Cannot delete from listened regardless of how many times you hit delete. The only option in the menu is "flags" or "playlist". There is no way to empty the trashcan. Please stop telling people they can just use the old version, if you revert to the old version then it just gets over written in the next update. "V2 is better" is only your opinion, given the reviews I'm reading, everyone else thinks V1 is better.
The recent forced upgrade is awful. Absolutely awful. I'm not sure if I should go back to the old one or just give up. Uggh. All of the complaints that everybody else is writing about apply.
The interface on v2 is absolutely horrible. I'm going back to v1 , which is slightly buggy, but understandable.

Too buggy. Excellent features. When it's finished it's going to be great. When it's finished.
Will not work. when I try to play anything it gives an error message. The old version was much better.
The old version was easier to use. Can't even find my old podcasts that were waiting to be played. Now I need to find a new podcast player and downloader. What a disappointment
V2 has problems. Doesn't auto download, auto adds episodes to playlists even tho settings should mean they don't and i cant add feed urls or find popular podcasr feeds. Some help offered to start but i give up as v1 was goid... going back to v1.
Beta is not working for me on first try 1/26/2015. It's jammed on downloading. Nothing I can do cancels it. How can I go back to the version I know and love?
This app was fine and I used for three good years - until the recent update which made it unusable! Uninstalled it after the third time it attempted to download every single episode of every podcast I subscribe to. Avoid like the plague, this is now one seriously terrible app. A shame, but I don't know why you'd bring out an unusable upgrade. If I could award zero stars I would for the upgraded app. Woeful!
For about 1 week MyPOD has been continuously updating... But never competes. Get error "-505"

I used to use the older version. When I upgraded it took me a bit to get used to the new interface, but now I'm used to it and like it even more than the old.
This app does exactly what it was supposed to. Couldn't ask for more

But the UI is the worst I've ever seen in any app. Please don't take it personally, it's a clutter. ---- And one star less because of Start at boot permission—it can seldom be justified, there are workarounds to avoid slowing my phone's startup
In general the ui is pretty straight forward. I like the controls which are pretty numerous for a free podcast app. The desktop control over Wi-Fi is also pretty cool. Also like the size of the buttons while playing podcast's. My main complaint is the size of the text. It's to small to read especially while driving. I'm looking forward and anticipating the release of Upod from the guys behind the old google reader Good News app.
Unlike a dozen other podcast apps I've tried even some I've paid for cuz I thought they were the best. That's past tense. This ugly lil app just works. Without needing to be pretty doing it! If U want a fashionable app get an iPhone. If you're more interested in function this app does it!
Not usable for me. Two major issues. Auto download just doesn't work. Have to manually download podcasts from feed. Other issue is that file gets corrupted and becomes unplayable if not 100% listened when phone is restarted.
Yes I do. I would have given 5 stars if only I could choose to save files to my ext sd card. I paid for unlock and it's not really as complex as it first appears. But then I am a podcast junkie who missed her Zune. 27 podcast player apps later I choose this as IT. :-)
Downloads the file appears in my podcast list but when I try to play it, the podcast literally disappears. Uninstalled
When I switched to Android I tried several podcast managers and MyPod impressed me. I even tried a few new podcast apps when I got my new phone and went right back to MyPod. It's user-friendly, highly customizable, and I find a lot of great content. Good work!
Very nice features, but the ui is very cluttered and confusing in many places. More screens with fewer options on each would be nice.
Its good. But there is a MAJOR issue that needs fixing. And that is deleting podcasts files. For me it just puts them in a "trash can" in the app so it can be restored if i wish.. but itstill takes up space on my phone when i neeed that space for other stuff! No way to empty said "trash can" so now I have to delete them manualy... this a major problem. It just fills up my phone
