I tried to log onto the account numerous times and it would not allow me to do so. Tried changing password and they sent link via email and it still denied access. Very user unfriendly.

So far flawless. I was able to get a referral sent out same day. I haven't experienced any of the bugs others are talking about.

It never worked for me. It doesn't recognize my password, and does not send me a link to reset it. I'm unable to do anything, and I'm frustrated about it.

The app seems okay but I have problems with getting responses back. Takes way too long for a medical facility to contact a patient.
