Myra Medicines - Delivery

I'm not able login to app after re-installing the app since 5 days. I'm not receiving the OTP itself. I have sent 5 mails to customer support. I haven't received a single reply. I have called customer support more than 6 times. Everytime they say 'there must be some technical problem' but don't give any assurance or don't even show interest that they will look into it. Worst customer service. Still waiting for them to fix the issue

I would like to give my first review after using few days. 1. Not able to delete and change the item quantity in cart. 2. Some products are not available to buy which is basically available in other online stores. 3. The application should have facility to use photo scan and find product in the store. These are the main bugs to fix in next updates.

Everything was and is ok except, lately, say for the last three - four months I have been having problem paying online. When I click the "pay now" option, the message I am getting is " Transaction failed, if any amount have been deducted from your account contact Myra support team "with two option to proceed "ok got it" and "retry". It's really been a harrowing experience to pay before delivery. Kindly do something to rectify this glitch. Thanks.

They mentioned about getting wallet money if the order placed is more than 300 Rs. But they play cheap tricks of removing certain items so that the final bill comes to less than 300rs. I had experienced it for 4 orders. This is really annoying to see such a cheap marketing tricks.

Incredibly disappointed by app and by service. Issues with app claiming its putting orders in after hours for the next day, but never does... Leaves it in the cart. Search leaves a lot to be desired. Medicines aren't grouped well if at all. Order process was difficult to deal with. Asked for prescriptions but didn't tell me which items needed it (Other sites mark items with RX). Ordered items, then told I'd get less than 1/3 of what I ordered, then alerted AGAIN that I was getting even less. Then never delivered that day. Didn't take in ANY consideration for being at work and set a time in the AM, and then out of the blue it showed up. Driver didn't carry ANY credit card machine. (I tried to enter *5* different CC online but it didn't take any of them...debit or credit from 3 banks with plenty of money and limit)I generally don't write reviews but really did not like this experience in the least.

It was the best app I had come accross and had no complains about the service & delivery. During lockdown i.e since april, the app suddenly stopped working and only says 'we dont deliver here' everytime I open the app. I even updated the app but the issue still persists. How can you stop delivering my pin code when all other deliveries come through.....What is the issue?? Pls resolve it immediately..!!!

Worst customer care and service. My cash on delivery payment is not reflecting on their app. So, I am not able to order anything without paying this extra amount. Been reaching out to their customer care team for more than 20 days. I get either of two responses: manager will call you back or we will fix it by EOD. But neither happens. The team does not care about genuine issues related to a single customer who has been using their service since 2016. They are already big. Way to go!

very reliable and always prompt on time. I have received most of the medicines. sometimes I forget, even If I place order at 9pm, I would get it 11 if requested. I have been using for more than 2 years now.. no complaints so far. very strange to see so many negative reviews.. but I have never faced any issues with receiving.medcines or making online payment..

Great app. It's user friendly and it's easy to use. Everything is so customer oriented. The app has made the process of ordering medicines really easy. Maintaining this customer orientation will keep you one step above your rivals.

Useless app with pathetic ux. I tried ordering from the web app first and then on Android app, both times it failed. You can't upload the prescription in the pdf. You have to convert it into jpg and if there are multiple jpg, they accept only one. And then they call you and send you link to upload one more pic which is too buggy. That's insane. It's better to go out and buy the medicines offline by yourself than wasting your time with them. They call you so many times just to gather the same info

I have been using this app since it was just Myra. But on 7th January 2019 i came across the incidence. I have made payment using Paytm wallet. This people are saying they have not received payment. But in reality when i follow up with Paytm they have given me transaction ID and that payment was successful. Even after continues follow up with Myra they don't bother to reply any mails. And are unable to provide any failed transaction details. Hence I left with no other option but to file a case.

They are fast with deliveries and always cheaper than the market rates. Their customer support is a lot more proactive than Amazon's which makes all the difference. Would recommend to all.

Utter stupidity. On product listing page you show the item which I want to buy. You even let me place an order. 10 minutes later you cancel the order and say that the requested item is not in stock. It's high time you hired right product managers and fix simple issues like this.

The app is very useful for someone who needs medicines urgently or early in case of certain emergency. The service is very prompt and fast. Any person can use it easily. Will definitely give it a 5 stars and recommend it to everyone. Good going 👍👍

I was using this app for the first time and ordered a mask and they messed up my order and sent me a wrong mask. I called and informed the customer care and they placed the order from their side and the next day the same thing happened again. Very disappointed very disappointed! Worst part of the customer care is that if you try to contact them with some problem they don't answer and when you try with payment thing they will answer your call in 3 rings. Very disappointed!

Not smooth.needs unnecessary excess to multiple settings..adding futher no help is given from cc , medicine charges are high, many products are out of stock, order quantity is restricted , online payments r disaster, they can't reissue their own payment links if required, 24/7 they face technical issues, literally all d time ..it's very hectic to order from this app. N Yes if u want to update ur new number or profile info , forget it , it will never happen even after 100 complaints,hopeless!

Exceptionally good app. The deliveries are super fast and the delivery agents are quite friendly. Plus the myra credit system is very good wherein I need not worry about change which will be added or removed during my next transaction.

My first order with Myra was a bad experience. I was informed that my order will be delivered in 2 hrs and there was a count down in their order page. After 2 hrs i did not recive my order and there was no other updates in their app. I contacted customer care and they responded as if they were least bothered. They said its already dispatched and waiting for an update from the delivery guy. They did not even try to call and check with the delivery guy and give a status update. Not recommended.

worse service. it has happened many times. they take the order. they give you delivery time. and then when you realise that it is getting late and they have not changed the status the customer service will impolotely say its a technical issue and noone is available to deliver. i understand that at times people are not available to deliver but then why not update the client that you will be late. you are running a medicine service. very disappointed

When ever an order is placed the item is out of stock , why dont u clearly mention wheater that particular item is in stock or not. We have to keep clicking on each and every item and the irritates me seeing out of stock each item,,, and now it's charging delivery fee as well.... Only this is my issue otherwise I would rate Myra full 5 🌟 .

Stupid app and stupid people. Wasting my time. If item is not Available don't send wrong item. Even after replacement without asking for confirmation from customer you brought the same product. Is this even acceptable ? You and your team whoever send the same product are either blind, stupid or ignorant. Customer waited for almost 5 to 6hrs for replacement item. When they deliver hoping right product will come but Wasted my time on this app. Not recommending anyone.

Payment issue has finally been fixed but they seem to be running out of medicines at very fast clip. No way to find out when these medicines will be back in stock. No way to write since there is no chat or mail or text facility. Call to help center does not get answered. This is app review and not business. I continue to buy from them but now looking for alternarives
