Signing in is a nightmare! One cannot see the characters entered so unclear if the password was wrong or just wrongly entered. So practlally every time the password has to be changed. Then, for some stupid reason, one cannot use a password previously used. So one has to keep inventing new passwords which become harder and harder to remember. Also, you sometimes don't even bother posting results on the app. Then, even when you do, they are hard for other Drs. or providers to access.(Lots more.)

Trying to input date of birth was aggravating. Instead of just typing in the DOB, you have to use a calendar. On mine the year 2009 was at the top. I pressed the year but nothing happened so I started scrolling backward month by month. Being over 60 it was taking a while. I decided to try again and a drop down menu for the year appeared this time. NOT intuitive. There should be the word "Year" and a drop down arrow. Then there's no confusion. Better yet just allow for typing in the date

App is garbage. Touch ID doesn't work and the app never remembers I logged into it, so annoying. If I don't use a secure password then wouldn't be such a big deal. LastPass doesn't even want to form fill it for me. Even when I log into the webpage, I still end up not logged in, but at least LastPass form fills the login even though I have to log in multiple times to be logged in.

This is a convenient app to have access to tests and schedule appointments, but really needs improvement on the birthday field. You have to click month to reach to the year you were born.... click 12 times 66 years I have.... ended up with pain in my arm. This definitely can use an upgrade in the calendar management. Hope it gets better.

I downloaded the app to receive a test result, and it was flashing like a strobe light while trying to load, then no links within the app were responsive when trying to click on them. I uninstalled, reinstalled, and same issue. Rapid flashing while the green circle spins, showing it's loading. Then it stops and I can scroll the screen, but can't click on anything within the app. Useless.

Doing anything other than viewing test results, is a joke. Screens don't scroll to access all choices and often you can't see the field you are typing. Obviously they don't have testers to check for proper operation on an actual cellphone. The PC version seems ok - but skip the cellphone version if you don't like frustration.

Trying to schedule an appointment on the app is a nightmare. You put in your ZIP code so it tries to send you to the closest one without any regard to the fact that you needed a same-day appointment period and the center that it sent me to was closed 3 hours of frustration also the password requirements and the fact that it won't even remember you're registered name is ridiculous it gives you some fingerprint option but even when you turn it on it doesn't go that route or doesn't show you how to

Upon registration, the final step is a verification code. But the app kept rejecting the verification code it sent to my email. I tried 5 different codes, which meant reentering all my personal information 5 different times. Really fun. But every time the app kept saying verification code is not acceptable or invalid. So I couldn't even register. So I couldn't use the app. But its a tell tell sign the app stinks if they can't even get their registration protocols to accept a code they send to u.

If I could I'd give this app zero stars. It makes it impossible to get records or even contact my dr. I have been trying to change my phone number and address for over a year. Quest also billed me for the same test 28 times ($2600) about 4 months ago. I have yet to get through to have the error corrected via phone call or email but they are sure to send me no less than 3 texts per week reminding me to pay my bill. Even my local Quest office hasnt been able to get through to them. ZERO STARS!!

Horrid horrid horrid. If you forget your password, the system is really effective at not letting you reset. Every time... So tired of this system. Wish there was alternative testing facility where I live. It's really goofy. Apparently this is supposed to make healthcare easier!?! I can check the results of my tests at my convenience lol! So good. Gotta be a computer genius to simply enter the thing. I feel really bad for elders being forced to use this awful site.

It's convenient, I wish it were a little easier to find where to make an appt. It always takes me a bit, I have to click on everything to find it, it should just be a button in the appointment tab .lol. Otherwise, I like that I have access to my labs, there are explanations of what the results could mean, it shows comparison to previous labs. It's a good app.

After 30 minutes I have been unable to schedule an appointment on the app. 5 minutes to go backwards from 2009 to my birthday because you can't use a keypad to type in your birthday. Then I tried to enter my health insurance and as I go to get my insurance card, the app dumps me out of making an appointment back to the beginning. Oh I'm trying to sign in and The fingerprint gets authenticated but then it stays on the sign in screen. The password won't work and after 30 min, no email to reset

Utter dogshit. The app, and the web portal as well, require you to answer security questions to set or alter your information. However, the questions are computer generated, which is to say completely worthless even if they do work, which for me they did not. Just a series of addresses, companies and etc that I have never been to with, and when I selected the "not associated with" option, appropriately, for every single one it failed the verification. Repeat until locked out for 36 hours.

Its pretty informative ..I wish the results had more description of the possible diagnosis. Or a chart with the levels and what the combinations could mean. Also sometimes the app doesn't show all the results that are available. I logged in and had 3 test results. After I looked at one...there was only 1 more to view in the menu so idk what ever happened to the 3rd test results.

Could be a lot better... this app is good if you're only interested in test results. It could be so much better if the fax results feature didn't fail often. Another major improvement would be adding the ability to make, view, and modify appointments. At this time, you're sent out of the app to your browser and their website for these features.

A good app to see and show appointments and test results easily. The only thing I really wish were different is that the rolled up test results lines included the year. Right now they only show month and day, and when you have similar tests taken at similar times in different years, you unfortunately need to open up the test results first to ensure it's the correct year that you are trying to see/show.

I've made online appt for a few years for Quest. Found it difficult navigating between myquest, care360 and website today because no link visible labeled "make appointment." The link "Appointments" could easily be understood as connecting to past appointments instead. Generally I appreciate the ease of getting appts and my fast and professional experiences with Quest, but I'm sure you don't want to be confusing potential clients.

easy to use.. I like the ability to schedule or cancel appts w/o having to call in. I also really like being able to see my test results w/o having to ask my doctor for them. He gives em to me, no prob, I just like being able to access results whenever I need to. I'd recommend the app to anyone that uses Quest. App improves with each update too.

USER TIP: Although the birthdate entry looks painful, you DO NOT have to scroll to your birth year. Just tap on the year that shows up and a window opens to let you choose past years easily! REVIEW: The app works well, I use it to make all my appointments, but I wish my insurance info was stored and also fixing the birthdate issue above to allow one to just type in the date would help bring your rating up. Also, it nags me to update the app in Google Play, yet there is none there!
