MySBS Online Wealthcare Mobile

My SBS Mobile is a mobile solution that enables SBS participants to use their Android smart phones and tablets to perform routine transactions and conduct account inquiries anytime, from anywhere. Participants can view account details, transaction history, check account balances, file a claim reimbursement or upload receipts by attaching photos of the documents. This app shares authentication with MySBS WealthCare Portal which means that registered users can download the app and log in without having to register their phone. No sensitive information is ever stored on your mobile device and secure encryption is used to protect all transmissions.

It logs you out if the screen goes to sleep or if you get a message. There is no status update either.

"Cannot validate certificate. Please make sure your system date and time are correct." That's the error I've been getting for this month. Even wiped my phone & started over. Back to the computer...

Frustrating Will not allow me to add claims, because the "claimant" field is non-responsive. Therefore the entire app is pretty much useless on a Note 4. Fix your app. -Repeating another customer (Itsa Mystery)-
