SO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO LOGIN TO THIS APP. Required me to sign in with FB. Deleted FB then was OK. Five stars if you give the option for nite view. The stark white background bothers my sensitive eyes. RA? 1/14/21, now same problem. I don't have the strength to delete FB every other time I want to use this app. Actually, why would I anyway when the app gives me no more functionality or convenience than the web page? Perhaps somebody could explain it to me better. DELETE APP.
Every time I try to go to the app it says there has been an error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it and it works once and goes to the error message again.
Most frustrating. Try to post & it never sends. So for this reason am unfortunately uninstalling which is a shame as I had a team & really liked the support.
This app is very frustrating. I've been trying to join but keep getting error: Invalid message :-(
Site crashes constantly. Most posts never show up. Move on to another support site unless you like being frustrated

It won't let me set up an account. Won't accept my email address. Says it's not a valid email. ????
Would NOT load anything. I tried using it for several days but gave up and just used the website.

I down downloaded the app for support and info but it will not let me register. I just keep getting an error message smh...disappointing.
I love the support group. I am VERY unhappy with the recent upgrade to the app. It runs rough and I cannot get into things I used to. Need to upgrade again and change it back.
My only complaint is that i can't open new resources posted by myRAteam in the app. I have to go to a web browser to look at it.
I think l will follow all the tips I found and be healed

Love this app. Its a place I can go when I have questions or just want someone to talk to.
Downloaded app, everytime I try to log in it says error fetching. If I uninstall and reinstall it opens, but when I close it I get a error message again. Sounds like a good idea, once you work out the bugs. I'm uninstalling and wouldn't recommend this app.
