MyProximus

Do you have a mobile subscription of Proximus or a prepaid card? With the MyProximus application you keep your mobile usage under control.

• My usage: allows you to check your volume of calls, the number of SMSes/MMSes sent and the number of MB used or your remaining credit.
• My products: allows you to check your rate plan and the options activated on your line.
• Reload: if you are a Proximus customer, Reload allows you to reload your own or somebody else’s card.
• Abroad: see the rates and options abroad.
• My Premium Club/Bizz Club: see and manage your loyalty points.
• Network: configure your device for Wi-Fi Hotspots for Belgium or abroad.
• Support & Contact: access our FAQs, have your line tested, check the status of our network and contact us.

You can download the MyProximus app free of charge, but each time you use it you connect to the Internet and that results in a limited amount of data traffic usage. The cost of surfing via your mobile phone depends on your rate plan (you can also surf via the Wi-Fi network).

NB: you must connect to a mobile network (national or roaming) at least once a month to allow the application to identify you and send your information.

Such a buggy app, disappointing for Proximus. It is built by amateurs. It takes around 10 minutes to load when opening the app, and it always gives errors. I can never check my balance. Annoying!

"it's not you, it's us!" as i try to open my bills, no info anywhere. Hilarious because I am trying to pay the surcharge because of late payment from my side, because, well I can't access my bills, all I see is "something is wrong, it's not you, it's us!" How about instead of trying to be quirky, maybe make an app that actually works? I've been client for more than 10 years and this is the final straw, I can't wait to switch provider.

Absolutely atrocious. This so called app is nothing more than a shop. I do believe there is one actual configurable setting in there, even though a pointless one. But everything else is just ads and product placement. Disgusting. Uninstalled immediately

Previous version was already broken: impossible to sign in, redirecting to an unavailable Web page. Now after the update it git even worse.. app stuck in a loop redirecting to a page that doesn't work. Wonder if this issue only exists with clients that don't have a mobile subscription with Proximus.

It's stuck on the loading screen everytime i try to open it and that problem was started when te latest updated came and the loading screen changed from 2 people parachuting to a girl using her phone and smiling like when the update came i updated the app and then i tried to open it to check my data usages but it just keeps stuck on the loading page please fix that bug or whatever it is before it was a good app but now for the moment it's useless, and that's why i'm giving 1 star :)

Apps like this are a waste of space. To achieve, to actually do what this app should do, you still have to visit a website. It barely works, takes ages to load, has a horrible interface and is extremely limited. Should not exist. Very strange considering how Proximus is one of the 5 most expensive providers on this planet. Shame on you guys!

Being able to use the app while logged out (just using 4G for identification, even while roaming) is a really nice improvement over what the login flow used to be like. It's not common at all to see this, and I like it! 5 stars, good job Proximus!

The Proximus app constantly gives errors disabling to use the advertised services. For example, ordering extra Internet volume. This situation mirrors numerous issues I've experienced with Proximus in general. For instance paying for almost a whole month without having an internet connection due to a "technical issue" or waiting on a line for 30-40 minutes to ask a question.

Very bad app at the beginning, great app now. Last years it caused me lot of frustration and headaches cause practically unusable: lot of issuues/bugs and few functionalities. Today I even prefer the app to the website because more practical and quicker. Still some options could be added such as the high level of configuration of the website: a function to configure the router would be great. Great job!

They keep changing the app constantly, without checking if old features still work. The widget is not changeable, it only displays which subscription I have, no way to change it to show how much data is being used or left. It has been working for a while, and then suddenly it's gone again.

The app was nice to have and use about a year ago but since then the updates have been a disaster... Now its not even possible to log in. I automatically get logged out when I identify myself. Please stop releasing new versions when obviously not stable enough to be released...

Useless (at least on my phone). Got stuck at startup screen, or while "loading" or, if it manage to reach the login screen, after entry of my credentials. Likely only 'unit-tested' or tested on the developer's phone only. ( Fyi: MyPhone = Moto G5sPlus) Android 8.1.0.

Nothing ever works, being refered to the app gets me in a login loop. Payment doesn't work. Every time I have to use this app, I end up being completely stressed and frustrated. Also because on mobile I apparently can't use the website to reload my credit. I have to use the app where the payments do not work. I have been nice not giving this app a rating the past years, if I had, it would have also been a 1. Sad to see nothing has changed, you are a telecom company...

Worst Telecom App Ever. I am abroad and would like to check my extra charges. When trying to check current costs in the app, app asks for a 4G to login. Problem 1: In Belgium there's a low 4G coverage, so not possible. Problem 2: Roaming outside of Europe, which would costs a fortune. When trying to register an account to log in, I get an activation code by text message, after noting down the code (8 characters), when going back to the app, the app reloads and I am back at the start screen.

The whole 'favorite app' thing doesn't work properly. I can only choose between 7 apps. 6 of those are the standard ones, Facebook, Snapchat and such. The 7th one is a game that I deleted more then a year ago, but somehow it's selected as favorite. The app I want to select isn't even in the selection menu.

Literally doesn't work at all. Installed it, immediately get an error message. I haven't seen an app be so bad since long. Update: so now I got in after 5 times launching the app. But I get an error message when changing my free to use app on data application. And also there is no option to change it to messenger which is advertised in mobilus s package. Update 2: now facebook and messenger mysteriously suddenly appeared but still can't change it. App more unstable than my relationship status

Just like their myproximus web interface this is complete and utter rubbish. It's a never ending error feast. My myproximus profile vanished from their website, just disappeared overnight. Trying to make a new one gives nothing but error pages. So I thought I'd try the app. Hahaha... same results. App uninstalled immediately. Quality control and application testing? Ever heard of? It's a disgrace that a major telecom company would even dare to release junk like this. Shame on you proximus.

I struggle for a week now to change my credit to data. I have enough credit, however the App keeps giving a Error sign. I asked Proximus to help online, but nobody seems to be able to fix the problem. In the meantime I do not have any data! This is ridiculous. I also struggled to setup my account. I needed to switch between different Application to verify my account, when I go back to MyProximus I need to fill in all my details all over (it deleted what I already filled out).

Slow, continuous pop-ups if you do not want an to have an administrator account. Unable to work normally with 2 different accounts on the app, after creating the second account I have never been able to access it again, always error on the server. Also unable to subscribe front extra paying services I get billed for, but never asked for. Terminating my subscription and changing provider.
