Did update now the app. doesn't work. Just stays on the opening page with the 3 dots. It doesn't work. Fix please. I've uninstalled, cleared cache. Make the link you supplied clickable. I'd give negative if I could. Been in contact with you and still doesn't work. If it's not broke stop screwing with it.

Can't complete Bingo because of App. I have redeemed two gift cards on the app and I am not getting credit for the activity to earn my 135 pts for the middle line. There is a problem between the App and Special Games. This is not the first time I have had this problem. The App should work better!!!

👎👎👎👎👎UPDATE 5/18/2022: Forgot I'd been here, done this before. MyPoints Help center has no options for submitting this problem, and 2 years later nothing has changed to enable me to log in using my account credentials. No idea if the link below my original review is still good. Downloaded this to be able to get points for in store purchases by uploading receipts. Evidently no way to do this on the website. Can't log in. Useless error message says "Not Authorized."

I loved it when I first downloaded it, but after a few days the app would close after only having it open maybe 5 mins. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same results. My life is too busy for an app I have to fight with.

I have yet to receive any of my gift cards for payout and when I message customer service they just tell me it takes a bit and to hit resend. Over a month later and many resend requests I still haven't received any. Until they offer the option to just view your gift cards within the app like the other apps do I won't be using or recommending them anymore.

Despite all of the updates, nothing was done about the broken video links in surveys, which then leads to disqualification. Also, the "Content Discovery" tab under "Earn points from Discover" no longer works on the app and the point reward has been reduced from 3 to 1. It's just become a huge pain to use the app since it doesn't work half the time.

Update?.... now I can't log in... "country not supported"..... I'm in the USA. And now "logging into the app" is on the to do list and because of a supposed bug fix update I cannot log in. Thanks.....

Since latest update, I can no longer log in. I either get the message "County not supported" (I'm in the USA) or the super helpful "Some error occurred. Please try again later."

Every time I try to sign up it says somebody else is using the email and I even made a brand new email just to make sure I never made an account before... same results it is definitely the app

You pay and complete an offer but cant get your points for three months? I get having to wait a couple days but having to wait for 60 + days is ridiculous its 2022 it shouldnt take that long to verify completion.

I've been with them for 2 years and the rewards are great. It does involve a lot of time. The complaint I have now (and a lot of members do) you spend 10 minutes on a survey only to be kicked off stating you didn't "qualify". After 10 minutes they know if we qualify. No points awarded and that's not fair. MyPoints should not allow this. It looks bad on their part.

Nothing in this app seems to work. Buttons to upload receipts, add files to tickets- nothing. Click in them and either nothing happens of it kicks you back to the beginning of the process like you never did it. I'm uninstalling if no response in next 24hrs. Rakuten just isn't worth my time. Ibotta and Inbox Dollars pay much better and no bugs in the app!

The Mypoints app is great and very easy-to-use!!! It's a great app that everyone really should use!!!

I cannot get into mobile app...it keeps saying " not authorized" very frustrating.... I have reached out to customer service several times and basically they didn't help....now if you can help me leave me a link or address to reach you ...i have uninstalled, reinstalled, tried on other devices and it always says, "not authorized"....I have reached out to support and they are out no help at all

4-17-22 update. Found on line a second daily goal for additional points. The second daily goal is way to High. Very hard to reach it every day. If daily goal 83 and second goal 340 that is hard to meet. Please reconsider making second goal lower. Thanks for listening.

Don't download it its wack now they had an update 2 days ago nd mypoints no longer had ads to watch they sucked anyways they make u watch 2 to 4 minute ads for 1 cent they better apps out there rn that pay 1 cent per 30 second ads like appking and drumo

I can no longer add receipts. The button doesn't do anything when I press it. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it several times, checked permissions, even emailed the app developer and got no response. It's a shame because I've been a loyal user for over 10 years. Frustrated

Cannot contact customer service. After completing the form to email mypoints with an issue it simply won't send. Same on the website. Huge inconvenience since there are always issues with points not applying, being reversed, and rewards not being issued.

Just a reminder......... You can spend a great amount of time doing a survey. Nothing is mentioned about delayed rewards. However, at the end those are the words you'll see...Just a reminder, this survey doesn't reward immediately. Which translates to... We are screwing you out of the rewards, points and your time spent. It's a good site, but you will be robbed of points constantly under those misleading words. UPDATE- DON'T USE - I complete 30 minute surveys until the end & am disqualified after being thank for completing the survey. AWFUL SCAM!!! They get all the answers I get 0 pts. Hard to do the continue button in surveys without enlarging the full page and then have to shrink down again. It is very annoying. Buttons remain while taking a survey, very easy to accidentally hit & return to the main page losing all survey progress. Tired of getting kicked out because of your buttons!

Whenever I try to scan a magic receipt the app just goes off that screen and will not upload. I have tried over 10 times and it just takes me back to the original page.

My Receipts option just does NOT work. Cannot submit pictures as the option to snap a pic often isn't there. VERY frustrating. I even skipped the app and used the web page for a bit but now that doesn't let me snap pics either.

Just gives a generic error message and closes...fyi....it was the Internet connection... The app isn't so bad

I have been trying since Friday, 1/7/22 to upload a receipt. The submit receipt is not workjng. I have uninstalled, and cleared cache, and reinstalled. Nothing has worked very frustrating. I have had to use my tablet with the website since the app on my phone will not let me scan a receipt.

Routinely finish surveys through the app only to be sent to an error page at the end, so I get no credit for it. Kind of a waste if it doesn't work half the time.

Redeemed for a $50 Amazon gift card November 18, 2021. Never received it. Sent multiple emails and received back that they were working on it. Still have not received it. Second time redeeming and second time having problems getting it.

I've been using Mypoints for some time now. The first time I built up points enough to redeem for a gift card I was actually shocked. I redeem my points for a gift card and was thinking no way this is legit. I did not depend on getting a gift card really. Then a few days later I find a email saying my gift card was ready. I clicked on the link and got a gift card code. I was really pleased that a web site did just what it said it would. Mypoints is a great site to answer survey's for gift cards.

I really like this website, though the surveys are an issue, often cheat you. The rest is good. However, this app version is super flawed. Hard to navigate and can't even find the Deals section. Can't find a search option either to look for deals. Don't see the Bingo options either. These are all on the website.

Ever since the last update the app is extremely slow and glitchy.

I have made an account and the app doesn't recognize me. I can reset my password in the app, but when I go to log in it's always "invalid credentials". One star since its broken.
