple times. Can't login to app and website does not have option to. Redirects to app. This isn't the first time. I think session ended because over an hour later I recieved phonecall saying "thanks for using...". Frustrating.

I've been asked to update my password to conform to new security requirements, without the ability to get any info about the new security requirements. Your question mark isn't working, nor are the FAQ or Contact us buttons. Also, there is nowhere to submit an 'I forgot my password' message to receive a link to reset, which is vital for anyone staying signed in to the app! An app that has been very useful and easy to use has been rendered unusable to me. Please sort this out!

Just consistently awful and annoying for what should be a very simple app. As if the app updates that require re-entering your password weren't bad enough when you're parking and in a rush. Today it asks to update my password because it doesn't meet some complexity requirement but also nowhere can you do a password reset so there is no way for me to reset my password and change it to TheTechnicalTeam@CityOfCalgarySucks.

App worked great for doing daily parking around the city, but over dropped it to 1 star because of the inability to add visitor parking through the app. Now you receive a message to call or email to get this done. What a waste. Go back to the old method and maybe I'll update the rating.

When you start the parking session, you can't pre-set the end time like you would at the kiosk. In theory this will save you money because you end the session the minute you get back to your car and end the session through the app. The reality is if you're distracted, or forget to sign out, you'll get billed for whatever the maximum is.

The actual worst. Works maybe half the time with multiple errors. Authentication error, server error, login error, raw code shows up everywhere in the screens, it's embarrassing. Works on the website though, just pay through there instead.

Signs me out and even though I have my password remembered on my phone it tells me I have to type it in again. And that it's wrong. Then when I have to reset it, it won't even send the email for 10 minutes. So I will get a parking ticket unless I manually pay. What is the point of this app? Stupid.

Monopolies don't make good software....full of errors. Takes tonnes of time. Data collection is insane. Inaccurate maps. Prepare to have your ID stolen next data Breach. Not ready for market...price gouging bonanza! A free market would show a reduction in rates as as covid kept people home. This is an example of price fixing. Consumers bent over the barrel.

When the parking system is working you can get done what you need with the app but it's by no means convenient or easy to use. Calgarians have a right to expect better from the City of Calgary.

Can't log in. Says I need to enter my email. Cannot get app to let me enter am email. Ensured app is up to date. App has been rendered completely useless.

App no longer works. Cannot log in or reset password and consistently gives me authentication errors even after reinstall of the app. Very unreliable.

I tried paying, but it keeps having errors and the payment process is not working. Now I had to leave and hope I don't have the headache of fighting a ticket because I can't try any longer. I needed to get to my meeting.

App just stopped working a few weeks ago. Says I can't be authenticated. It's a bit annoying when you have money in the account and can't use it. Looks like this app doesn't have the best reviews to begin with, lesson learned.

Wouldn't accept any combination of uppercase, lowercase, numerals, and symbols I tried for a password. Literally can't login or create a new account because of this.

(edit: May 2 2022. Looks like they fixed the problem I was having. App does what it says and let's you pay for parking, so that's swell.

Latest update forced me to change my password and then proceeded to stop working altogether. I'm trying to give you guys my money to pay for my parking but I guess I can't.

It's silly that you can add your license plate once across multiple devices. Many people share cars and to need to remove a vehicle from one person's app so I can pay for parking is cumbersome. I understand that you can use the "park a friend" option but you shouldn't need to! Also, please consider adding regular notifications (or the option to) to let people know they are still parked, because often I forget to end the session and so end up overpaying for parking that I'm not actually using.

So much better than paying at the machine. As long as you remember to stop your parking session, you only pay for the time you're parked. Would love to be able to register the same license plate with multiple user IDs. My wife and I trade cars sometimes but, in order for me to pay for parking for her car, I need to "pay for a friend" which is not as convenient as selecting her car from a list. Otherwise, easy to use.

I have been using the newest version of the app which has fixed all the bugs that were making it difficult to use. Now, it's perfect and effortless to start parking sessions. I use this app practically daily with no issues and it's very convenient. I have also used other pay parking apps from other cities when I visit them, and I have to say that this app is superior. Great work.

Easy to use - I prefer this method over using the pay machines because you don't have to estimate how long you will be parked for, it charges you for exactly the time frame you use accordingly. I've only ever experienced one glitch and I use this app every day downtown. Thanks! -it also sends multiple push notifications reminding you of when your parking is set to expire so you don't forget to end the session.

Great, app fairly straightforward and easy to use. If your down town lots could save you tons of money a year. Only thing is it let's you load multiple vehicles which is nice, (haven't put much effort into searching) but doesn't seem like you pick the vehicle and the zone just for the account, which kinda makes you worry. If your one user one vehicle this is great. Multiple may need a bit of looking around then it should be just as good.

Keeps crashing!! I've had this app for a while and use it when I'm working downtown and then claim the cost back from my company. I used it last week to start a parking session and then when I went to end the parking it just keeps crashing. Been a week now and same thing. I have money on there that I now can't use. Super frustrating to say the least. Not sure if it was an update but doubt it as my phone only updates apps when charging/on WiFi and it certainly wasn't Please fix this quick!

The app won't let me pay anymore. It keeps asking me to update my password and every choice I make is weak.... glad to know my info has pentagon level protection 🙄

Took a few uses to really get used to the layout and where to find everything. Once you get used to it it's easy to navigate. Would like to be able to have vehicles listed under multiple accounts for shared vehicles (a few of us drive a company vehicle but I can't have the vehicle listed in mine because someone else has it in theirs).
