Awful design, limited functionality, you cant even tell if you've submitted your claim correctly. In-app camera doesnt work, and I have a galaxy s10+, so it's not an outdated android version.

Completely worthless. In app camera doesn't work. Gives an error when I put in info. Also not sure if info gets put in. No enter key just a x.

This app closes every time I try to paste my password from my password manager into the login field. I'm on a Google Pixel 2 XL. No other app behaves this way. Totally unusable.

Android Version No Longer Works - since last 2 updates. works fine using my iPad

Doesn't work anymore on my android device. When I need to submit a claim it closes out. So, in order for me to submit claims, I have to go someplace that has a computer.

Everytime i open snapclaim the app shuts down. needs an update.

Crashes all the time. When it does actually work the info it gives is extremely basic, doesn't even say which provider was paid, just a date and an amount. After calling and emailing multiple times an employee recommended I use the desktop version instead. It sucks just as much. Doesn't load. This app, site and company are more trouble than its worth.

Same issue as other users. Using the same login and password as the website it says can't authenticate, invalid user name or password. Useless app. Just use the website.

Unless you were born outside of Jan-Aug, you cannot enter your birth month. The claim dates automatically default to the current date. There is no indication whether the pic you took of your claim was attached. Very difficult to navigate. Apps like this should be easy for anyone to use, but this one almost feels like you need to have an insiderer's knowledge of how the app REALLY works.

What's the point of having this app if you can't get past the login screen? You know your screen name is correct, you know your password is correct, yet this app constantly tells you it can't authenticate your information. You then have to reroute yourself to their regular web page to either reset your password or try to login through the website on a computer. Nothing but a hassle with this app, don't waste your time.

I can get as far as entering claim information and then the app freezes. Also, I think some of my claims are missing so I am insure what I have claimed and what I need to reenter because I can't get the claim to submit.

Cannot log in. Information is correct, but it says it can't authenticate.

Can't log on thru app but can thru chrome search. Not that any of this matters since my brand new card is also being denied
