Was working a month ago, no longer works with current update. Samsung Galaxy S10+ Still no fix months later. App still crashes on startup. Have already left feedback from the app 3 times and nothing has been done. Do not use this app, you will loose all of your progress.
Got this thing as a birthday gift and wasn't able to use it because the app didn't work. I check again with my new Pixel to see if it works now, four months later, and I'm only able to get to the page where it asks when your quit date was and what products you're interested in. Then the next page says no internet connection available even though I'm connected to WiFi.
Band won't pair with phone app. I activated the band and installed the app. I try and connect it to Bluetooth on my phone and it shows it there but won't connect. This is a $40 product that won't work right. I wouldn't recommend buying it.
It would rock if I could get into the actual app instead of just scrolling back and forth through the three screens of "features." Doesnt work.
Download the " new , fixed app " as advertised and still not working. Having the same issue most folks who comment have been experiencing. I have been totally ignored by tech support via email.
I have the noquit bracelet and just began using the app and bracelet combo today. With no real directions for those that are quitting and haven't quit wholly it was a task to figure out. If the app was more quitting friendly instead of those that have quit completely I would gladly give you 5 stars
Unable to use existing account. after most recent update, email addresses with plus sounds are no longer supported. Why? Who knows, but i know their support doesn't know and isn't helpful.
App doesn't work. It say my email or password is incorrect so I push forgot password and it does nothing. I've never been able to open the app
Unusable. Download, open, it starts by changing to landscape mode showing "Key Features" & gives no open to proceed past or change to portrait orientation.
The app does not work. It gets stuck on the loading screen and goes no further. VERY disappointing.
I couldn't even get into the app to start it. I did the forgot password thing and the temporary password wouldn't even work. This alone makes me want to smoke a cig, not helpful at all.
I downloaded this app to help me. It won't let me make an account. I've tried 2 different emails and it tells me already in use. No they are not! Thanks for not helping me.
Too bad I can't give this app negative stars. This app does not work. It's stuck on the features page. You pay $40 for the band that's only useful with the app that does not work at all. Not happy, nor am I impressed. I feel like my money was stolen.
The app will not work.. it goes to landscape view and shows "key features".. now what? I bought this bracelet for a purpose.. now it is completely useless. Going to see if I can return. Waste of money.
Apparently this app was made to make you WANT to smoke. Smh. I'm trying to enter my quit date which is more than 14 days out and nothing. So I can't even continue. I enter today....same issue. Guess I won't even try the patches at this point. Shame because I was really excited to quit.
I love this app !! I got bronchitis 6 weeks ago and couldn't breathe which was scary. I decided I'd quit because I hated smoking anyway!! I love that I can see how many days hours and mins its been since i smoked also how much money i saved 250 dollars!!! The best thing about this app is it tells me how many I didn't smoke that number is 632 today.. go me!! Not one more. I used the patches and gum to quit I feel good now.
Needs more info regarding health benefits. None of the coupon links work. Also, would like to be able to screen shot the app to share my progress.
4 stars only because some of the badges didnt unlock. Not a big deal however. The app helped keep me motivated and I just passed 8 weeks with it. Thank you!
Can't take screen shot. Peddles products repeatedly. Annoying, not helpful. Better free apps.
Trash dose not work all kinds of log in error so I got this stupid band that is not rechargeable and now it's useless because I can't log in because trash good job I would gladly give it 5 stars if the scale went negative should thing about aging a bad start option 0 to five good and bad
Continue to it "oops no internet connection error" emailed costumer service 3 times. App doesn't work. To bad was looking forward to using it.
I'm rating this 3 not because the app but because there patch doesn't stick well, I used it everywhere you have to use a bandage or medical gauze to get it to stay, the patch works great if you want to but is just annoying to have to put something over it to work. Its 2021, we have bandages that are flexible and stick well, why not put it on something like that?
