Super easy to use. Organized an simple, they don't hide anything behind layers of opening things. Payments are quick an easy. they give you a comprehensive overview of your plan, how long you have till your phone is payed off. And they give you an easy way to upgrade your plan, for really good prices. I haven't paid more then when I started but I have way more data fo use.

"Usage Details Not Available" everytime I try signing in on any. Happens just in app, not on website. Since I was unable to edit my original review I tried emailing developer and got no reply. I tried on multiple devices, deleting cache and storage, uninstalling and reinstalling app. Nothing helps. It's as if my profile is messed up. Been happening as long as I can remember. No one seems to want to help. Not even tech support (tried them too). Can't respond via this review so how do we fix this?

The app still constantly just fails to load. Even after a reboot. This is the single most unreliable service app I am forced to use. I think it's getting worse as time goes on. Update: and still even today I can't even log in to pay my bill. If I lose services because of your app I expect a free month. If I could remove this last star I would. -2 stars and reducing. Get a grip Rogers

Easy app to use. Everything you need all in one well layed out page. Makes paying your bill easy and fast. And shows everything about your plan as soon as you log in. If you want to change anything it's right there at your fingertips. I love this app!

Other than the occasional time where it can't seem to find my usage (I think it's happened 4 times in 2 years), the app works like a charm. Overall I recommend the app to all Rogers customers I meet because it can easily allow you to manage your entire account without needing to spend time on hold.

Update: The service has now deteriorated. The same mistake was made and they are refusing to fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Honestly. Switching to Rogers was the worst decision ever! Every month the bill is different. Every month it's a complain that they have to fix. Every month it's something. There is no peace. You can't just relax and pay you bill as agreed. Also, never pay in advance because that's it. You money will be lost in their errors!

This app was a good thing. Now they have taken away most of the self service options. They have taken away how we used to be able to see the service in our area for any outages or to report outages. Now they send you to a web browser to talk to Anna the AI. Anna is something so ridiculous that never help. I always have to end up talking to a service rep for something simple. Something I use to be able to fix with the app self serve options in tec support section of the app.

I'm reviewing the company on the whole. I've been with them for almost 10 years now and in the last two years they have become leeches. My bill was paid up fully recently. My new bill came out yesterday. Today I recieved a message notifying me of suspension after 14 days for non payment. My bill is 100 dollars... needless to say they have lost my business. They are more expensive than almost any other phone company and with this harrassment I see no reason to stay.

It's easier to pay a bill from the app now. I love the running usage total. The app is very intuitive, even for quick checks. It is still Rogers so the fifth star is withheld until they stop plan colluding with Bell and Tellus (we all know you do it) and release ALL radio functions on our phones for our use instead of just the governmens stupid Amber Alert! FM and CB radio should be free on a device I pay $1000 for, but you ensure that the FM hardware is not available. Your still stealing

Can not log in. Extremely slow performance. Pass the security check but it loads the log in screen and you have to do it again. It's just a log in loop. Never had issues, performance and function usually good

I go to the website for help, and it recomments I install the app for smoother experience. I install the app and ask for assistance. The app then redirects me back to their website because someone had the bright idea to develop an app without the support features to assist the customers. Then, as if this song and dance wasn't mind-numbing enough, the website advises I install the app to make this whole process easier ... For a tech company, your software quality is insufferable.

Works well. Having no issues with the "MyRogers" app on since i got this Samsung Galaxy Note 20 phone ..Unlike with the Note 4 i had, which had lots of issues with being stuck in a loop when trying to load the app...So glad i no longer have to encounter those issues anymore.

I cannot login at all, just keep getting message to something went wrong.. check back later. Would be better to show a message if something is wrong with my account or your own login system (btw, with my PC I can login!).. very frustrating.

It's been 7 days now of daily trying to log in to the app only to get "Something went wrong we're working to get this sorted as soon as possible". Useless app, only started happening when I landed in different country and cannot see my bill, Terrified im being given daily roaming charges im trying to turn off as im travelling atm and not using my Canadian SIM. Feel like it's only happening because im abroad and they want to be sly and have me not see a roaming bill racking up. Total head wreck.

It has been years and years since this app works properly. The worst is when I want to check my bills, I can check it then you have to log out and sign in again to check another bill. So frustrating.

Trying to see me billing info never works. You have to constantly restart the app for it to work. Just keeps saying "we're unable to retrieve your bill. Please try again later"

App is great, but rogers isn't. When our "high speed data" is active its great no problems. But when we're on our unlimited data, it seems like it has issues even for the simplest tasks of online activities.

Outstanding. The service so far is wunderbar. It brings a smile to our faces and a skip to our step. Since we subscribed to Rogers, we've experienced increased strength and vitality. My wife's rheumatoid arthritis has disappeared and my hair loss has been reversed; I now have a full head of golden locks -- and I had brown hair before! Zowie! Our kids are in the upper echelons of all their classes. They're popular and receive unsolicited gifts in the form of gold and silver jewelry!

Got a response from Rogers about setting data alert. What they didn't tell me is I need a share everything plan to set this . As I got an ok deal without a share everything plan this option is no longer available. Nice of them to tell me before I switched plans . They didn't! They also took away 5g speed without telling me

you go to the app, then if you click something it would go to the browser so you have to log in again. then it will ask to use app or stay on the browser. and when youre in the browser, theres always a tech problem. just signed to rogers march of 2022 and so far im not happy with app and the internet as well.

This app is quite interesting 😅 I needed to make a payment for my phone and they asked me to rate the app prior to doing it. Figured I'd do it after but the app was down like usual and was not able to make a payment. Now I know I'll get hounded by phone calls for why my bill isn't paid.

Mostly just a functional app. It can be glitchy at times and is mostly user friendly. Nothing to write home about however. I use it to pay bills and it let's me do that.

I set up pre-authorized payment in February. In March, my card wasn't charged. I spoke to a rep on the phone and set up pre-authorized payment again and they said my card would be charged in April. I agreed to this and again they didn't charge my card in early April. I paid a late fee and they now cancelled my services. This is extremely frustrating.
