Having Uninstalled and re-installed this app still not loading. It was bad enough with the inaccuracy of the time with expected time of busses and when they actually show up (since this app doesn't take into consideration if a bus breaks down or is delayed due to traffic etc) but this... this is just silly. I've been living in Florida for 6 months now and I can honestly say this is the worst transit system I've ever had the displeasure of taking.

You're better off using the mobile site. After using the mobile site (simply found by searching "my ride bct on your browser) which has been incredibly helpful and accurate, I decided that I'd download the app and figured it would be quicker and more convenient. Unfortunately, the app needs a lot of work. The scheduled times given are innacurate and slow to update.

Its impossible to use. The rectical thing is so broken. Keeps bring up random bus routes and is increbibly slow. I just want to select the bus and see the route and all the buses on it in real time. The schedual selection is broken it took up the whole screen and still gets effected by the broken rectical thing. Then I can't minimize it. I HAVE TO QUITE OUT TO SEE THE MAP AGAIN.

This app is terrible. It says "real time" but that is only based on if the bus is actually running as it is scheduled. If not it doesn't give accurate times. The app needs to also inform riders when a bus has broken down. It is very inconvenient for one to be waiting when they are scheduled to and the bus has broken down with no notification what's so ever. Which then doesn't allow the person to make accommodations. This makes the Broward county transit unreliable for paying patrons.

This app is completely useless anymore. It won't load anything 90% of the time and when does load it's completely wrong. I started using the bct app to find bus info but if you don't already have a stop saved on that one it takes forever to find anything. They need to either fix this or just take it off the playstore.

I have found that this app is a) very unreliable b) inaccurate c) not to be trusted. The overall use of this app is not good whatsoever. Even when it says the bus in on schedule my experience is that it's not. It is very disappointing due to the fact that it is one of my only means of transportation at this given time and that I might as well not even use it because of the inconvenience it provides. I thought it would help me but it hasn't done that. Only caused more stress.

Slow, slow, slow. Split screen difficult. There must be a cleaner way to code for iPhone & Android devices. Bus app excellent idea, just needs user level tweaking for better experience & correct information to appear on screen.

Absolute garbage. Does not actually inform you of where the bus is at the moment. There are many times the app has shown a bus is at the stop I'm waiting at yet there is no bus. The only thing worse than the app is the drivers who'll drive pass the stop despite the bus only having 8 or 9 passengers.

Useless. Not accurate whatsoever. I've been living in Broward for almost a month now and the first thing I noticed was out of all the places I've ever lived. It has the worst transit ever. All buses come randomly every single day. I've waited from only 5min to almost an hour for the same bus. Cross out schedule time and this so called "Real Time" is a joke. No such thing. Buses run randomly. Absolutely the worst. 👎

Consistently was inaccurate, had buses slated to show up that never did, and would say "this service is unavailable" half the time I tried to use it. I was better off sticking with google maps.

The idea and app look is good, however, bus times are not correct, most of the times. Like today, I was waiting for a bus, it was 10 mins away, after 12 mins checked again, it showed it is 19 mins away. I didn't miss it, for sure. But the next bus came not after 19 mins, it came after 7 or so. Meaning real bus times are not correct.

When the app works is great, but unfortunately the "nothing to load" scenario is the more often which renders it useless. It's more than disappointing when the drivers themselves tell the rider it's "useless" which has been my case.

If this is your best you might want to try again... It. Is. Not. Real. Time. Why does it show a bus arriving when no bus arrives? This happens multiple times a week. What are you doing with our fares, and tax dollars? It sure didn't go into developing this app. How does Miami-Dade do it? I don't know. They aren't perfect, but they show up. Their drivers aren't rude AF either. Broward county transit... we might show up... Maybe not. Whoever is running this isht show needs to be replaced

Don't trust this app. it's as reliable as the Broward County Transit system. From real time phantom busses that never come after waiting 20 minutes, to app showing bus 5 minutes out while you're boarding.

Bad the update for the app is broken and isn't telling where the bus is at all. The app also does tell where ghost buses are or express routes are. Bad update which led me to be late for work.

This app was bang on when we used it for bus ETA's on the number 11 route Bus drivers were friendly and helpful for us rookie riders! $5 day pass is a great bargain. The only confusion was learning to use west route when we actually wanted to go north and east route for southbound on Ocean Blvd. . it would be nice if the website let you know exact change is required and day passes are available from driver. I was not able to check ETA using the bus stop ID # only by GPS-may be more to learn

I downloaded the app because I really needed to take the Bus 11 in Fort Lauderdale. The app told me TWICE two different buses were coming, in "real time", and that NEVER HAPPENED. Public transportation in Florida is the WORST in the US.

No point in having this app. Multiple times I've been at the bus stop and it says the bus is arriving in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later I'll check the app again and it'll add more time or just reset altogether to the next scheduled bus.

This app is inconsistent when you want it to be working fine, sometimes for some reasons needed data about the time won't load in an emergency.

The "REAL TIME" tracker doesn't always work. It will say a bus is 4 min away and 10 min later a bus still wont be there. Update: it's actually gotten worse. Its taking so long to load, that the bus shows up before I get the schedule now.

The app takes long long time to have data and now it keeps closing itself before showing anything. Fix it please.

The only thing this app.is suppose to do is tell you in real time what time you bus will arrive AND it fee doesn't do that it jumps around says 3 minutes then 27 minutes and no bus showed up. Seems like sometimes its programmed to mimic the schedule which isn't accurate either ... this app is useless

Best app definitely needs to be updated. The time keeps changing it says the bus will be here in 3 minutes then it jumps to 7 minutes. Very inconvenient at times

This app is useful SOMETIMES because Broward County Transit is terrible. The app is NOT reliable and neither is Broward County Transit. Do not trust the times on this app. They are often inaccurate.

Love it. From Chicago their app have a lot of steps. Brenda Carole Taylor (BCT) bus app shows where currently standing buses show up on that route push on each one shows 3 next buses. AWESOME!

I've used this app for a few weeks it's pretty good. The real time is pretty accurate. I know when my bus is coming. The only problem I have is that the buses themselves very often are filthy cockroach infested and they break down.

Absolute garbage. It's basically Google Maps, with things that break the app faster than usual.
