Constantly sends me the same notices over and over, with no ability to delete them when received. App also did not allow fingerprint sign-in. You have to sign in every time. Come on people... it's 2022. It's time to catch up to technology. Not user friendly.

Recently got a new phone and this is first time using app since, so I assumed I needed a update or reinstall, but that hasn't worked. Now I see many 1 star reviews. I enter my creds but nothing happens. It just hangs forever at the login. I'll just do it on my computer but this is really quite inconvenient

Terrible. I log in on the "app", and it opens the website in Chrome, and I have to log in AGAIN. Once I "log in" in Chrome... Nothing happens. I have not been able to access my kids' accounts for over a month. This app is nothing but a broken front end for a broken website.

This app used to be flawless till it was improved. It is slower to respond and trying to change the password is impossible. It takes too long for the verification email or text to come. I am so frustrated with it I could scream.

Jan 5 2022 still broken, DISAPPOINTED. Sept 24 2021-I haven't been able to login for a few months now on Android, tried again after the "fix" published Sept 1. I launch the app and it bounces to a login page, enter creds and bounces back to the app, then bounces back to the login page. Repeat infinite times (or so) then finally go get on a browser and login via the website so child can have lunch. App needs major repair. On a Galaxy S21 ultra that I got Aug '21. Not using password manager.

This app. was fine before the update. The app. took forever to open. Once it did and I added funds, the funds are not showing. Fast forward to the next day and the app. will not load at all. Very frustrating not knowing if my child will be able to pay in the cafeteria today.

App keeps crashing when trying to log in from mobile device, therefore causing issues when trying to pay for items. I haven't been able to log on in days.

Literally haven't been able to open it since the update. Luckily we live in a free lunch district so the only thing I can't do is send money for "extras". This is still ridiculous despite that. It amazes me that this is the ONLY way I can put money on my kids account and not only does it cost extra money to do so, IT DOESN'T EVEN WORK. If I see the "My Scool Bucks Isn't responding" messege one more time I'm going to snap my phone in half.

Worked great in the past, but something's wrong with it now. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times this school year and it's still not right. The option to add money is not visible except for a microscopic thin line and its next to impossible to tap on it. Also the purchase history shows only the last purchase. It's useless for anything other than seeing the balance. Do not rely on this app to add money!!!!

This was a great app however like a lot of other things, the quality is significantly reduced. I log on multiple times and each time the app crashes. This could be due in part to my phone (the new Samsung galaxy because the quality of that has diminished as well) but overall this app is terrible. If I didn't need it to pay for my kids school fees I would be done with it.

This app is a classic "bait and switch" where the end users are charged a ridiculous fee each time they fund the account for their kids. You basically have to fund it with an extremely large amount of money to avoid paying exorbitant fees throughout the year/semester each time you refill the account. Then when you see that it's not worth it due to the fees, poor user experience, and virtually no way to get your money refunded or out of the account, you just give up because it's not worth it. We stopped using it and haven't looked back since. My suggestion is for this company and the school district to address the problems with this app and pay structure immediately before another's company comes in and offers a better product for the district and its families.

Just spins when trying to open and eventually crashes (S10). Can't give any stars if the app doesn't even start. Will update rating when app works again.

It's convenient for a price. On the pay screen all the options have disappeared so you just randomly tap in a blank window until you find what you're looking for. Lots of ppl use this app so you would think that the developer would invest some time in their product to ensure that it's working.

App hasn't worked well since January. Takes a long time to open and most of the time doesn't open at all. I used to like this app very much but now, I don't like it at all. And if the makers of this app is aware of the issues they need to fix them right away.

I have been trying to check my balance all week, but there is no where to enter my password on the sign in page. So I request to reset my password & end up in an endless loop.

Never works. It force closes app. When it does work it takes me to chrome asks me to log in again and then tells me I'm already logged on. Very frustrating

this app is horrible. I can't add money to my son's account because the app won't open.. just spins and then locks my entire phone. didn't have thos problem until the update.

Haven't been able to open app for about 2 months. Click on app and just freezing. Please fix

When I try to pay, I can't see amounts, just boxes next to the student name. I believe the options are $10, $25, or $50? But I can't tell. I can not enter in the "fill in amount" field because it won't let me. When it does work, I can only see the total but not the amounts for each student separately. I have an android S9. Please fix it. Two stars is only because it is fast...once it actually goes through and I can tell what I'm paying for who.

So I installed the app because our school uses it. Immediately, I noticed that I had been charged an extra lunch. It took customer service almost a week to correct it. Now it won't allow me to pay the outstanding balance but keeps sending me notifications of said balance. On top of all of this, I'm charged a fee for the the "convenience". Honestly, I'd much rather just deal with the school directly.

Why do you need so many permissions!!! They can be turned off but automatically turned back on with updates. Why would you need access to everything on our phones? Read the app permissions (see more) before you install.. it's crazy... The $2.49 service fee every transaction is ridiculously high. I'm sending cash and checks directly to the school from now on.

Would like to add new credit card and app will not let me and now an update on this review while I finally was able to put a cc in, this app is ridiculous in not being able to get in cause it freezes

Rip off alert. To charge a "fee" just to add money is so rediculous. There is no way it costs $2.50 to process a credit card transaction of $20. If you read the fine print, it states that the school may remit payment to the company...i.e they can possibly get some of that money. Can you imagine how pricy this app can get with multiple kids? Stay away from this as there are other options to deposit the money without paying a fee.

It won't let me view any of the options at the bottom:Home, Meals, Invoices, Alerts. Stays locked on the screen for reloading funds to the account. Even though I'm signed in, it doesn't retain current CC info to pay, like the website does. When selecting the top left menu list, there is no option to view any of those same options that I was trying to access. All I want is to be able to view what he's been eating and what I'm paying for. I'll stick with the website, thanks.

Mediocre app. Difficult to change stored payment options especially when one was declined 😂 Forced to place large sums of money bc the school is passing the cost to use the app to consumers so the fee is like $3 Everytime you add more money. So I have to add $100 -300 just to avoid paying the fee 4x a year. Also, if you have a surplus at the end of the year, you won't be refunded back so it stays in the coffers of the app company. The leftover money gets rolled over to the next school year.

Does not fit on my screen and even when you turn it sideways all features are not available. The app is terrible although the website is fine. Also does not allow you to pay more than $35 at a time and charges $2.50 per transaction! I would rather paid $200 all at once. Disappointing. This app used to work great and the concept is definitely a good one but needs work!

Just put money in the account and it didnt confim payment as before. Added more thinking it didn't work , got emails saying both payments received yet still zero balance showing up on my kids account. And I know the site was down for a few hrs last night, please fix!
