I must say I thought the 1 stars were fake but the app has issues like not backing up even on wifi. It starts and stops itself. Now I see why 120gb of free storage a month is free. Cuz you can't use it. Waste of space and payed employees to make trash. I have no expiration but could probably design a more stable app myself

It always freezes always kicks me out always tells me to close app or wait it won't save my pictures and it's really annoying what's the point of this app ever since I got a Motorola and this app was on here it has never worked so please fix it because it is fully updated and I don't take pictures for just any reason fix the app please

This is app is so damn frustrating. Doesn't back up even if you leave the app open. Doesn't matter if you're connected to wifi or using mobile data. It's backed up photos once the whole time I've had it. Since that one time, it gives notifications, saying go check your backup progress and it hasn't progressed at all. It's been on the same number for the last 3 weeks. It's utterly ridiculous. I do not recommend this app at all.

I love this app Instagram my phone and couldn't login for the life of me I contacted support and they didn't give me a hard time to figure out how to get in along as u can answer ur security questions ur good AND it was MONTHS b4 I could get in most apps would have deleted my stuff!!

This app is completely garbage it freezes, doesn't back up, doesn't open photos, a waste of space on my phone. COMPLETELY TRASH!!!!!!!

I have messaged the developers asking if they were going to address any of these issues since they haven't bothered in the last year. Waiting on a reply. I won't hold my breath or keep this app!

Backup makes me feel secure against loss. Easy, as it is automatic.

Only 4 stars cuz it takes forever to back up my pics even on Wi-Fi, I thought Wi-Fi was gonna make everything back up fast but not on this app, when that's fixed I'll put 5 stars instead of 4

I have the $60/month plan. I should be getting 150gb of cloud storage but I'm not getting 2gb. I can't seem to get ahold of customer service so someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong to not be able to access the 150gb....

I'm not sure how to use it as of yet, but I think it is easy enough and Self explanatory. I'll be back tho with the update on the app. I've downloaded so many things that I really don't know what I have in my app drawer. It looks like a very good app that I am sure I will be able to use and enjoy. Thanks

This app is horrible it picks and chooses what photos to back up. Anytime I take a pic, save a pic or anything it don't always back them up. It constantly shows the notification to back up new photos so when I open the app it shows how some pics haven't been backed up but yet it says everything has been backed up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it once and it worked but then it stared doing it again. It's extremely annoying. I'll just stick with the google photo backup

Upload slower than dialup. It's uploaded 375 photos in 2 days. Literally.

I have set everything to back up even on data yet I only backs up some of my stuff not all. The app needs major improvements and better features. It would be nice if a photo editor was included

Extremely slow. My other cloud services works a thousand times faster. Also when set to Wifi only for downloads it keeps saying that wifi is not available even when Wifi is comfirmed to be working properly. It is like they want you to use data only. I have uninstalled the app after deleting all of my photos.

Terrible, terrible. I've had it for over a month and not even half my stuff is backed up, keeps saying I'm not connected to internet when i clearly am, both Wifi and Cellular and i made sure to toggle the setting over any connection uploads. Garbage app tbh i hope i don't lose my photos

Not uploading all my pictures to myPhotoVault. It says all are backed up but keeps counting new photos needing backed up but won't back up. No option to select photos to back up. Definitely not assured that this will save my pictures. They give you 150 gb of storage, ice used 5 gb and it won't back up my latest 150 pictures.

So what they dont tell you is that unless you upgrade, theres a 2GB limit. It will also stop backing up if your phone is full, which is probably the most important time for photos to be backed up. Oh, and they're not going to answer your emails.

This app is by far the worst, its only good for storage, the share and dowload buttons don't work at so you can not share any photos through text or any other way, and can not download them back to your device as well. Totally useless..

App needs updated. Says backing up but just keeps searching. It never actually backs up my photos and videos. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times but the problem continues.

Was told it was unlimited storage when I got it and was downgraded to 2 GB later

This app is not user friendly. It constantly shows new notifications after it reports backup is complete. Will not backup unless app is open and the notification of new photos never goes away after the backup

absolutely stunning and amazing app that helps keep my photos not only locked and save but organized. it's cleared up a lot of space on my phone as well! I would recommend this five-star app

I hate apps to be pre-setup automatically, without the option to turn off the back up, or just the item I do want to upload. This app doesn't have any option to choose wich photo of file want to upload. DON'T USE THIS APP, WHEN YOU INSTALL EVEN IF YOU TURN OFF THE BACKUP, STILL UPLOAD ALL YOUR PICTURES.

i really like how they stay on top of backing up photos and the securitykey makes me feel better

This is a great alternative to Google photos! Since the storage max is 15 gb with my drive and email photos, I'm at 13gb. This app not only saves me money but it organizes the same way photos does!

Negative experience. It worked two times and after that never opened again uninstalling. If cricket wants to give perks be honest about unlimited data and stop jumping the video resolution from 480 all the way down to 144. Deliver what you promised. If you have to raise the price do it just don't lie about it or try to compensate with low effort apps like this. I do like the HBO max and the phone service itself is reliable and I'm keeping cricket bit not this app offer us google + instead

I have been robbed with my Gmail, account, Google, YouTube and so much more. l don't feel protected in my phone and private account. It's annoying when your phone is doing everything, but what I want to do for the service I pay for.

it takes too long to download the pics. I have to wait to see the pics. I really dislike this immensely. The editing also sux.

1. Where is the option to restore pics that have been deleted? 2. I wish my pics would be organized by date and time,Then i get a notification that i need to back up my photos But they've already been backed up,I don't like the art that I can use for my pic,it distorts the pics I know this is Crickets photo vault for storage, but Samsung a11 uses samsung gallery So pics go in gallery,google photos,and this photo vault ... This suppose to free up storage on phones,But i cant tell i get 32gigs.
