The main feature I want to use on this app is the ability to view my camera remotely. This never works when I'm away from home, only when I'm in my house and SafeTouch has the worst customer service on the planet. The only reason we went with the company was their response time guarantee. We'll just the other day it took the 1.5 to respond to an alarm. I will be looking to switch companies now.
Just had our home security system/camera's put in today here in St. Augustine, FL. and my family and I absolutely love it and representive Mrs. Eleanor that came out to our home that we had the consultation with was absolutely awesome in how she explained everything to us and the tech guy John who came today to install the security system did an awesome job too installing it and showing us how it works so a big thanks to them both and to Safe Touch for keeping me and my family safe........
This app is great for silencing my alarm panel at 4am because the damn panel constantly loses connection with the sensors. Cant wait for my contract to end.
Slow connectivity when trying to look from the phone. Images and alerts show up 20-40 minutes after the fact. It only serves as a deterrent when people see the camera but if they were actually trying to do anything, they'd have plenty of time to do whatever they want.
This app frequently stops saving motion from the doorbell camera. It still sebds you text notifications that motion was detected but nothing has been recorded when you go to the app to view the clip. So, you don't know if it may have truly been someone or something at your door or not
Recording too short, stops during interaction, frequently receives notice of motion detected, but doesn't record? Big issue, doesn't open automatically when motion detected, person at the door come and gone by the time it opens, doesn't record too far from door, wish I hadn't switched from my old ring doorbell.
Works great so far and is doing everything it needs to do. Disappointing that it doesnt work with Google Home though for its security automation and skybell doorbell.
It's very frustrating trying to log into the app to turn off my alarm when I come home but the app won't log in. It keeps saying to retry and I use my fingerprint to log in.
Takes multiple tries to set the alarm when not connected to WiFi. Can't delete old phones from the "issues."
Video issues remain I hope new cameras are better.
Decent price, I set it off twice with a few seconds they call to check up.great response. Easy to use.
Exponentially frustrating app. Stalls and crashes frequently.
They don't answer their phones.
App is not particularly intuitive and doesn't have all features of web app.
Rating would be better if the surveillance cameras would work while out of state.

Since having this system installed been having nothing but problems. If your looking to install safe Touch don't. Called about door bell problem and was told it would cost me 125.00 dollars for 1st hr for a tech to come out. Am done signing alarm contracts and better off installing my own. So once my contract is up am done. Very dissatisfied customer.
