Rocket mortgage app is very clear and to the point, and also easy to maneuver. They've made great changes, to the point that I either didn't understand (prior use) or I got lost in the mix. Now today, because of these changes, I can pay my mortgage in no time! 🤗 In addition, Instead of paying my mortgage on the phone, now am committed to paying using the app due to the wonderful upgrades, thus, making the customers (such as myself) happier!
Straight to the point and clean and clear with it's interface. Finally an app where everything seems to work as it should. From paying on your loan to added payments to principal, all easy to navigate to with just a few quick clicks. Definitely a nice companion app to use with ones mortgage. Nice work Rocket🚀Mortgage. 👍🏻
I can easily pay my mortgage from anywhere. I have the option to do auto-pay, but don't like to. The mobile app allows me to make payments on time, keep up with paid taxes and insurance and documents. I have had zero problems with this app.
Not only was the process of getting a loan with Rocket Mortgage one of the most easiest and professional I have experienced but this app is the best I have dealt with so far. So far I have dealt with 3 different mortgage companies and Rocket Mortgage is by far the best. Hope you guys keep up the good work.
Very, very friendly! I am not that great with technology, at the age of 69, its sort of tough to keep up with the drop downs and information. However; with rocket mortgage app its really friendly!!!
The rocket mortgage app makes making payments extremely easy and is super user friendly. It made the financial process of buying a home stress free, and then made our refinance even easier. I would recommend this app and company to anyone looking to refinance or a first time home buyer. Everyone you speak with is extremely professional and courteous. If there was a way to leave a 10 star review then this would be it. I am one very satisfied customer!!!
I am normally not good on computer apps, but Rocket Mortgage took me step by step, gave clear instructions and choices at decision times, so tasks were accomplished effortlessly. Personable staff were available when needed. Text messages prepared me and data was available for me to print hard copies as needed/desired.
Great app. Easy to use and access all my information quickly. I use the app to exclusively pay my mortgage. No need to log onto a PC and wait for it to boot up. Open the app, pay within seconds, and then on with my day!
When it worked it was great, but it keeps telling me im not connected to the internet. I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still wont let me use the app. Seems working from a browser is all i can do.
I did a refinance and I gotta tell you, this process was so easy and this APP they have to make your payments is so freaking user friendly! It's crystal clear how to apply money toward principal and your payoff dates etc. There is a calculator inside the app that you can use to figure out easily when your loan will pay off after paying additional principal. The APP is just effing cool man. I'm not usually one to leave a review but this company has been a pleasure to work with and deserve it
Super user friendly app. All of your information is easy to get to whenever you want it. Easy and quick bill pay with options. A super time saver in this busy world. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Simple to use interface. Can do everything with the mobile app, just like a desktop version. The only thing can be improve is the flexible to edit, or adjust
This app is very easy to use. I can set up a split payment plan if need be and I don't have to worry about anything. I will get alerts when payments are due and received. Best one I have used yet!
This app has made things so simple, every month I use to call when I wanted to add more to my escrow account or to pay extra on my principal. This new app has made it possible to add everything I want to do on my own, it's a breeze and it only took approximately 30 seconds to make my payment. 👍🏾
Horrible app!! Trying to reset my pmt schedule on autopay, the app prompted me to 1st cancel pending payment. Once that was done it now let me know it couldn't do it and to please call customer service. After 14 minutes with Customer service they said bc I canceled the autopay on the app now I would have to wait DAYS for it to "cycle through" before setting autopay up again!!! Nice shitshow you guys are running here!!
The app is awesome, the last 3 rocket mortgage bankers are trash! If you like the ease of paying your bill through an app, its great. If u dont want an insane amount of unnecessary stress, stay away from RM.
Easy to use payment center with clear instructions, I love seeing how much I can potentially save with the Amortization Calculator- I've saved nearly 5k so far by attacking the principal. $5600 now that the app has asked for an additional review.
There are biometrics problems on my Google pixel 6 pro thumbprint verification. Other than that, pretty significant pain in the rear. The app is outstanding, offers a lot more information than some of my credit card and banking apps
Easy User Interface. One of the more friendly UI's and the layout just makes sense and makes my life easier to manage my mortgage.
From beginning to the easy to use App has been a great experience compared to my former mortgage lender. Thanks to all involved in my easy transition over to Rocket Mortgage.
EXCELLENT 👍 TOOOL!!! so far is the ease way to use to pay my mortgage!!! Is just excellent!!!! I do not have complaints, is just excellent!!!!I today is 2021 and still great!! Still the most easy to pay my mortgage. After some many year using it still getting better 😌 good job!!! 2022 still better the before!!!

I very much enjoy the Rocket Mortgage app for making my mortgage payments. It is easy to use as well as a fast. I'm glad we chose Rocket as our lender.
It's simple enough to use. It has the features you need and no more than necessary. Very uncluttered. I don't have much of a choice in using it, but I am grateful for its user friendly design.
This easily navigate-able, simple app, which I like. It gives me options, such as paying principal only. That's a big deal to me. Here's an improvement suggestion: I would like to be able to choose which dates a scheduled payment comes out on rather than "every other week." We get paid on specific days of the month, so the "every other week" option doesn't work for us. Also, if I make a partial payment, it should be applied immediately to the balance rather than being held in limbo.
