But the way support team interact with customer is commendable.Most of the time I interacted with support team person "Dishu". I must say , she is very calm and polite. i don't want to give even one star...i ordered a wooden shadow box with electric light...and I've received a defective product..when i connect with plug,then and there it blusts....i really disappointed for your product.... totally waste of money... I'll never order from this app...worst products are given...

Horrible service. the customer phone number is always busy or sometimes no one picks the call. they don't respond to emails. pathetic service. they took my order and after 2 weeks they told me that my location is not serviceable, common man if it's not serviceable why did you take the order at the first place? I get all my orders from flipkart, mantra, amazon, friends sent by speed post too there is no problem in delivery. now they ship my order nor refund. waste waste

I have ordered two custom photo letter names. Excellent finishing. Beautiful is a very small word to describe these items. One letter was missing in my package. I have reported immediately, and the team is so much responsible, that they immediately aligned one of their managers, I have received it in next 2 business days. Really appreciated. Highly recommended.

I had placed an order, but now when I want to check the status of the order, I m not able to do so as when I clicked on the icon to open the app they ask me to login n when i enter my mail address it always say ...no email found. So frustrating..Now I don't even know the status of my order nor I can ask for refund.

The worst app, the customer care won't respond properly. And deliver will get late and u wont get the deliver if u trust. I have faced it, I was calling them they are saying one or two days daily. I never use this app.

I gave my first order and I am very fedup with your services and quality , I gave an order of valentine day special shadow box and I got a box which is very different from pictures given on app. Even text are also wrong. Such a waste website. Please pick it back. I want refund.

They deducted amount 799, when I contacted their staff that when our products will be delivered then they told me that we didn't receive any amount .and app also not showing order list.. Dlt this app if u r not able to manage those things Order number -#40222

Disappointed with the customer care response. Item tracking, courier status nothing is not available. Customer care repeatedly says that it is on working stage, it will come. That's it.

Order was suppose to be delivered within 4 business days. But they delayed the delivery and got the product after the birthday was over. And very bad customer service.

Its rubbish. i ordered it and it arrived and the light was not working.. the number for customer contact is always off. They dont reply on e-mails. I would urge all of you not to waste your money here. its useless. I dont even feel like giving 1 star
