HOW TO REGISTER
If you have received an invitation letter from mypensionID, all you need to do is follow the onscreen instructions to onboard with mypensionID. You’ll need the 12 digit Unique Security Code from the letter and you’ll need to verify your identity with a selfie and a valid government issued photo identity document (passport, driving licence or national ID card).
After you’re set up, you can create a 5-digit passcode to log in faster in future.

This app seems wonderfull when you read about it. But try using it! It does not work at all. It's the biggest load of rubbish that I have come across. I suggest that the developers of this app look at its faults. I did not get past the selfie stage. The app kept telling me to move away from the camera. I had the camera at arms length. Perhaps the makers of this app should send me some arm extensions. To be honest this app is not worth one star. I had to give it this so I could write a review .
Diabolical is the only word I can think of that describes this app. It cannot be found in the store when using an Honor 7 or Honor 8 phone. It installs on a Huawei P20, but the camera part does not work.. Did anyone beta test it before launching it ? The incompetence of Target never fails to make me wonder why they're still in business. Incidentally, I also have serious concerns about privacy with this application. Permissions include. Apps running ? Microphone ? Keep phone awake ?
Genuinely the worst app I've ever used. Telling me I'm using an outdated version of the app even though I've just downloaded it! Tried a different phone, doesn't recognise my ID, can't take photos even if you can get that far. Surely the developers are trolling us? No one can knowingly release an app this0 bad.
This app is totally useless, have downloaded it on 3 different phones and it tells me it is an old version and to update to a new version. Absolutely useless! !!!!!
Takes ages to get the photo image right and when it does comes up with error message Oops, something went wrong try again later.....Have reverted to the alternative form
A little confusing to get everything correct, but I've been reunited with a lost pension, so this is honestly the best app I've ever used!
What a load of JUNK. Enter security code and app says I am running old version and tells me to download it again. Just goes around in a circle
Rubbish. Keeps saying that I'm using an outdated app and to download newer app. Newer app doesn't exist. What a waste of time.
Will not open says it needs the latest version? It doesn't give an option to update as its only 3 seconds old???
Doesnt work. Wont take selfie. Quality number never goes above zero. So cant continue.

Absolutely hopeless could not get past part one won't take selfies.
System fails to match selfie with California drivers license and is therefore useless.
Difficulty with selfie

Can't take the selfie and the quality stays at zero despite a perfectly normal picture in the frame. Also, the prompts at the top of the screen are too small (this is an app for pensioners after all) and run off the edge of the screen.
