It was great before the university was added. Now cant access anything. It just closes on its own. I've unistalled & reinstalled, restarted my phone. Installed the app in another device, still the same.
Its has been updated to have the MyRCCLU, but every time i try to get through my account of RCLU, i can't log in. Always showing, "authentically failed".
Cannot log in any more. Looking for update all the time. Even after reinstalling it, it still looks for update!
Very poor app , connectivity issues most of the time and my archives are always bugged.
I can't seem to do anything and I have courses to do please fix the technical problems 😭😭😭😭
Two days now,I've been trying to log into university app to do the required training but no luck. I've tried to change password more than 10times but still no link in email. Im fed up with this

good idea, but lately it does not work, always saying "something wrong, please try again later". Also, the chat feature does not save the history, so you need to start a new conversation, if accidentaly closed. The information provided on the login screen is outdated by several months.

Information is not clearly provided on how to "activate" or register this app. So far I haven't been able to access it.
Easy and convenient to use plus we can get in touch with the authorities anytime soon. Thanks for this useful app! But sometimes there is an error in this app it doesn't support when needed and signs off automatically or says wrong password input. Please look into it.
Some options are very limited on Android platforms comparing with Windows. For example my flight details are not visible at all on my phone or tablet but on laptop yes. Also updating documents on Ctrack is almost impossible on Android. Is this normal and is this how suppose to work MyRCL application? Dont think so.
Application that works only if you are online??? Give me a break. Tried to send flight details to my mail, doesn't work, tried to download documents, doesn't work...but it works when it has to remind you about your missing documents and sends you millions of reminders because someone in the office did not approve what you have submitted. Tried to write my review inside app...limited to 60-70 characters??? Probably you expected only positive reviews...last several days app is not working at all.

While checking on C-TRAC via a computer, all my documents are up to date. But when i log in on this app, to check my Assigmnt confirmation, it showing that i have documents, like Medical report and STCW are not yet update.
Very important for the crew specially when inconvenience comes while traveling, get to live chat with someone to help you out immediately. Great app...
I believe that the app should mirror what we are using via the website. To me it's much more simple to use the website, you will get much more info and accessibility. The app is too limited and needs much more improvement
What's the use of rating though. This app from the beginning I installed it and simultaneously changed passwords, couldn't enter the app. Only from the homeportal through the browser where you are asked to first apply for a job. I'm required to check in and not apply for a job as I'm already due to sign on. How does this justify the notion. Apart from it all I can't access this app to check-in or just to see if it's possible that there's no hassle approaching the time to so. Something wrong.
