Forgot my password, and app wants billing acct # to reset it, but it doesn't recognize my acct number. I checked and rechecked that the number is exactly as shown on my bill, but it would never let me reset the password. Very frustrating!
Updaye: App stopped allowing me access, I was forced to uninstall and have been attempting to reinstall for 3 days! What's up REC? Have had great success with paying my Bill's online and very user friendly.
For the most part I get to see how much my bill is before I get in in the mail. And u can see how much each day of electricity is that we have used. But one issue that I'm haveing now is I can't see how much electricity we are using it don't show now please fix this issue it just started doing thjs.
Used to work pretty good, after the latest interface overhaul the usage graphs and daily usage is no longer working.
The My Usage feature only works 1 out of a 100 tries!!!! This feature used to work great and very helpful in keeping my costs down by checking daily. Now it is useless!!!
Can't update to text along with email. They changed daily usage which I hate. I loved the colors showing how much we used. Just sucks!
I installed your app and went through all of the steps to sign in with MYREC. It wouldn't recognize me even though I'd tried it again. I've not been able to use your site for some time. What gives?
It does not load daily usage a lot of days. Very hit and miss. Other than that its ok.
My usage never shows what I've used anymore!!!! Wh, that was my favorite feature where I looked at it everyday..... Wish it would work
Tuesday I was able to log in no problem it had saved email address and password Go in Thursday to pay my electric bill first off the information that I have been saved is hss deleted and second off I can no longer enter the password and have accepted. Guess I won't be paying my electric bill this month
Rejected my password and my name and my email I tried everything keep telling me invalid
Fantastic and hassle free app. I love the convenience & it's very user friendly.
I kept typing in all of my info, including my account number and email but it kept saying invalid information.
Im giving it a 0 it keeps say one or more pieces of my information is wrong and i cant find anything wrong. Its useless.
says it fails to initialize home screen and "no gadgets are found for this configuration" then closes.
I have a saved password yet this stupid app won't let me in and there's no way to reset! Ugh stupid REC!!!!

The app is easy to use. I was able to compare one year to another with no problem.

Doesn't work half the time. Says password is wrong, when I know it is right. Can't reset password says invalid account number, have the bill in front of me. Fingerprint login never works after the first time! They need to fix this app or get rid of it.
I have tried multiple times to register and after I complete the information, I receive a message that I'm not registered. Well, duh, that's why I put all my information in.
