GETTING STARTEDTo use the MyResourceBank App, you must be enrolled as a Resource Bank Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials. After you successfully login to the app, your accounts and transactions will begin updating.

Still takes forever for balances to update, not even working half the time, still gets one star. The fact it's still in that state after all this time says a lot. The only reason I continue to use it is because I still have an account with resource. For an update that talks about big fixes and performance improvements, this update seems to so the exact opposite.
Mobile deposit doesn't like bad penmanship!! I tried to deposit my check writing on the back of it "FOR RESOURCE MOBILE DEPOSIT ONLY" as requested, but It did not recognize my writing as saying that. I do like the fact that you can now do a mobile deposit, but I feel it is too picky. I had to PRINT it large on the back of the check for it to recognize the wording.
Fantastic layout and display. Very easy to use. Only things I would like is to see my balance after each transaction.
The new feature for Resource Bank Mobile deposit does not work well. I endorsed it twice, second time I printed the endorsement and it still took 5 tries. Operations Department and my branch were very pleasant, but it seems that most employees haven't tried the new feature.
Only thing I wish is that when you transfer money on the app the was a field for describing what the transfer was for like the website. Otherwise I would have rated 5 stars.
One of the easiest and fastest apps to use never have a problem simply love using it. Thank you!!!
