Very handy, beats the couriers hands down.

What a cop out! So much for the "letter reform" aye guys?. Auspost has finally given up dealing directly with companies to try and convince the switch - and instead, has now converted to bill scanner - a glorified email notification system... So now you - the user - has to do all the work informing and changing your billing preferences with your providers - just so the auspost app can actually function. It's also interesting that Auspost used this previous app as a justification for jacking up letter prices during its "letter reform".

Worthless app by a blatantly scummy company. Exists for political reasons rather than a good faith attempt at meaningful functionality. Oh, and the “contact us” button for cancelling an account is currently broken FFS

Try to log in, my email doesn't exist. Try to sign up, my email already exists. On computer, not using this app I'm able to log in immediately.

Lacking features like multiple select in mailbox

Won't let me login!! Yet I can thru a web browser.

Fad. J. Sep 27, 2017

Password, Password reset and login details reset text fields don't accept letters as input but only symbols. Also cannot login with my auspost account and has no sign up option for new users

Used to be useful for mail notifications in my PO box. This feature no longer works. This is now a useless app. 😠

Chr. R. Jun 12, 2017

Login issues fixed with recent update, also no SMS passcode is requested every login if you set the this is my phone option. So far so good, thanks!

Cannot log in! Able to log in to website ok. Do they actually check this feedback?? Surely they would have realise that this app just doesn't work!

Have you heard the one about Australia Post providing RELIABLE mail notifications? Sorry, delete RELIABLE and insert ANY. How hard can it be? If it wasn't outrageous it would be comical. Somebody should be looking at a career change.

Cant log in. App doesnt work.

Tell how to close this account down

This has to be the worst App in existence. The user experience terrible - to the point it's impossible to use. Why do you have so much security just for a business to see if they have mail. This app has more security than my bank account. Get rid of the two step authentication - it's absolutely ridiculous.

What a poor service you've provided. You took simple services and ease of use and locked t h em behind closed doors. Have to sign up to services multiple times and keep receiving a text message to log in after I've correctly submitted my password. This shows why you're a failing company australia post. You simply don't get it fo you.

It’s still pretty ridiculous that Australia posts definition of 2 factor authentication is a text message every time you log in or use your digital mailbox regardless of if you’re doing it from the same device repeatedly. At the very least there should be an option to remember authenticated devices. If your security measure completely kills the convenience of using a service, you’re doing it wrong.

For some reason Australia Post now requires an SMS Code on top of the pin. Trouble is if you're on the same phone the message comes in on, it logs you out when you retrieve the code and then puts you in a loop doing again. Called "Customer Service" - person clearly couldn't care less and to AP clearly it IS an issue based on other complaints here. Unimpressed.

Wow, after reading reviews I was hoping some fixes had been made....Unfortunately, they haven't. Two step verification means I cannot sign into app. As whenever I log in and and receive SMS code I have to then open messages to retrieve said code. App does not stay at code entering page!!!! Stupid, stupid, stupid Then I have to log in again and therefore receive another SMS, this keeps cycling. Genius Australia post.

I use it for P.O Box activity but don't get a notification if i don't have the app open as if i close the app it logs out. so a reboot or close all apps when the phone is getting slow loses logs the app out. twitter, facebook, messenger, Instagram the list goes on all still work but this logs out after app is closed rendering it pointless

Ed. M. Aug 1, 2016

Only use this because aus post stopped a perfectly good email alert service for post boxes. Now I lose the alert if the phone is rebooted. Utterly pointless, bring back email alerts so I can ditch this rubbish. Despite update that claims improved login, it still uses SMS every time.

Utterly useless app..I only used it to get notifications for my PO Box. They have now stopped this handy feature, Supposedly they communicated this, I don't think so. Now they send an email that looks like spam. Who has time to be checking email in the morning A simple push notification for people who have paid for a service was great. If there is mail notify, otherwise I know I don't have mail without having to check my spam folder. Here's an idea use some of the CEO's fat paycheck to actual deliver value to customers, because the only thing he's doing is taking services away from customers and charging more!

Dan. J. Feb 28, 2017

It's literally useless? Got the app so I could get notifications for mail and know when to check the post. And since this is the digital counterpart of my physical PO Box surely I could pay my renewal through it? Ha ha joke's on me you have to go to the site, log in to a second section, add your PO Box number, verify it with a driver's licence, then TELL IT WHAT YOUR POSTAL ADDRESS IS. 100% uninstalling this waste of data.

Kar. G. Feb 8, 2017

From unreliable to totally useless! Although the app was unreliable at times at alerting me to mail, it was at least a way for my daughters to know we had mail to collect when I was away with work or on hols etc. Didn't mind sharing my app password so she could download the app & know when there was mail to collect. After all, the PO gives two copies of the key for the same reason. But now that they only want to send an email notification ots totally useless. Not sharing my email password. Not even sure I will renew my po box lease now given there are other more functional mail collection services available these days. It's hard to stay loyal to a lifelong organisation when they make it so damn hard!

Rya. P. May 18, 2017

Utterly pathetic app. AusPost should forget about trying to be highschool level app developers and get back to being an affordable and reliable postal service instead. Appauling app.

Car. H. Jan 31, 2017

Used to like it because it would let me know I had mail to pick up without having to check emails but now it is another useless app! Log in on app on phone and it tells me there is no mail activity but an email says there is mail. Don't have time to check emails before work!

A. G. u. Nov 7, 2016

Really aus post? A sms every time I want to log in? Sometimes I get no sms at all. You can't just send me a message when I have mail instead of a password? Hope you guys actually read the feedback here, as soon as I can I will gladly stop using your services.

Notifications do mot work at all on Android Galaxy Tab A. They work on iOS, but not on Android. Very frustrating.

Tre. L. Apr 1, 2017

It is impossible to download a bill from an android phone. I contacted AP several months ago and confirmed this to be correct. There was no indication of when or if this would be rectified. Several months later nothing has changed. I have now decided to stop using this service.
