Had a great time. Beautiful hotel and casino. Huge huge casino. Wasn't impressed with the high roller room and there only being 1. But they def have tons of great slot machines to choose from outside of the high roller room. Tons of restaurants. Love how you can order drinks from the machines. Remember to leave your key in the box by your room door or your electric will shut off. Pretty smart move on their part. Great spa also. Well worth the visit
The negative reviews were from ppl that definitely text with one finger. Never would imagine that scrolling to select your birthday would cause multiple ppl to struggle. I'm 32, so scrolling from 2020 to 1988 was ... uhm, easy. Basically this app is very convenient, has some issues which is normal and they get fixed quickly if something is down. I'm assuming everyone is using a smartphone and not a slow Obama phone or some flip phone. I'm sure this app doesn't run well on a potato, or iPotato
TERRIBLE !! I have been trying to access this app for the last 30 minutes. As soon as I type the first number of my club card, it cancels and goes back to the main screen. I give up !!
Poor application architecture - entered incorrect email address when registering, absolutely no way to correct this after completing initial signup. Keep getting message You're Already Registered. I never completed the registration since i never got the security code via email. This is a catch 22 and points to poor web design.
The app is user friendly and it makes booking a room incredibly easy. Its great to check your balances for easy play, easy dine, and club dollars. I enjoy using the app its very simple to use.
My wife and I spent the weekend at Pechanga hotel. It was one of the best stays I have had any were. Had a great plan for minimizing social contact. Room above exceptional. Staff professional and courteous. Food the kind you dont mind waiting in line for. I had to it a 5 star rating only cause not a option to give it 6 stars. Good Job!
Verification code problem. I've never got Verification code. I tried resend many times and check spam folder too but nothing. I sent many emails to customer support but no reply. Bad!
I've read the reviews and it doesn't help to insult others by calling them "1 finger phone users." So disrespectful 😐. You obviously haven't spent time with your elders or people with disabilities. Whatever issues they had with the app could've been anything. Please be kind. Anyway, I installed and uninstalled the app almost daily & I can't through the login. I am not elderly and have no disability that would hinder using the app.
Can't even set up a account, stupid thing boots me off each and every try. Even uninstalled it to just reinstall and just to get kicked off while here at the casino using the casinos wifi.
Have tried to use this app for 2 years or more. Can never log on constantly told my email is already taken. Get a new tech designer or trash this piece of junk. It is awful!!!! I gave 1 star but it should be 0000000000000000000!!
Since 2019 when this app was launched I've been like Charlie Brown and the app has been like Lucy. I swear Lucy (MyPechanga app) is not going to pull the football this time and the app will work to book one of my offers but I get fooled everytime. How can a casino that claims to be the "Best in California" and with the revenue it has not be able to make a working app? Suggestion Pechanga, hire someone from MLife. Their app works flawlessly everytime.
It wont let memake a reservation on the app more than 3 months in the future. Had to make reservations from website. My reservations doesnt show up on my app. It doesnt let me modify my reservations.
Stupid design. Why would u have a calendar to enter your birthday that starts on today's date and you have to swipe to find your year. I sat here for 5 minutes and it put wrong date and went to main screen and I had to start over and I wasn't even past 2006.....just make it so u can punch in date......dumbest design. I feel bad for someone who is 70 and has to swipe to find their birthday.....nice casino but dumb web/app designers. Now I see why only 500 downloads.....try again
Have changed password every time i try to log on always tells me too request new pw and enter code. Never able to get back to page to input code. Strangest and most inept app on google. I have yet to log in in 2 years! Always use my mailers or google. Please fix!😝
The app constantly says website unavailable. Can't book anything or get any promotion information for any areas. Can't check any reservations. Very disappointing.

this is 2022 and it still is the worst app ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!will not let me log in, it crashes as soon as I start to type a number, my card number, it was working last year. I even went to the casino and went to the rewards and the girl spent 1 hr. trying to fix and didn't. Now I just called again and they said, just uninstall it, I have 10 times and still does the same thing, so frustrating since I cannot go and book on my phone or cancell or check all the comps etcc. Please fix it.
