The apps are in sharp green color, the font are in light white color. It is so difficult to read. I've paid the bills, i paid extra tho. . But it deduct the bill and doesn't have any receipt after making payment. Hello what is this app use for? Doesn't have any improment. Even tmb is better than yours. They do something to get it better and much convenient to use.

Have to upgrade more detail in this apps, not satisfied on the apps. once pay, the figure of the amount haven't updated in apps. Even pay in Jompay for make fast payment, in the apps no see any changes. Need Statement or bills for view previous history. hopeful, need more advance in future. Good luck. thank you

App is useless for more than 3 months now. Unable to show current month's bill (always showing last 2 month's bill). To make it worse I can't even view my account as the app keep showing "it appears that you're offline" although I'm connected. Uninstalled.

The purpose of an app is to make your life easier, but this app only can register one account, which makes it a digital water bill, what's the point? All the things that you get from the app, you can also do it elsewhere, why bother getting it? It's a waste of time! An app for the sake of having an app! Just improve it so users can register more than one account then your app is really useful. So many users complained for so long, still no improvement, what's pba or penang government doing actually???

It is much more worth the inconvenience of paying in front of a long line than to pay online. This is one of the rare times you will ever hear about a third party app that pays your bills for you. I don't care of it asks for a 0.60 cents to help you in administrative fees but the least you can do for this app to work is to actually pay your bills. I've had multiple transactions paid but PBA did not receive it at all. Which they threatened to cut my water for a bill which I PAID. Called in for customer service 5 times and all they care to ask me to do is write them an email of my invoice to which the app DOES NOT record. Not to mention no follow up on actions after calling customer service. So take it from me. Go pay your bills in the counter in the long line because this app is no help at all.

This apps is not user friendly at all. We only can add 1 water bill account in the apps. During MCO, we need to help relatives to pay bill but the apps limitations caused us to remove and add accounts multiple times to pay different bills.

Bill didnt update after payment made even after several days paid. Register account need to fill out so many credentials. Need to upgrade and learn from mytnb apps. They upgrade their apps from time to time

Very poor program/platform. Only allow to make payment. Unable to view bill and details of payments. Feedback via the apps are also not attended to promptly. Disappointing and waste of time

Useless apps unable to check the latest bill statement same as SADA apps, just found out that water utility apps mostly is a waste of space and developed for nothing truly rubbish. Please refer to MyTNB is user friendly and able to view the latest bill statement. Just think of user which is not from Penang and able to check bill and make payment effectively.

I re install the app again! They have improve it! I can log in easily this time! But the payment gateway has only one option only! This app must have more option for the mode of payment like accepting credit/debit card ! PBA please improve this app to be user friendly! After installing this app, i still have to pay at the counter!

Super lagging. . this is the first time when i open an app and i need to wait for more than 10seconds before the next screen appears. Initially i thought its my phone problem but i tried to open other apps, other apps works perfectly fine.

Does not work. Registered an account, but unable to log in. Ok, maybe registration wasn't successful since there was no indication of successful or failed registration. Tried to register account again, it says that email already registered. Ok, so I tried to reset password, it says user not found. . 🤣

Already paid the bill but it's still showing the amount there. It should be zero after payment. Please improve your app. Maybe can make it like TNB app? Bill is clear right away after payment, also we can see the bill amount each month, in this case, for PBA for every 2 months. Too many people complain but still no improvement till now. Hope you take consideration from users' feedbacks to improve it.

[19-APR-20] This app is not working. Filled in info needed but never send a verification email. [20-APR-20] Okay. After receiving verification email, to my dissapointment, back to the APP, this round, a blank form asking for ridiculous user input on Account no, Premise ID, Meter no, address and etc. Shouldn't be these info linked to customers' IC? Hello, please be reminded the creation of this APP is to make the life of your customers easier but not your APP developer. Please improve it!

Cannot login using my account credential. Try to reset password, it said user not found. I decided to uninstall and use the web portal, that's easier. This app is a joke!

I have been using the apps for payment and suddenly am not able to login. Forget password reset pop up said no email. Try register and said email exist. What is wrong with the apps?

Thank you for trying to make it easy for consumer to pay our water bil. However I hope myPBA could improve their app by having monthly usage bill amount rather than total amount. This will make it easier for us to trace our usage and payment especially if we have oustanding bill. MyPBA could use myTNB app as a reference to improve the app.

This app is crazy. To register a bill, account id is not enough. It need premise id..then premise id is not enough, it need meter number some more...so hard...at the end i have to give up (i just register an account 4 5 weeks back so i have not get my first bill and thus i do not know the meter no...so cannot logon to check any pending payment)

Paying bills redirect to your web browser and makes you login bank website to make payment, which does not make me feel secure by having to enter all my bank login details. This app is pointless and not user friendly. Might as well be using my bank app from the start

I paid my PBA bill through this app on 2 Feb 2020. Money was deducted from my bank but it had been one week. But IT NEVER GOT DEDUCTED from the app. The bill amount is still the same and the updated amount never got reflected. Worst experience. Now I have to go to PBA centre to solve this issue

poorly-designed app, not user-friendly at all. can only register for one account as tenant only, the registration as owner not successful. No details of usage provided either, only the amount. Please go refer myTNB.

Very bad developed app. Even from the start after registration, there is already errors. Ask for email verification but no email sent. App is not even ready at all to be launch. Please dont use this app
