I don't understand why it doesn't recognize your username/password when you use a different keyboard, simply absurd.
sometimes it does not update as it suppose to do so
Terrible app. Wants me to log in, but gives me no opportunity to set up an account to log in to. Also, as others mentioned, there is a sign up screen of sorts that doesnt work. Asks you for your phone number and then says try again. It gets worse. The app is clearly designed in another language. Even if you tell it English, all the other pages (aside from the one that doesn't let you log in) are still in the other language. And not an easy language like Spanish. It's German or something.
Not happy with the functionality and very often the app simply doesn't work, it just gives a vague "oops! something went wrong, please try again" response and nothing happens no matter how many times you retry!
This has to be the most rubbish app ever. I have tried to register more than 10 times, put my details in, it says "your registration will be complete after you receive our email", but email never arrives. Contacted customer service, waited 2 days for sms to confirm problem solved, got sms, tried to register again - guess what: no email. Waisted too much time on this, will move to a different network with an app that actually works.
Verry bad network, I did change it becouse I can't even talk on the phone.. The app is great. But they have to make the network more efficient and powerful. It's so bad
The application doesn't allow for updating my balance and has failed to update my balance automatically so I lost my current data and voice time. Very slow and not functional.
Useless app. Put all my info in to sign up many times and nothing happens. Im seeing this happening to others also. What a waste of time, and very strange coming from a large corporation.
It ask for verification via mobile every single time and now it's not even sending back the confirmation number..I had 12 euro and made almost 20 calls max 1-3 minutes max on wind and q numbers and I had 0.00 left...I even contacted on 13800 and they said we going to call back so I don't have to wait ...yeah after 1 week still waiting... bad internet signal lost all the time used also to hear some robotlike voice when signal is not good..
The UI is made for apes. Really bad. The app itself is rudimental. Score yourself some free space on your phone by not installing.
Absolutely trash, like wind 4G network cover and the fiber lines.. Fiber is 100mbps you get 4-5, they say there is problem in the line on their side then tell you BUT YOU WILL STILL PAY OR YOU WILL GET 0, same goes for the app you can pay to get money in the card but can't use them on package.. AND NO I WILL NOT GO TO FB ITS NOT MY JOB TO FIX YOUR MAFIA FIRM... WHAT ANYONE CAN DO IS REPORT WIND TO AUTHORITIES FOR FRAUD AND CHANGE PROVIDER
Absolutely trash company !! No customer support provided.. no explanation in case your credit just disappear !! Thieves and shity signal coverage that never works!! Happy that I've relocated my number to an other operator :)
After the last update I cannot top up. When I press PayPal it's doing nothing and when I press credit/debit card shows a message "Something went wrong. Please try again"
This app is good informative and for check the bundles and account credit and internet everything is perfect but main issue is how to login mostly errors I just try 6 time to login but it's not working at all .

The app doesn't give you anything that is worth the money , nothing free stuff like other apps give like CU or Watsup and the discounts are even worse. If you want to have mb dont even consider having Q

The app keeps pending and is not downloading, I restart my device open roaming data etc but still.....
Now literally to let the unlimited data offer only for 15 days available it's a shame i excepted much more than this and I am to disappointment and i think it more to change my number

Impossible to log in if you haven't registered before. You can't go to the next step after submitting the SMS Code, phone number and e-mail.
not happy that so much money is taken just for topping up. i don't want "free" mbs etc i would like to keep the money instead.
