Click app and get a blank screen. Brilliant. My endocrinologist uses "follow my health". At least it works. This is just a blank screen that goes nowhere. Contacted their customer service as requested. App still wont work on my phone nor on my tablet. When u reset password it never emails you new one. They imply its my fault, yet I tried multiple devices and they have mostly 1 star ratings and horrific reviews. They're delusional. I'll encourage my care provider to switch to "follow my health"
Have update, reinstalled twice provider. Can access all data and information EXCEPT MESSAGE function, which I use most Frequently... does not work on my Chrome. USELESS at this point..Message says 'contact agency coordinator' or something like this,MD off has no such position. 4/27/2022: Update from Sep 2021...Message Function still not working on Chrome.
This app is useless. The only thing it does is pass the user to a website (Athena portal) and then the site shows an error saying I need to download the app. Out of the 3 health related apps - MyChart, MyHealthONE, and myPrivia - this is hands down the worst of the bunch
It closes immediately after the app opens! Everytime! I've uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing..... Very fustrating.
Why not use more standard two factor authentication user experience? The user experience is an integrated hot mess that bounces between web and app, buttons that do not function on certain devices, as well as actions on the app that just spin forever like trying to paying a bill. If you want users to accomplish tasks do more multiplatform tests on update rollouts and some user testing would not hurt either.
I downloaded the app but when I go to log in it always shows an error message. I use to just use the website and got everything.
I can't view test results in the app. Also checking the 'remember me' box never works. Edit 06/11/21: The remember me still does not work, and I cannot make appointments with any of my providers through the app. This is something I was able to do before the last major update. There used to be a drop-down box of my providers, now there is a search that cannot find anyone from my doctor's clinic, or even in my state. I often wonder why I even still have this useless app on my phone at all.
I'm really not sure what the purpose of this app is. As far as I can tell, it's just a slower version of the mobile website. There's no notifications for important functions (new messages, appointments, new test results, etc) and often navigating through sections is so slow it appears it's not working at all. I've seen the Dev comments that it's a work in progress, so maybe it'll improve.
Only offers the same functionality as the website, but in a less convenient format. Does not keep you logged in at all. Hit the back button by accident and be prepared to re-enter your password. And it somehow needs 26 MB of space to fir this much worthlessness. Rule of thumb - if your app is essentially a big, expensive hotlink to your website in a browser frame, maybe don't release it and save your reputation the damage.
I've used this app for aprox. 2 yrs mostly it works well, although at times it's difficult to make the initial connection, if a simplified process could be developed it would increase my opinion & STARS greatly. Also there's no way to make appt's for any of my doctors on the app (?) It "says" you can but they aren't even listed. Plus the app states you can change your info, I try but it doesn't remain & it REALLY should notify me by text or phone call. We miss email often.

Absolutely useless app. No access to anything from my portal. It shows I don't have any upcoming appointments, billing, or messages to/from doctors, yet when I access through the website directly I can then see my appointments. What's the point of even having the app when it can't do anything that the website does. Waste of time and storage space.
Installed ape, but never could connect with Dr. Got message that my browser didn't support privia. Wasted 1 hour.
Whenever I need actual information it makes me log into the web interface, so this seems like a pointless step.
When I try to see my care plan I was suggested to view on the app it gives me an error.
Not very user-friendly at all
This app is next to useless as it directs the user back out of the app and to a web browser (where the user signs in a second time) to see any updates or test results. This app is preferred (for unknown reasons) by medical companies for virtual meetings, and that is it's sole, space-eating, use on your phone or tablet. The developers did a terrible job and should feel bad for it.
Going in and back out of documents is very slow, program loads slowly. Web version doesnt work on most browsers, needs firefox support Update 5/21/21 - newest version is even worse, just added two more button presses to see medical results, the chosen category on the main screen are confusing and not intuitive
After logging in, when I choose the "Health" tab to view test results, it forces me to login again.
Months behind in updates, Dr & test reports no longer published or Dr's & test results or comments no longer inputted in system. Patients are told their results are normal even though their continues to degrades.
No words. Just absolutely frustratingly worthless. From setting up password, to attempting to access anything on the app. Don't waste your time. I will just call my Dr. And actually speak to someone. Because honestly, I would not trust the unattainable info on there anyway.
This app is absolute garbage. You log in to it and can't do anything. To attempt to view anything you click on a link that takes you to their website and then you can't access anything at all. No test results, notes and I can't message my doctor. It comI have NO idea why my doctors office switched to this garbage. I would give it negative stars if I could. Apparently this is the "improved" version. I'd hate to see the previous one. Take some lessons from Healow and be user friendly.
The Previous app was so simple and easy to use. my doctor uses the app 4 his video visits. BC of Medicare, I am not a member so I cannot sign into an account. On the last visit, we ended up just having to talk on the phone, No visual available. The pandemic makes a visual Digital office visit an absolute must.
I have used this "new to my physician" app several times. It is horrible. Previously stored payment methods and insurance cards not accessible by office staff. Can I give it a .5 star? Yes, I uninstalled/installed the newest version. Didn't help. I spent more time in the app than expected because it does not flow, and time is lost hunting for app functions that do not exist, etc. Just. Horrible.
I never actually got into the virtual appointment because I did not receive the email with the link that was supposed to be copied and pasted to he site. this is the most frustrating and unclear and complicated site I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I use Skype and other virtual contacts at my job that are so easy. this one is not user friendly and my hope is that I never need it again. Nice try, but not a success.
App really needs the ability to keep you logged in, ideally with fingerprint unlock. Also not kick you into your web browser for every-other thing. What's the point of having an app if it's not very functional?
Difficult to sign into app can't even remember my username when requested to (most banking apps can do this). Getting around the app is frustrating lay out is not very intuitive.
Can't just enter my doctor's name... The search feature doesn't work and can't even find my doctor's office. There's no option to just give them your doctor's name either. Very badly designed and useless right now. It even says we have no appointments scheduled even though we made them on the website and got a confirmation email. Maybe don't release a half working application for something as important as health?
This app does not work correctly. Please have it fixed. We have to login twice.
Too difficult to see test results and the new format change for test results makes it impossible to copy and paste information. It seems there's certain functions that are possible in the app but others that are only possible by using a browser -- it directs you when that happens. An example is trying to send a message to your doctor. Can't do that on the app got to log into the website.
