The app and the website both no longer work. Look at the reviews based of the most recent ones. They updated both the app and website which mesded everything up. You can no longer log in as the browser shows a blank page. I've tried different browsers and nothing works. The app gives you no option to request a new password...only login and register...thats it. Support for this app doesn't appear active anymore.

The old app was great. I never had issues using it, but this update crashes the app. I have had to uninstall, reinstall...repeat process. I was finally able to get logged in again! I guess with all new things, the bugs need to be worked out. Fingers crossed, I really like the convenience this app provides! I am giving a four star rating because I really liked the (old) app and I have faith in this update.

To everyone having issues after the update, here is what I had to do. Went to app info, cleared data, forced stop, uninstalled app, went to play store and reinstalled. Then it gave me the login screen and everything worked correctly again. Now on the app itself, it is a significant improvement from the previous version. Much more clear what account and what item you are adding funds to.

Update crashed the app a few days ago :-(. I emailed the company and they responded within hours that they were working on the problem and was instructed to uninstall and use the full site to load accounts. I uninstalled waited a few days, reinstalled and updated again and it works perfect! These things happen, sure, it's inconvenient when they do but just be patient. Glad its working now!

This app has major issues, it keeps shutting down when I try to process the payment. I reinstalled the app in hopes of correcting the problem and it says I have the wrong password but no option to recover it. Popups come up all of the time with nothing showing but the "ok" button. So here I am unable to add funds to my kids lunch accounts. Oh, and the website has the same issues!!

The app is supposed to notify me when the account balance has dropped to a predetermined amount. This is basically the whole reason I even have the app, but it has yet to notify me at that predetermined amount. I have tried to disable the notifications and then turn them back on and I've tried changing the dollar amount in which to be notified, but it still doesn't function.

Absolute junk. Did you even test your app? Pay Now button cannot be pressed on Android. The Save button also cannot be pressed when entering in payment and billing details. I tried to send a report to customer service through the app and all it did was refresh the form and remove all of my info. App does not work, at least on Android.

It would be excellent if the app and website actually worked so I could ensure that my child was able to get lunch at school. A little inconvenient and hard to navigate with little to know guidance. I liked the old setup better.

Can't describe the experience well because it's very brief. I tap to open it, and it just... Doesn't. Whoever worked on this app last really needs to figure out what they messed up. Consider this app to be NOT android compatible right now. I'll change my rating when it has been fixed, and actually functions.

Great app until the recent update. Now just crashes and won't even open. Extremely frustrating. Edit: the latest update appears to have fixed the issue. After uninstalling and reinstalling, it appears to be working correctly. New features look nice.

Update 3/12/2020 New app works perfectly. Just needed some fine tuning. Thank you. Rating updated. The app is down, but the website still works. I just accessed it from my phones browser. It's a little clunkier, but it does work for loading money and checking balances. There are other ways besides just the app. I just loaded funds to my daughters account.

*UPDATE* App literally will not even open now!🙄😡 Was great at first then has been horrible ever since! Completely deleted my wallet info and now won't let me put any card on there. Used to kick me off completely but now just doesn't do anything. Can't get a hold of ANYONE to get it fixed either! It's absolutely ridiculous!! Website doesn't work either. So so frustrating! Don't make an app if you can't keep up with it or can't at least give decent customer service or any at all at that!

Convenient when it works. Terrible using it otherwise. I wish there was another method of paying my kids lunch aside from cash. The app either takes the amount from the wrong card (even though I select another) or the app shuts down during a payment and I'm unable to pay her lunch. Re- downloading the app doesn't work. This really needs to get fixed!

I appreciate being able to add to the meal account, but the app won't let me make any other fee or activity payments (i.e. yearbook, etc.) that my district allows through My Payments Plus, so it doesn't save me time or hassle as I have to log into the website to make those payments. The website is not mobile friendly, it won't scroll when I am on a payment popout window, so I can't actually pay for anything using my phone since I can't push the button at the bottom of the window.

Have used this app consistently for the last three years. I have had no problems with this app until recently. Whenever you try to open it since the last update, it crashes instantly and will not allow you to do anyting.

This app was working perfectly, but since it was updated I can't open it. Every time I try to open it a pop up comes out saying close app. Don't know what to do. I would give a five star but with the updated it's worth two. Is this going to get fixed, or should I uninstall because it's a waste of time.

Ever since I downloaded this app I can't log in. It keeps saying incorrect password or username. The only time I was able to access it was the initial setup. Even during the initial setup the app was very jittery, show errors retrieving account information. Not worth the hassle and glad I didn't have to pay for it.

Like others I have not been able to open the app since tbe update. Glad I happened to reload funds beforehand. Also stopped getting notifications when balance is low even though I have it set to tell me when the account hits below $6. That happened way before update. This app needs a lot of work.

Would give no stars if I could. Its been almost a year that the app won't work. I got a new phone thinking the app would work. I went online to live chat with someone and they tell me it is still having problems and to pay online. Very inconvenient when your out and about and need to make a payment so your child can have lunch. Very disappointed with the whole system.

I've used this app since for about a year now and haven't had any issues up until now. I had the app on my phone and recently deleted it to make space on my phone. I'm now needing it again because the school year is beginning but I can't even sign into my account with an error message appearing. I've also tried the website but the website doesn't even show a sign in button. smh

It barely ever works and I have to go online, through the schools app. It totally defeats the purpose of the app. I think it needs updated, to be honest. If it doesn't start working, I'm going to have to uninstall it. It's just taking up extra space on my phone otherwise.

I've used this app for a few years & it was great until the beginning of this year. For some reason, the app no longer alerts me to my kid's low balances. I've emailed support twice regarding this and the only solution offered is to turn on low balance alerts on the website, which then will email me an alert. I don't want more emails that will get buried among the 15k I already have in my inbox. How do I get the APP to alert me to low balances like it did before?

It's ok, I can check the balance but it won't let me add a credit card so I can transfer money. I've tried repeatedly. Very poor, if I can't add money through the app what's the point of even having that option.

There have been updates made to the program which were announced months ago that have not been incorporated into the app. The feature to transfer funds between the Meal & General account is not available. At no time should there be a negative balance in either if funds are transferrable either automatically or manually.

I have used this app for two kiddos. My oldest just graduated. Now it won't open on my phone and I have to go thru the website. Not what I want to be doing in the rush of morning busy-ness. Attempting a reinstall. Well see if it helps. Considering the other reviews, I'm not encouraged. Hope the developer reads these and rolls back the updates.
