Works perfectly for me. Great for checking upcoming appointments, great for checking results with blood work and etc., great way with communicating with my provider. Also, COVID 19 immunization info is easy to open when needed

Overall easy to use, but please turn on screenshots, it's incredibly difficult to transfer the information i get on there to other people

Probably the most comprehensive personal medical app I've come across, and so easy to navigate!

I've raised my opinion of this app slightly.. Very slightly.. It has useful functions but it has flaws too. One flaw is it will notify you when you have a bill to pay and when I try to pay with a cc in the app, I enter the cc number, exp date, name, address, save info for later payments. and when that's all entered the only 2 buttons available are BACK and CANCEL... Seems they forgot to include a PAY button...

Very confusing but I am confused feeling sick the past six months.

This is by far the BEST app I have ever used. It's easy to navigate and ALL of your medical information is right there. You can make appointments, text everyone that is part of your care team, get refills, schedule test... I mean everything is right there. I absolutely love this. Thank you mypennmedicine

Over all very detailed medical records. My only concern is that the medication list from hospital stay is incomplete! I will contact hospitalist team leader to correct this issue. I have been able to see all blood tests and Imaging reports as well as the images from the my chart app.

Convenient and easy to use. Able to communicate with all doctors, view test results, do check in which speeds up your appointment. And also able to set appointment.

Like they tie everything together and eliminates phone calls

Easy to use! Keeps all of my appointments, medical information, up to date and organized. Makes contacting my physicians easy and cuts down on appointment times with them. I'd give 10 stars if I could!!

Totally horrendous. I tried to use the app to pay an outstanding bill and it notified me that it could not process parent based on info. Tried a couple more times and the same thing, so I figured I would call the next day. Despite saying it didn't process, it removed $900 from my account. Absolutely cannot believe this. Don't use this app to pay for anything, it's awful and it's a scam.

This app is the greatest tool to use for my healthcare needs. I can easily communicate with my doctor, schedule appointments and get my refills without going into the clinic or calling on the phone. No one should be without this app. It's a fantastic application. I can even access my covid vaccination records on it.

The app works well for scheduling appointments, reminders, and communicating with my Dr. However, one point of annoyance is that it does not connect to GoogleFit to track my health, even though the option is clearly given.

This med portal has been around for 10+ years, maybe 15 years. This was the 1st portal I ever used so I judge others against this one. No others even come close to the ease of use, the comprehensive information and the charting over time of labs and other testing. My records go back 20+ years. Since Main Line Health portal has a co-operation with Penn. A majority of my health care providers are available at one portal location easily switching to and from the individual portals.

Extremely helpful and easy

On my galaxy s7 there's no back button on messages, appointments, and many others. You're stuck in the window and only option is to log out. Very poor app implementation.

Very user friendly. Bring able to link other medical providers for my care is an amazing feature. Use this app all the time.

I think this is the best app. It keeps track of your drs appointments, it has your health history and all your medications u take all in one neat little area, after my virtual appointments with my drs and nurses and dietitians it gives me an over view of how my appointmaent went ereèand keeps track of my goals³ and paper work or questionnaires for any of my appointments it doctors come through this app for me to answer.

The app is great but I need to be able to send a non urgent message to my specialist when I can't get through to him via his office. It only shows my primary care doc.

Everytime I use the portal the information is there and clear to understand and if I have questions or need clarity the site gives an explanation or the health team. The myPennMedicine is great!

Makes it easier to relay messages to my physicians! Sometimes I just need a question answered that doesn't require an appointment.

This is the best app to interact with your doctors. I have seen apps from other health systems and this is by far THE BEST!!!

Amazingly easy app to use. Haven't had any issues with the interface. App is way more convenient than calling or using the website

I think this is a developing app. At least I hope. I have mistaken or the app has mistakenly inserted my password many times. I hope the app gets better in time.

Easy to use & great for send messages or to ask questions. I always receive an answer right of way or at least by the end if the day.

This app is great , everything is right at your fingertips don't have waste to much time on the phone talking.

This app has some faults but the positive outways the negative. The ability to keepintouch with my care team, which in turns helps quite a bit.

It works great for my dad's account on his phone. But mine, my password never works so I always have to call for help. They get me in but when I want to log back in after done with phone call, I can't get in without having to call them

Had trouble with getting info (my charts) after 2 calls, the reps gave minimal effort, no luck. Called the 3rd time and, I think her name was Fadelis, very helpful and found the problem. Very pleasant and knew what to due. An asset to the company. Should be Commended for her work. Will call her supervisor. Need more helpful people like her. Thanks 😊
