To activate our new mobile app you need:
- An active current account or credit card in Raiffeisen Bank Hungary
- Valid internetbanking / DirektNet credentials
- A smartphone operating on Android 5.0 or later

myRaiffeisen app is currently available only for private individual customers of Raiffeisen Bank Hungary.

To register: download the app, log in with your internet banking credentials and choose a PIN code to activate Mobile Token. The Mobile token PIN code can be substituted with fingerprint scanning.

So far, extremely happy with both the bank and the app. I have it installed on both my older and newer phones and everything is working well. If I have to give some tips for further improvements: 1)perhaps adding some more visual representation of the accounts (pie charts for example) would be nice. 2)a total sum of the accounts in home screen for those holding multiple accounts. 3)ability to generate and download statements 4)dark theme

"Sajnáljuk, hiba történt" message pops up more often than not, and disappears only with retries. This happens at mostly every operation, like login, verifications, transaction initiations, etc. No support for Google Pixel's biometric authentication (face recognition). But otherwise, it supplies a nice set of features.

You can look at balance and make transfers. Oversimplified to the point of missing features. You can't edit partner data or look at investment account for example.

I have an annoying issue: fingerprint identification has been enabled in the app. In phone settings both face and fingerprint unlock is enabled. If I unlock the device with face recognition and open this app, the app gives a "Fingerprint setting has changed" error and disables fingerprint identification in the app and I have to do the fingerprint enabling process again... Other apps dos not have this weird behaviour.

Since the last update I've started experiencing the same 'Shield running in half-integration' bug like many others. It is really annoying. I get the message in like ever 5-10 minutes even if the app is not running at all. If this issue gets fixed I'll give the app a 5-star rating because other than this, I really like the app itself. It's slick, easy to use and intuitive. It still needs a bit of polish (especially the design) but it's not bad at all.

On my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge the fingerprint authentication doesn't seem to work for me. If i go to the settings and start to set it up, i type in the pin to enable it but nothing happens, only the four little mint green dot loading animation goes on forever. Pls resolve this issue as soon as possible. (This may be Samsung specific) Great app btw this is what I wanted for over a year . Beautiful animations and UI, full with useful functions(For me at least). The old app I used was ass.

I can't see one of my sub-accounts. App claims I have no standing orders which is untrue. I can't modify/delete previous payees. The fact that there's no clear sign out is unsettling. Also, it's ugly. The previous app might have been more complicated, but it was still easier to handle, and it looked like something actually belonging to the bank.

Very long login time, it takes up to 30 seconds to load and 5 taps to get to approving a transaction. A banking app should be way quicker than that. Somtimes a push notification arrives, e.g. to approve a transfer, but when I open the notification, the app says I should refresh the screen or "come back later" to see the actual message (as if it hasn't really arrived). Altogether, quite cumbersome to use, not very pleasant UX.

Basically it's a hideous app that is good for nothing. In fact it just stopped working since nearly a week now. 'Oops, something went wrong', yeah. It is ridiculous compared to all the other banking apps I use. Once I've changed the security settings in my phone I haven't been able to use the fingerprint scan for login. Payments history updates slowly. Sometimes incomes just don't show up. Outrageous given how much Raiffeisen charges for using its low quality services.

Couple of features are missing compare to the Cib app but it also offers alternative solutions (yet much better than the Cib one). My only concern is the PIN LOCK screen which is huge! First of all it's a security issue (easy to see what is my pin) especially on a large phone and the second problem with it, it's responsive, so larger the screen larger the pin pad. It's just not convenient at all! Great app though!

Not working at all! I click on the app, i got a white screen for a while, about a minute, and that is all. Update 2020.05.21: finally it works if I hide root properly. I think the issue was previously the same. Which seems now solved. Not four or five stars, because of the design of the app is weak. At least a black, or dark theme would be very useful. This plain white is not really the trend nowadays.

The previously mentioned shield issue is still there on my RedMi Note 9 Pro. It is difficult to log in, difficult to authorize a payment. It used to be a decent app up until the last few weeks/months, though with limited options. Please fix it as soon as possible, because it is fraking annoying. Thank you in advance.

After updates, I am not able to enter the app. It shows a "broken egg" pic and displays "Sorry, something went wrong" error message. I have uninstalled and installed the app, cleared cache in my phone, rebooted it several times which did not solve the issue. I went to the main office of the bank. They told, they can not help with app bugs and it is on App developer team, that is why, I should wait for 2-3 days more. Probably, I will change my bank, if I get this kind of poor mobile app service.

With the previous and especially with the recent update the app got unusable. First the 'Shield running in half-integration' error message popped up randomly (without even having the app running), now login or transaction authorisation got almost impossible. App is continuously crashing, waits for 10s of seconds, gets black, disappears. Android keep alerting that myRaiffeisen is not responding.

Finally a fresh UI! The app is a really good start, I really love the categories on payouts, but there are several mistakes - we need a way to tell the app which payee is which category. Or it need to learn somehow doing it better. Also, on the MoneyOut lense, please use left-right swipe to change the month, not the tiny arrows. Having at least a full year of history would be really nice. Keep up the good work and waiting for new features!

It lacks a lot of features that competitors applications have. Push notification on incoming transfers, ability to change payment limits and more. Additionally, when I tap on the push notification upon signing in on the webapp on PC it opens the app home screen instead of some sort of verification page. I had to sign in 5 times to get to the verification page where I could verify the login.

Very very bad UI concept. The only apl I use which fails to show things at the right place. The action or info that is important is always 2-3 click away.from where I^m. Learn from REVOLUT abour user interface design. Plus: why is tge app notifying me of something (dot on icon upper right) if there is no indication in the app when I go in? Very silly.

I think this app is good, but it needs some improvements, specifically regarding the way it tags our spendings and money received. Please update it so we can change the tagging of the transactions in order to keep track of our money. For example if I pay for something it's going under "miscellaneous" while in fact It should be under utilies for example. when I receive my salary, as well it goes under "miscellaneous" while it should be under a tab called salary. We should be able to change tags!

You couldn't have done this more complicated. You can not transition from the old app, a full manual reregistration is needed from scratch. To login to the web you need to log in to myRaiffeisen, the auth message does not pop up automatically but at least loading yor balance takes around 20 sec. Then you have to search for the auth.notification within the app, to open it you need to authenticate again and then click on approve. UI looks clean but the devs did not get to the UX part I'm afraid.

Too game ish application, not consistent features. It found lack of features e.g. previously made money transfers' references are not stored, however it is important in case of memo of billing id., other one is that once the amount intended to be sent to someone it forces me to sign straight away, it's not giving me the option to collect several intentions and sign them in one bunch, etc. Development welcome...

Despite advertising new features are coming, no changes being made since forced rollout 18 months ago. Still waiting for enabing editing standing orders or beneficaries. I'd love to see all spendings of a day in one page, 5 lines are simply not enough. The app is plain white, no graphics no night theme. Can't hide the obscuring big bold header. It bugs me that push notification payment approval requires a fingerprint twice. Just get me back the old Raiffeisen app or hire a real UI UX expert.

I really hated the old app, so discovering this new one was a big relief for me! Nice and clean UI, beautiful animations, great features. I especially like the automatic categorization of transactions. I have to say, Raiffeisen finally arrived to the 21st century on mobile. 🙂 Here are several features that I miss though (hence the 4 stars only): - manual re-categorization of transactions, with the app learning my patterns - push notifications for trx Can't wait to see the new features!

It did a lot of stuff well, but it simply won't let me in now. I have re-registered after an error with my pin, now it says I registered successfully, but then tells me the app is only for account holders and won't let me in. Update: it let's me in now, but the received error was very confusing. I suspect there is a simple check whether I have access to my account via Direktnet and allows login based on that. However, not having access momentarily does not mean I am not an account holder.
