From the main screen of the MyPrevea App, Prevea patients can obtain up-to-date and useful information about Prevea Health. You can search for:
• Wait times at all Prevea Urgent Care locations
• Prevea doctors and other providers
• Prevea Health Center locations
In addition, you can quickly access your MyPrevea account off of the main screen to:
• View any of your confidential health information including lab and test results, as soon as they’re available
• Access a list of your medications and immunization records
• Stay in touch with your doctor and other providers
• Request and track prescription refills
• Request and/or manage your Prevea appointments
• View and pay your bill
• Access health information for your spouse, children or elderly relative (with proper consent)

PLEASE fix your links... I try to go to virtual care and end up with COVID tests...try COVID tests and end up with symptom checker...what? This thing isn't ready for prime time...sorry.
Used the paperless option and never received any notification of a bill that was outstanding.
I utilize .My Chart alot and rely on it for my appointments and Drs messages, etc.... Please keep it going! Thank you. Carol Meyer
App was great at first but now it won't show my billing statements or anything. Which kind of makes it worthless. I've contacted them and they say it is fixed and it definitely isn't. I want to see my bills so I know what I'm paying for.
I really like having access to my records 24/7. My only complaint would be when I message the office and request to be contacted by phone most of the time they don't. Why give me options to choose from if you aren't going to honor my request?
Update 4-8-19 evening The app is back up and running. I'm still giving it only 3 stars because i can't send a message to my doctor despite having the button in the screen.
I was using the "Reaet Password" link. It sends a code to my phone , almost 12 hours after i request it, and the code expires in 10 minutes. Useless.
I truly enjoy the info of this app and the ease of pulling up history, reminds me of my appt and let's me prepare for the appointment. and let's me prepay. So I am called to a waiting room quite quick and walk straight out to my car 🚨 Mission accomplished Cricket!
I love this app, can pay my bill, message my provider...HOWEVER this past week the app won't even open, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still won't do anything.....what's the deal???
It absolutely won't let me update in regards to doctors through Prevea I can message, only a doctor I saw over a year ago. It also won't update for new tests I've had in the last six months.
I love this app. I have everything at my fingertips. I love that I can read doctor notes, check test results, make payments and much more all from this app.
I regularly use 2 different apps for doctors, this one is the best. Has everything right there for you. No need to hunt around for any of it.
I hate this app. Can't send messages to my doctor, can't find my information, the only thing that gives me is my medication. Useless!

Is useful, but takes forever to load regardless if on celuular or wifi
It keeps revising to open because it can't access GPS, even though GPS in enabled. :(
It's an ok app, I'm just having issues with the detailed covid19 testing. At 1st it showed me everything now just saying negative.

Easy access to lab results and messages to and from health staff. Would be nice to be able to send images from camera to the doctor along with a message.
Lets you schedule a test outside of testing hours, utterly useless.
This App. is s'pose to Help HOW??? I CAN'T see my Appointments, Message my Dr, all I see is for Urgent Care 😡

This site worked a few days ago. Now all you get is a white screen. I have uninstalled the app but there was no change. Please fix
I really like the app but it's sometimes hard to navigate. Where is my bill mailed from because "You owe" showed up first thing. Kind of demeaning when I always pay my bills in a timely manner once I receive my hard copy. Please cut the number of reminders for appointments and don't call me from an unknown number. Identify "prevea". Thank you.
