I was made aware of this app from Presonus' recent user survey and I must say I'm a little disappointed. The interface seems to have a few issues with links not loading, buttons not working and the products tab just doesn't load at all. Worst of all this has not been updated in 2 years. Hopefully Presonus will give this a little more attention going forward

I can't truly rate this app because it didn't serve my purpose of downloading it. However, I want this app to serve as a Notion 6 Score Playback app with capabilities of uploading a scrolling performance of the music when uploaded from the desktop version. The goal is to upload videos to YouTube and share projects with others.

Very helpful app, and makes it quick and easy to search, buy, and register products. However since it's new at the time, crashing occurs quite often. Please look into fixing this!

What bothers me the most (apart from the occasional technical glitches, good content search option beside the use of tags) is that the MyPreSonus app is available on playstore, yet we cannot use Google Pay as a purchase option from its integrated Presonus Store. This is simply a gross short sightedness of the developers.

The App crashes every time I open a workspace, besides that it's pretty a decent app. The whole presonus/studio one/sphere un beatable imo but the App does not yet hold up to the quality expect from this power house but everything is a process

Nice App Presonus Team, the scan barcode feature for hardware registration is a brilliant idea. Hopefully this application is well taken care of and always adds new interesting features. Cheers... 🤟🏻

what the app currently misses is a section to manage licenses and seats similar to the web interface where one can access license information and activate/deactivate seats. That was the first thing i looked for when i opened the app to no avail! thanks though, good to have an app for such currently-available resources. cheers

Can't register a product. The page doesn't load, and I've tried reinstalling the app too. This app is an excellent idea but it's poorly executed.

Hey, this is a pretty good app for checking up on your PreSonus account but it would be pretty cool to see some kind of community area in place where people can post and socialise on projects. Maybe even connect people that use different DAWs. I don't think that it would be too difficult to integrate. There needs to be some kind of a community like this.

Great idea, poor execution! Products tab doesn't load so I still use mobile web version to access my Sphere workspaces on the go.

Just registered my product...was giving me video..now it's asking me to register and scan my stuff....very frustrating

Won't let me open an account.

App crashes when opening several links. Tried uninstall / reinstall but same issue. Support is extremely slow and ineffective. So glad i spent 2k on Presonus products lol. Ok to register stuff but youtube is your only real support for their stuff. I think their trying, but failing to understand that customer support nowadays needs to be priority one if you want to grow.
