MyRadar Weather Radar

Seemed to be a good app, had a few issues with the PC version, contacted support and got a canned answer "Thank you for your input, we'll look into the issue and get back to you". That has been months ago and not a word. Shortly after the start of issues with the PC version the app on my phone and tablet started acting up. It would take for ever to load, sometime it would hand on a black screen and I'd have to force close. If it did load most times it wouldn't respond to any commands. Needs work

My go to weather app. Excellent ! Love the radar display and advance notifications for precipitation. I wish the hi and low temperature for the day was as normal with the low reflecting the overnight low for the day and I wish the "next day outlook" feature would stay off and quit coming back on unless I select it to. But overall this is the best weather app on play store.

This app was really good until it wasn't. It got stuck on a map that seemed to be the moon and the control bar at the top of the screen wouldn't pull down and controls at the bottom were non functional. I live were there is very severe weather I can't have an untrustworthy weather app. I'm deleting and trying to see if a reinstall will work as I need something due to being in a severe weather alert for several more hours. Its reinstalled and seems okay. I'll let you know if it doesn't last.

Disappointed. This app used to be useful, but now it's been"upgraded" to the point where it's indecipherable. Possibly only the person who designed the update can use it. Not to mention that now it's a memory hog AND a bandwidth hog. All anyone wants from a radar app is radar. Everything else is superfluous. Also, it loves to throw out notifications like "severe weather within..." and then when you click the notification it just opens the main page. I still don't know how to find the warnings

This app works fine on my Android phone, but after one of the updates my PC Windows 10 app had about half of the screen blacked out in a sawtooth pattern. I uninstalled and reinstalled with the same results. I finally found, if I switched the map type from flat to globe I got a full display although I prefer the flat display. Someone might want to figure out what the problem is.

With the last update it took away the option for lighting. The entire layer is missing from the menu. I hope this is resolved or I will be canceling my premium account. It is an imperative feature where I live. I'll update this review after the issue is resolved.

I've narrowed my selection down to this weather app. I've tried multiple other weather apps and they just don't cut it for me. This app gives me all sorts of options to play with. And now they added Historical Radar which is simply amazing 👏 I pay for the premium subscription and I suggest to anyone to do the same. And no they are not paying me to say this. I simply appreciate detailed radar and control over it. I thank the dev team very much 🙏

I love this app. It even tells you where there are earthquakes happening around the world, as well as their intensity (by color). It helps to plan ahead, in terms of ocean born storms, flooding or weather systems caused by factors other than seasonal, climate or otherwise. Its an app that travels with you...

I have had this app for 8 years. I have always loved it! Recently my phone updated and now the app won't even open. I tried a hundred times unistalling it and downloading again and again. It's so aggrevating when you love something and it quits working.

Radar is excellent. It's cheaper that the competition while also having the same features. Although lately I'm finding the Temperature is off and it will show precipitation when the radar shows clear skies. That's why I'm rating 3 stars.

Everything was working very well and then they put a pop-up that made me reinstall it. This was a bad thing. If your product is working and the customers are happy do not change it. If you have a newer version just give us option to up date.

Best radar I could find. Came back to edit and say I just noticed the way the layers open on my Fold 2, and it's awesome. But I can't figure out what some of those Warning boxes are, like the bright green ones.

It's ok. I miss how it was years ago when it first came out... Simple and fast. My main complaint are the "extreme weather" warnings. I don't know what happened to the weather forecasters, but they want to turn every freaking rain storm into a Class 5 hurricane. Stop with the worthless warnings. I rarely even get rain when it claims there is a storm coming. I can even look at the radar myself and see there's nothing there.

Have used this one for years... now...it will freeze and restart my phone. I've taken it off cell. Can't use it at all. Sad! It was the perfect app. Fix it and I'll try it again. Very frustrating!

I've used every weather app imaginable and this is by far the best one with the best map capabilities. Definitely worth the pro $$ version. Only thing is that I wish they would update their widgets.

Had to take a star off. When a severe thunderstorm warning is issued, it screeches a terrible alert sound. I would like to shut this sound off, but do not see a way to do so. Also, the current weather details are all the way at the bottom and should be near the top. If I could arrange the sections the way I wanted to...that would be awesome (wink, wink).

I love this app! It's so accurate and it can tell how much water vapor is in clouds and the potential for severe weather! It also runs so smoothly and when I see a isolated tornado warning, there's usually reflectivity that signifies a supercell! For anyone who wants to get this app (which you should) don't Uninstall the app because you don't see what in describing. You have to go into the layers and edit them. Kudos to the creators for all this hard work!

Nice looking app and I love the look of the widget but the forecast seems to be wrong as much as it is right. Not very useful for a weather app. Had to switch to a different widget for temp and forecast - will still use this for radar but that's all until this bug is fixed. Maybe an option to allow 3rd party sources for weather forecast?

This app has to be a data hog. Lost power about an hour ago and I don't have the best cellular services out here, but YouTube runs just fine. Not this app! Good thing I have another weather app, otherwise I'd be in some serious issues.

I've loved this app for years! I really like everything about it. Definitely worth to pay pro. One thing that should be added is in the next day out looks feature. While it includes general thunder the assessed risk of tornadic or severe weather development. I feel it should show potenial showers as well.

Well the first time the surface photography was not what I liked at all I couldn't figure out how to get it back there so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and no one ever did contact me to see if they can help me at my radar administration but it works good enough for me behind times out of town when it says it's about to sleet or snow it does! 🤠

I love this app for all my weather needs! I work as a flight medic and love that this provides regular weather info, radar, and severe weather alerts, but it also includes optional aviation overlays with AIRMETs, SIGMETs, TFRs, and other data that I use in my regular day-to-day role.
