Edit: the major bug was gone after the most recent update but still... When I get home and before I mark a voyage as "complete", every ride is shown as if I've stopped mid-way! 🙄 Being so, I've never been able to record the total kms made. EDIT #4: all good now. Thanks for fixing such an annoying bug.
Been using the app 2-3 years now and I have recorder more than 70 rides to a total of 9K+ kms. The problem that I found was that when the phone is on stand by (screen display is off) while using the app, it would still record the riding time but will not record the trace of the ride on the map and other stats that are useful such as avg speed, lean agle, etc. Hope the the development team will address the issue and fix it.
I use it for my bicycle, mainly because it's better than a number of other apps designed for bicycles. The positioning seems more accurate than map my ride (for example) I'm only concerned about knowing speed and the option of exporting the ride (as a GPX file) for review later. This app does both of those things.
You only need to read the reviews to see the problems. If you don't keep the screen on (in the background) while riding the app will not record😡. My bike is not listed XSR155😡 App can stop on it's own during a ride😡 If there is a way to plan a route or get voice prompts I haven't found it🤔 Can't see a way to reverse ride a route you've already ridden 🤔
Great app for saving your rides. I have 52 rides saved and now it doesn't save any of my rides anymore. I am wondering if it has a limit set. Worked it out. Battery power needs to be set to max so when phone goes to sleep app still records. All good
Lean angle is inaccurate, it seems. During my ride, my lean angle shows up to 56° left and right, but when i save my ride, it always shows 46°. Other than that, app is ok. Maybe add some social featuers in the future.
Fuel consumption data broke down yesterday. It shows 2550 lt / 100 km. I deleted and reinstalled the app but the problem still persists. I removed and paired again but unfortunately the problem was not resolved.
App is great! Would have given five stars if the lean angles functioned properly and acceleration and deceleration was in ft per second.
I was having a great experience with this app until about a week ago. When I start rides, it shows that a ride has started as per usual but when I check my phone again at the end of a ride to finish, it asks for login. So nothing gets recorded. This has happened 3 times in the last week, despite me making sure I am logged in properly when I start my ride.
Was only ok for first 6 rides. Could not finish a single ride after . Always cuts off after hitting a bump or after 4 to 5 miles or about 6 to 7 mins of riding. Need help on how to resolve this. Other wise, brilliant app that does its job
I really want this to work but every time I try it it crashes mid ride and then constantly tells me I have a ride to complete or discard. Doesn't matter which I do nothing changes, no ride completed. Also XSR125 needs adding. Any suggestions?
When opening a specific ride and then going back to the list, the ride is no longer in the same position in the list.
Love the app but there is a few problems. Firstly, when I tried to save, a message came up saying it failed but then the whole ride disappeared which is very disappointing. There should be an autosave so that if the app crashes or for some reason the upload failed, the data is saved. Also it would have separate records for left and right lean. The frustrating thing is having a big ride and then the app did not record and it disappears.
Great app. Easy to use and navigate. I like to take random routes and get lost in the hills and mountains. This app allows me to record my travel history so I can take the newly found route for a second time. The app shows you a summary of your ride afterwards. You can see your top speed, your average speed, your lean angle, the distance you traveled and how long it took you amongst many other options that I can't recite right now. This is just a great app for people who like to ride motorcycles
EDIT: the app is working again. I was able to log in & see that I hadn't lost my rides or account. Woot. I sincerely hope to continue enjoying the myriad of features that this app offers for a good long while. Good until it wasn't... With the 2 upgrades in the past week or so, I have NOT been able to log in! It simply hangs on the "Add Bike" page - which was already completed during initial registration several weeks ago. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but the app doesn't download now.
Poor app, was not impressed at all, phone mounted to handlebars did little to ensure lean angles were recorded at all! Hard to recommend to others. Since the latest update the lean angles now seem to actually work, not expecting them to be precise but at least they are now functioning, I look forward to future updates if this progression continues.
App still doesn't work. Been in contact with the developer. They haven't helped at all, the app completely doesn't do anything, , can't start my ride, buttons are unresponsive. This isn't a problem with my cache, or fixed by uninstalling. They need a new update for the latest Android and smartphones. Obviously the app is programmed wrong.
