Unable to access cards for family members. The highmark BCBS site was much easier to navigate and get support for.
The app and website are well designed and user friendly. It is easy to search claims and message staff about claim issues. The only downfall is that it takes longer to get issues resolved via the app. If I get a bill and need a solution quickly, I call the number on my card. Sometimes the provider search tool doesn't work.
App works great again after latest update. Can view menus cards and claims.
Useful, but crashes from time to time
Wow, what a piece of junk! Was asking for a rating before I even had a chance to do anything past login. Made me login but doesn't know where I live so had to enter that to do a search. Said there were special instructions for my state. Took forever to load them. Once they loaded, couldn't close the page. All this writing and page still won't close! Website much faster though also not good!
This app is terrible! Super slow, and pages don't open properly. Whenever I select the claims page, it just goes back to the login page over and over, and never actually gets to the claims page. Very frustrating and a complete waste of time!
Updated: When fully functional, this app performs well. I experienced the issue below in one environment, and full functionality in another. [The link to the "find a doctor" page didn't work, and the Live Chat didn't either (it was just a blank screen that said "Live Chat" at the top).]
Link to find a provider is broken, and app crashes when trying to view insurance card. Both of these are highlighted on the home screen which makes me wonder if the last update was ever tested. UPDATE: both issues have been resolved as of (and probably before) 3/2/20
Very easy to use and easy to navigate.
I try to log in and get a message about a new app being available. I click 'download now' since dismissing the message doesn't allow log in. I get redirected to the Play Store where no new version is shown. I've cleared data and reinstalled the app and this doesn't help. 1 star until the developers decide to fix the problem.
App keeps freezing and i cant view anything
This is probably the worst app I've ever used. Why would a completed questionnaire page be one of the 1st pages to show up when you open the app. That page should automatically NOT show up when the questionnaire is completed. The whole site seems to be extremely difficult to navigate. I truly wish I did not have to use this site. The only reason I need it is because of my employer use of it rather than Cigna Health which we previously use. If you don't have to use it DON'T!
Customer service is wonderful. Philetta was great. The app took a minute to get going. Took a while for me to get a response rather. Was wondering if it worked for a minute there. Great results though. She called the dental office immediately and straightened them out that my 1 card was good for medical and dental. Thx, will use A LOT moving forward.
Not sure! I just installed to find a doctor but no matter how many times I answer "later,", "not now", it keeps popping up forcing me to review. Maybe you'd get a better one if it wasn't so persistent and actually gave you time to use application before constantly requesting, INSISTING you review it. So annoying worse than pop-up ads. Devlopers please fix this you might get better reviews in the future, I know I can't be the only one out there annoyed with this.
Great service but the app is very glitchy. The app crashes when trying to open explanation of benefits and if the app crashes or you accidentally press back you cannot return to the live chat.
the app is majorly broken for android phones. you can not move past the verification page for looking up providers. the live chat keeps saying there is an open chat all ready no matter how many time i restart the app. i want to give it zero stars but the rating system will not let me.
When I try to get my ID card mailed, the app crashes. This is easily replicable, just try to request one. The app crashes each time. Cool stuff
Convenient. I deducted a star because viewing EOB crashes the app. I deducted a second star due to too little claim detail and no linking of OOP expenses to claims. Good, intuitive UI, but the + that open accordions should be more prominent.
Very immature seeming app! Can't save my login, no biometric auth, tons of errors loading, super slow and constantly giving a spinning circle and not letting me click on anything. Can't believe this app has such a high rating!
There needs to be an option to login with fingerprint. It's frustrating to keep having to type my info in all the time. Also, it keeps crashing when trying to do anything.
Terrible, the interface takes forever to load and now I can't use the app because it wants me to update it and there isn't a update available, I also tried uninstalling the app and redownloading it and it still doesn't work. Thanks for taking my healthcare seriously.
Haven't been able to login all week. Stuck in endless loop that says the app needs to be updated. When I click to update, nothing happens. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Very useful and informative
couldnt even register. tried both with and without email , when I hit register it just brings me to the login page , when I try to login, it just says incorrect password and username. so this app wont even let me create an account.
Crashes every time I am trying to look at my insurance card or any documents; does not keep login credentials. Very minimal information available, mostly useless.
Gives me nothing but trouble when I try to log in. Tells me to download the latest version and I hit "download " it takes me to the app update screen where it says "open" and clicking that starts the cycle all over again.
Since the update I can't log in to the app. It keeps telling me there is an update. Mine is updated. I hit dismiss and it just goes back to the login page.
Forced update. Nothing like important apps that you need info right away from. That instead force you to update before you can see what you need.
The app was unable to give me access to my health insurance ID cards. Reached out to chat support in app and after my first message, the send button disappeared. If you need to get your id cards at a doctor's office, you're going to be in a really bad place.
